“The restaurant has a beautiful interior and a pleasant atmosphere. Everything looked clean and well-kept, making it a comfortable place to sit and enjoy a meal. I really liked the space and how inviting it felt.
For the food I would give it 3 out of 5 stars. The ramen was a little too rich and greasy for my taste, which made it feel heavy. I would have enjoyed it more if the broth had been lighter. Overall, I enjoyed the atmosphere more than the food, but it’s a lovely setting for a meal.“

“Broth was delicious. The deep umami and subtlety of clam notes made the ramen stock special. Adding the sides they offer like, garlic crisps, were a plus. However, in my opinion, I felt like the ramen noodles did not give the dish its 100%. My partner said it was good overall and I am just slightly nitpicking due to personal preferences of noodles, which were too dense to my liking. I felt like the noodles took away the broth’s complexity rather than a nice balance. At the end I just kept drinking the soup. The chashu pork was tender and not dry at all.

Aside from the ramen, the appetizers such as the karaage, were crunchy and slightly juicy on the inside. The takoyaki was also nice as well.

Overall, the vibe of the restaurant felt cozy and modern, yet I wish they could have played some music to add a little more atmosphere. Service was prompt and quick.“

“Super late to the party but finally trying Menya Hanabi!! Been huge fan of Mazesoba and have heard amazing stories about this place. It’s pretty busy on Saturday lunch time but we got the last available table! Ordering was seamless with online order via QR scan. Took awhile until it’s ready, but understandable with the high traffic.

We got the deluxe one, which was complete package with minced pork, chashu, ajitama, and poached egg. In this economy, having this huge portion at less than $20 felt like a good win; especially with it being so palatable just like how everyone has raved about it.

The namban did make awesome side, serving huge juicy boneless chicken with crispy batter and yummy creamy sauce on top.“

“I was totally satisfied when we decided to go for a quick dinner at this ramen place in San Gabriel near the Hilton Hotel. I ordered the spicy ramen and it was sooo good. Love the spicy ingredients along with the thick noodles. 😋 My friends had the Tonkotsu instead. Both dishes are good. Would love to try the other dishes in the menu as well. 🍜😍“

“Amazingly flavorful and luxurious textured ramen. I ordered the signature, and the flavor was super rich and delicious. The noodles and toppings stood up to the strong intense chicken flavor.

“Their Tan Tan Men Ramen are the best! I love how I have the opportunity to customize our ground meat choices (I.e. ground pork or ground chicken). Topped with nori, baby bok choy, bean sprouts, hard-boiled egg, and ground meat, the ramen have the perfect flavor. Their chicken karaage were the best too!“

“We had a great dinner at Fujiya Ramen tonight! The food was delicious—especially the yakitori, ramen, and sake. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly.

What impressed us most was the service. There was only one server taking care of the entire dining room, but they were incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient. Even though the restaurant was busy, we never felt neglected.

“The best Japanese curry in LA, and we have tried a lot of places, believe me!!! Has options for vegetarians and vegans too! The miso soup comes with a lot of the meals and it's so good too. The staff know us now and they are all lovely! It's pretty small inside so probably not the best for a super big group but great for a more intimate night out and of course take out as well!“

“I was a JA kid in the 80s and 90s. After CYC basketball games and Tamiya Mini 4WD races, my family would head to the third floor of Yaohan and enjoy the great flavors of Hana-Ichimonme. “Whenever we feel lazy driving to Little Tokyo for some authentic tasting ramen, R101 in Glendale has been our go to. We first discovered this restaurant through online ordering during the start of the Covid pandemic. Every time we ordered here since then, the food and service have always been consistent. I highly recommend this place to get your ramen fix. No other ramen place in Glendale can taste as good as this!“

“Really love this new boba and eats spot! They have the best mix of comfort and craving foods — ramen, boba, nachos and cheese, Hot Cheetos with cheese, Musubi, and more. “Came here for lunch and got their lunch special cold udon + mini (beef) curry rice set.

Starting off with the curry. It was very tasty and flavorful, rice was cooked well. The beef was also very tender and juicy. However, I wish the flavor of the curry permeated more into the beef as the beef tasted a little underseasoned.

I love cold noodles on a hot day, and I tend to prefer my noodles a little softer. The cold udon was served at the perfect temperature, but texture wise was a little on the al dente side. It was chewy but bordering a little too chewy/ hard. I wish it was cooked for 30-60s longer! Other than that, flavor of he broth was good.

The lunch set was a good amount of food and I left feeling full (couldnt finish my rice as it was too much carbs). Service is good and the restaurant was not too crowded when I was there. Would love to come back again to support a local restaurant and try out other stuff on their menu!“

“got here at 11:29 AM and they were just opening up setting up the chairs in the tables outside. Everything inside looks nice. We ordered three different Ramen. They asked how hot how spicy and if you want the signature version or the regular version, the signature version comes with the lid over it and it smoked so when you take the lid off all the smoke comes out very nice touch. I also got some dumplings to add on top. Everything was delicious. Ramen cost about 25 bucks and the sodas for five dollars. There’s also cold tapwater available with paper cups.“

“I got the spicy tonkotsu and my mom got the regular tonkotsu. As you can see I ate everything I could and only left some soup but only because I was full!!!
It was absolutely delicious.
My mom and I have had many a ramen, and we rated this on a high level.
Btw- the second bowl still had food but because one of us eats at a regular pace 😅.
It’s clean and tidy with a screen to order for each customer.
Definitely should come here.

“Took my mom to try Kopan Sushi & Ramen on Main Street in Alhambra this past Sunday. They have a rear parking lot, but it’s a bit on the smaller side. Luckily, I managed to snag the very last spot. As soon as we walked in, we loved the ambiance. The decor gives off a great vibe that makes you feel like you're in Japan. The service was good too; the staff made us feel very welcome. We were both craving sushi rolls and were happy to find out they had a buy-one-get-one 50% off promotion on their special rolls. I ordered the Baked Scallop California Roll (BSCR) for my mom and the Dragon Roll for myself. The presentation was beautiful, and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh and delicious. We had a great experience and will definitely be back to try their ramen and other menu items next time!“

“Very good customer service and vibes I love the decorations and how clean it is. The ramen and potstickers were very filling and definitely worth trying. I keep coming back for the spicy tonkatsu ramen but the sushi was not very good especially for the price...

Another complaint I have is the chopsticks feel very cheap and hard to work with plus $2.50 for a can of coke isn't really something to look forward to with your meal
