“The best matcha I’ve ever had is right here! Omomo Matcha is out of this world—no matter how many times I go, I always order it! Their signature drink is truly the best. Back when they were only in Irvine, I’d always bring three cups back to SD to enjoy slowly. Now that they’ve opened a shop right by my place, I can go on weekdays when the line is shorter. Too bad online ordering isn’t available yet, so you usually have to wait in line. Sweetness level at 30%-50% is perfect! Fellow matcha lovers, don’t miss this!“

I've been here a handful of times and only once did they mess up my drink order. The only complaint I have is just that, tonight on 2/18 I ordered a tigers milk tea with honey Boba and it's a travesty but they forgot to add the creme brulee pieces which is too bad because it's not even close to as good trading without those pieces, it changes the texture of the drink and most importantly without those pieces it completely changes the flavor of the drink. It is still good just not the same.“

“One of the best açaís I’ve tried in SD. I was craving one today and it was so good I am thinking about going back tomorrow to have another one. My toddler had one too, he’s 3 years old, he ate all his small one with fruits and came to grab mine too lol
I got mine with strawberries, blueberries, dry milk, almond butter (amazing!!) and chia pudding (amazing!!).

“If you’re intrigued by this place or overwhelmed by the menu, just get the special beef döner kebab and finish it with a coffee and the best baklava I’ve ever had. Going back home to Greek and generic Mediterranean versions of these foods will be hard. The in house made bread was just as good as the perfectly seasoned and flavorful meat. The coffee was perfectly matched by sweet but not too sweet baklava. The owner was humble and so nice. Please support this business if only for the fact that I’ll know where I’m going first when I get in to town; Istanbul Döner Kebab.

Vegetarian options: Rice, salad, bread, smoothies. May not be Vegan but not sure.

Kid-friendliness: There was a family when I was in there. Nothing that wouldn’t make this not kid friendly.

“I heard this new juice blendy place made some good smoothies and such, so I stopped in, and the Caesar Chicken Wrap caught my eye for $10 and some change.

The wrap came on a spinach wrap and stuffed with a chicken salad mixture, Romain lettuce, croutons, and parmesan cheese. I liked that they used the spinach wrap. The wrap was very tasty. The chicken mixed with the Caesar dressing was good. I would have liked to have seen fewer croutons or smaller pieces and a little more chicken in the wrap, however. At any rate, I thought it was a very good wrap.

The service was very good. The two young ladies working at the time of my visit were very cool. They offer inside and outside seating. They offer breakfast and lunch items.“

“My favorite spot in San Diego! My diet is primarily raw vegan, and this place is so very special. My partner eats all types of food but is equally excited and fulfilled coming here with me. The employees are the absolute sweetest, so humble and kind and grounded, the food is filling and flavorful and fabulous (and so so healthy!), and the jungle porch at the Voltaire location feels like Eden. We LOVE the mushroom quesadillas! Took home leftovers to my partners parents who eat way more mainstream cooked food and they loved it too! You wouldn’t even know how it’s so uniquely prepared. Their desserts are so rich and filling, their coconut water is the best I’ve ever tasted, and we always get extra snacks and meals to go. We live in New Mexico but are always sure to pop in here at least once when we visit San Diego. We have the recipe book and make as much as we can at home - but it’s always better at the restaurant! Their presentation is so beautiful and honestly we are full and satisfied just sharing one dish. Pictured is our shared meals of mushroom quesadillas (with the taco walnut meat) and the falafel wrap.
