“We met friends at Rockwell for lunch. My wife had the burger and I had the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. Our friends had the burrito and the tacos. The food was very good and reasonably priced. The server was ok but her busser, Daniel, was amazing. He joked and made us laugh and took our picture. He elevated the experience.“

“Every dish that came out was incredibly flavorful. You could smell them long before you saw them. I love lemongrass so I ordered the spicy lemongrass chicken. It is hands down the best lemongrass vegan dish I've ever had. My friend really enjoyed her dish.
Their service is very hands off. We were allowed to sit there for 3 hours catching up and nobody rushed us. During our time there a wide variety of people cycled through. Their stellar reputation is spreading. I can't wait to come back and try other dishes.“

It sucks that my only true option is lemon pepper. I think if they would give us buffalo wings and the people got to taste them, they could grab some of that market locally.“

Geraldine is a great server and always takes excellent care of us. We also met the owner, Rosalina, who was so kind and attentive to her guests. David allowed my partner and I to choose our own seats and as we sat he had gone over the new promotions available that we could make use of. As I proceeded to order David pointed out that my desired meal was actually available under the promotion and advised me to take up on that for a better bang for my buck. David also pointed out that if we were not currently rewards members another item we asked for could be given free as a reward if we signed up, yet again saving us some money. As we dined inside, David continuously checked on us making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal with such a wonderful attitude. Overall such an amazing experience with the extremely personable and attentive associate David.“

“Chubby Sushi in Brea has a great interior decor and vibrant atmosphere. The fish was overall very fresh and decent quality! We tried the Chubby Roll, Chubby Angel Roll, Chubby Sashimi, and fresh oysters—all of which were solid choices.
​A couple of minor downsides to our visit: we specifically came to try the Bluefin Tuna Lover, but unfortunately, they were out. Also, our server brought out fresh wasabi without mentioning it carries an additional $4 charge each, which felt a bit misleading on the bill.“

“I have had the shrimp tacos, sope, shrimp ceviche, and chips and salsa. It all was good. I like the salsa so much I ordered the 32 oz version. I didn't like it. It was different from the salsa that came with the chips and salsa. It's definitely a go-to if you like seafood.“

Made a reservation on Opentable and when we arrived at 5pm there was already a line forming for the happy hour section. We ordered the $16 flatbread and sips: pesto chicken flatbread paired with generous size cosmo martini. Also ordered from the $8 small plates special: goat cheese and 3 piece steak lettuce wraps. Service was fast and friendly, food served hot and generous in portion for happy hour. There used to be live piano entertainment - there wasn’t on the night we went. They were showing baseball playoffs that time. We will definitely return when we go to a show again!“

If you're a fan of tteokbiki then this place elevates that experience.

From the customization and selection, it was a delicious experience .

If I had a choice between fried chicken and tteokbiki ( they sell both) i would normally eat more chicken.

But in this instance, I kept going back for tteokbiki more and more, completely forgetting the chickens existence.

This isn't do downgrade the chicken, the chicken was absolutely delicious, but I kept going back for more rice cakes.
