“We had dinner at Wistaria last night and the food was delicious (we had the beet and goat cheese salad and the trout almondine and salmon dishes). We had such a positive experience that we decided to make this our go-to restaurant whenever we are in the area. I actually decided to write this review because of the kind service--after I left. I was convinced that I had left my cell phone at the restaurant (my phone had died and my apple watch indicated that the phone was there), and the staff person who answered the phone kindly looked for it and then patiently explained that if the phone had died, my apple watch may be indicating its last known location, but not its present location. She was right, and I soon found my phone--with a completely dead battery. Nevertheless, I appreciated her taking the time to reassure me--despite how busy I know that staff can be at that restaurant. We had planned to return for the wonderful food, but now we will definitely be returning for the delicious food, charming atmosphere, and more-than-helpful service!“

“Ordered the off-menu Pomodoro pasta and it did not disappoint. The tomato and petit basil sauce was bright, fresh, and perfectly balanced. The wax beans were a standout - snappy and bright with serrano chile, toasted hazelnuts, and a tangy Frenchie vinaigrette. The garden lettuces were crisp and well dressed with radish vinaigrette, fresh dill, walnuts, and shallots. Good vibe, happy staff, great mix of flavors. The orange wine pairing tied it all together. “I went there about 9pm 6-4-26 Kathyn had the best costumer service out of any Yard House I've ever been too. The rest of the the staff is also excellent and very friendly. I will make my drive from Long Beach to eat there again it's worth my drive.“

“I have been frequenting hotel Le’Meridian that has Longitude 118 bar lately. I specifically want to give a shout out to Erik who works the [early] a.m. shift at Longitude 118. He is always accommodating and VERY customer-friendly! I enjoy our conversations when I’m sitting at the bar. He always has a smile on his face and he’s very down to earth. “One of the BEST burger stands in the LA area. Family-friendly, super interesting people from all over Los Angeles county, great DJ's playing classics of every genre. The classic burger with onions and cheese is amazing, but the mushroom and Swiss comes in at a close second. They even have vegetarian options for the non-meat eaters. It only opens up like once a month though, so you definitely have to follow them on social media and get there when the getting is good!!!“

“Comfortable and easy to get to, The Mixx has great folks taking care of you - the best bartender in all of SoCal, Carlos, who will mix you any concoction (the drinks menu is quite extensive and Carlos does not disappoint). Owner Ed is always around to make sure you have a great time, too. Food is quite good (sweet potato fries is a personal favorite). And there is always some entertainment going on: comedy wednesdays (free!), tuesday salsa, live music on weekends. It’s a great place to hang and watch the game (we were there for Super Bowl) or just cill and enjoy music and the vibes.“

“What a hidden gem! This small quaint restaurant delivered some of the best food we had while visiting Pasadena. The flavors in the sauce (basil, olive oil and something else yummy) that surrounded the burrata were absolutely delicious! The lamb/beef/pork bolognese sauce on the spaghetti as well as the duck was excellent. Portions are definitely generous and shareable. Our only regret is we didn’t save room for dessert! Despite being there during the Rose Bowl with lots of people, the service was excellent! So glad we stumbled upon this restaurant via Resy, we’ve saved it in case we come to Pasadena again!! Fun place to go with friends and play some retro cabinet games and other games I'm sure you haven't heard of. The pinball games are awesome. Would like to see more pinball games be added. More games and tables going to the back of the building. Restroom located in the middle(heading towards the back) Clean dining areas. Real Awesome Bartenders! Great beer/liquor/spirits/wine variety. Order at the bar, they'll give you a number and you can just choose a table. Super full when I went but the vibes were great. Awesome music and atmosphere. Good luck with Parking 🤞“

“I’ve been going to Towhey’s for over 20 years. I love their breakfast. I love their cheeseburgers. My daughter Micaela used to be a hostess in Alhambra. It’s one of my favorite go to restaurants. I love sitting at the bar. Also when they’re busy it’s a fun place to have dinner.“

