“I had the same server as two years and ago and she’s still awesome. I wish I could remember her name :) I go every time I come to visit from Maryland. The food always hits the spot. I just miss the tree stumps. Other than that there’s 3 things to look forward to in Simi Valley-good friends, Smiley face hill and Jerry’s Coffee Shop. :)“

“Went in to try their Spanish latte, while the wife ordered a Matcha drink and the kids indulged in mini pancakes with Nutella and whipped cream.

The drinks were good, and the pancakes soft, a hit with the kids.

Place was quiet, not a lot of customers for a nice and sunny Sunday afternoon. However, a bit warm for our liking as there seemed to be minimal air circulation. Overall, a decent experience to sit down and relax with a cup of coffee, without the loud interruptions from other more crowded coffee shops.“

“I stopped by this Starbucks today in the morning because I was craving a bagel. I tried to place my order off the mobile app but it wasnt working correct so I tried the website as well which didn't with either. So I just drove to the place. I found parking easily because this Starbucks is in a big plaza and I came at 5am so there weren't as much people here. I was able to place my order of a small white hot chocolate and a plain bagel with cream cheese. The person who took my over provided great customer interaction. I never had the white hot chocolate here before so I wanted to try it. It didn't take long for my order to come out, the white hot chocolate was kind of sweet to me so I don't think I'll order it again. My bagel was good and toasted so it hit the spot for me.

“It is actually very nice to have this brand new Starbucks location opened within a mile from my home. It is in a very convenient spot to get in and out of, and the service is always professional and fairly efficient. The quality of the coffee is standard to all Starbucks, but locations vary in customer service, significantly.The dining area is small, but adequate for some people to come in and meet and or enjoy a quick meal and coffee. I often see people working on the computers; so there's that.“

“Cold brew is my favorite! As for hot coffee, I'm glad they stopped burning their beans. Coffee is still too hot, which destroys the quality of brew (along with my tongue)! I LOVE the Salted Carmel with a shot of espresso, and their Chai Tea...hot or cold is the best. Staff here are very friendly and accommodating.“

“I have been coming to this Starbucks before I get to work for the last two years or so. Initially, there was a battle with getting my drink right and receiving positive attitudes from the staff. The last several months, however, have definitely been a pleasure thanks to the manager. She has turned everything around and has made my experience very positive. “Delicious as always! Truly never disappoints. You can get your drinks less sweet if you want to cut the sugar a bit, especially after enjoying some sweet or savory breads. The hotdog bread, brioche, milk bun and taro are some of my favorites. Also, the Deluxe Chocolate Mousse is to die for!!! Drinks are consistent- my fave is the Seasalt coffee with coffee jelly & my sister loves the Thai Tea Boba.

First time at this location, SO happy I don't have to drive to the valley when I want a sweetie from 85. It was a Wednesday, so the selection around 6pm was scarce, although it allowed me to try a few I normally don't get or tried before. I REALLY liked the new Coconut sweet bread they had this time and I love the sea salt coffee with coffee jelly. The best pastries, always fresh and cakes are beautiful and perfectly presented. The staff today were super nice and helpful and the barista made really good drinks!“
