“Love this place! I went to this donut shop 30 minutes before closing and they had a large variety of donuts to pick from, and most importantly they were fresh and tasted delicious. Their donuts have a very unique and comforting taste, I don’t know how to explain it, but you have to try them. In my eyes, the donuts weren’t as big as the other reviews claimed, but they were a good size to say the least. I was pleasantly surprised that a dozen donuts is only $15?!?!! I’ve been going to Yum Yum donuts and I pay $25 for a dozen donuts that are stale, hard, and they often don’t have much variety by the end of the day. I’ve gone to other mom and pop shops and their donuts have also been stale on several occasions, so I was really hoping they wouldn’t be stale, but this place really surpassed my expectations all around. This will be my new go-to donut spot for sure. The employees were very friendly and patient. Do bring cash though because this is a cash only shop, although they kindly accepted Cashapp and Venmo.“

“This was my first time stopping at Tasty Donuts. I had been craving a donut for weeks. I got an apple fritter and a glazed blueberry old fashioned. Like I said, I had been craving a donut - ONE. And I left with two. And I swiftly ate half of each, in my car, as I drove home.

To say they were delicious is a tremendous understatement. The apple fritter was moist, chewy, and the perfect amount of sweetness. So yummy! The blueberry old fashioned was moist and dense all at the same time, glazed just right - not too much, and not too sparse - and it was delicately sweetened, which was ideal.

One of the things I loved about both treats is the just right amount of sweetness. It wasn't overly sweet where one experiences cavities on the first bot, but it also was not bland. I nursed the remains for two days after. I kept them well wrapped to retain as much freshness as I could. And the total for both was only $3 and change! I was pleasantly surprised.

I will return. I don't eat donuts very often, but when the craving hits again, I will most assuredly revisit Tasty Donuts. I was quite pleased. Enjoy your visit... and heck, splurge on two. You're welcome. ♡“

“Their croissant sandwich is tasty, the croissant bread is baked really well, crunchy/ flaky, good size for the price! Came here for either breakfast or brunch and definitely stomach felt full until lunch. The doughnuts looked good too. I only had tasted 1 creme filled, and would come back next time. They have a lot of customers, and service was fast, polite and respectful. I recommend this place.“

“Just a hole in the wall donut shop offering traditional tasty donuts. I have to say with everyone describing the dough as fluffy.... they are spot on. There's something about it that's so soft and almost has the melt in your mouth feeling.
We ordered an old fashioned glazed and chocolate, as well as a chocolate twist. The gentleman that helped us was so nice and helpful. He gave us 2 donut holes for each of pur orders. It may not seem like much but this is a nice gesture for any guest.

My husband ordered the iced mocha coffee, he said it was ok. I ordered a hot coffee with cream. I have to say that the coffee was bold and good. I didn't expect that.

Definitely will be back for the good donuts and good prices!

Make sure Lin is the one behind the counter though. I've been back several times for the sandwich and there's another lady that works sometimes who makes them completely different and not as well.Lin takes what I assume is a croissant they make there, toasts it up and makes you two fresh eggs to put on top of it. You can get cheese, ham, bacon etc as well. I usually opt for the number four which is ham, bacon and cheese. It's amazing. Highly recommend this place. “This Dunkin's is adjacent to the SDSU Campus on Montezuma Dr. It shares a space with Jimmy Johnson Sandwiches. I had a medium drip coffee and a turkey sausage breakfast sandwich on an English Muffin.

The coffee was good. It was a little bitter at first, but then it settled down and was much smoother to drink. I had it hot. The turkey sausage breakfast sandwich was good, too. The breakfast sandwich was better than I thought it was going to be. The turkey sausage was savory and tasty. The cheese was well melted, the egg well cooked, and the English muffin well toasted.

I did not get any doughnuts on this trip, but perhaps next time. The service was friendly and helpful. Everything is packaged to go. They do have a small wall table with about three chairs inside.“