“First time here eating at Pez with my girlfriend. We decided to change our usual spot in Pasadena for Valentine’s Day and go to Pez. The menu was very detailed on what it was instead of just names. It made the menu even more appealing and appetizing. My girlfriend ordered the handmade fettuccine and I ordered the seared jumbo scallops. They had brought out the wrong dish originally and brought out the cioppino on accident. It was then fixed immediately when the mistake was noticed. Even though it was incorrect that plate looked amazing as well. Maybe the next visit I’ll give it a try. After the mix up however we were shocked with how apologetic they were about the mix up that the chef came out to apologize. It meant a lot to see everyone take the mistake very seriously. While they rushed my correct order the chef came asked if the can keep my girlfriends plate warm. They took it back since we had been sitting a bit waiting for mine and believe they made her a whole new plate to be fresh as possible. We both got our new plates at the same time and another drink for myself. It was amazing all around. The pasta was fresh, the bell peppers were amazing compliment to the sauce and pasta. The scallops were to die for, don’t know if I can have good scallops anywhere else now. The service with it made it even better. We then finished it up with dessert by ordering the warm chocolate cake which was very rich and paired amazingly with the ice cream and brittle. At the end we left amazed and are ready to come again. The cherry on top was when I returned from the restroom seeing chef speaking to my girlfriend about the food and service. Can’t wait to come back again.“

“I absolutely love the flavor of this chicken. Great customizable heat. I've ordered both the mild and the medium and both are delicious. Tiny little hole in the wall so I always get the order to go. My only issue is the chicken portion seems to keep getting a tad smaller with each visit. Probably more a sign of the times than an actual complaint.“

“I've got the ham burrito and it was just delicious, it doesn't have a lot of salt, the eggs seems crusty not like the typical scrambled eggs, and price is reasonable for the size of it. Im very impressed for such a little business!“

“This was my first time having Ben's and my first time visiting a ghost kitchen. There's limited street parking in front of the kitchen, and there's parking on the side at the former Rite Aid lot. When your food is ready for pickup, pull up your email confirmation to scan at one of the kiosks/screens inside the ghost kitchen. A woman brought my food up once I scanned my email confirmation.

As for the food, it all tasted good and fresh. It's a healthy and reasonably priced fast food option. I had the chicken hearty bowl with a side of chickpeas and potatoes. All of it was so good.

The only reason I removed a star was the tiny portion of chicken I received with my bowl. Other than that, I'd definitely try this place out again.“

“What an amazing local find! The BBQ was incredible, but the service from Michelle really put it over the top. She was so polite and attentive, making sure we were well taken care of the whole time. “People barely talk about this spot. So let’s see if they’re pretty good eh or ew. They’re right by a golf course so it’s super pretty and people are really nice. I got their matcha latte, Korean corn dog, galbi bibimbap, and kimchi beef soup to try.
The strawberry matcha was sweet had bright strawberry flaves with mellow matchay notes and was nice and milky. If you’re not into cafe like drinks they also have a cooler full of other fun drinks to pick from too. The corn dog came with some crisp corny tortilla chips and salsa and was topped with sweet ketchup, gooey cheese, was coated in crispity crunchity panko breadcrumbs and had an a bit sweet fluffy bready batter filled with half mozzarella and half a spongy fish sausage. Course we gotta mix up the bibimbap that had a not spicy chili flavor gochujang sauce, crunchy nutty lettuce, tender grilled veggies, pickled yellow radish, an egg, and perfectly sweet, savory, grilled, galbi short ribs that were just pure deliciousity. The kimchi beef soup came with a side of rice and pickles and HAD A BUTTON of jiggly soft tofu, crunchy kimchi, and tender beef, all in a savory, a bit spicy, tangy, kimchiy broth. More people should be talking about this spot cuz it’s pretty good.
