“Highly recommend Happy Morning. Met a couple of friends here for a nice family style dinner. The service was very quick and staff was very kind and welcoming. The place is tucked in a corner of the Vons plaza by Rite Aid, on the other end of the plaza to other eateries, popping yolk, four seas, boiling point. The food was nicely portioned, perfect for family style and everything was fresh and very delicious. The decor was modern and very clean. 5 adults and 2 toddlers left very full and satisfied with left overs to boot. We tried a variety of veggie, noodle soup, fried rice, half chicken and everything tasted great. Growing up in San Gabriel/alhambra this place reminded me of the spots I grew up eating at, now I have a great food spot not far from the house. Can't wait to come back!“

“I have visited this restaurant multiple times with my boyfriend, and every time the food has been consistently great. The wait times can be a bit long, but the delicious dishes make it worth the wait. However, during our recent visit, we encountered an issue with the service. When my boyfriend went up to pay, the waiter took it upon himself to enter his own tip without allowing my boyfriend to input the amount. It felt unprofessional, as the waiter did it quickly to prevent my boyfriend from seeing how much tip was added. My boyfriend always leaves a generous tip wherever we dine, and we felt that the waiter's actions were inappropriate and disrespectful.“

Good flavor but I want more crispy burnt rice at the bottom.Only dish I don't recommend is the noodles in Peking sauce. The flavor was off, not what I expected.Also tried beef offal rice noodles soup. Good to very good. And the serving is huge. Best buy.The steamed egg white desert is fair to good. “If you've ever been to any of the many Delicious Food Corner locations you know all about this place! This is the newest location in Chino Hills in the Costco plaza directly next door to America Tire's/Costco Gas Station. Yeah the location is in a random corner but there is plenty of parking so far. Like any other HK restaurant there is always a line out the door and the service is not great. The wait averages anywhere from 30-60 minutes on peak weekends. Yes you checkin at the front desk and get a number like a dimsum place. Yes it helps if you speak Mandarin/Cantonese. Yes they are understaffed during soft opening. The menu is rather large with a eastern and western food menu. They also have a dimsum/noodle menu on the table. Majority of there items are delicious depending if you're doing family style or individual. The favorites are: A11.Salt and Pepper Chicken Wing 椒盐雞中翼: For a delicious app/entree these salt and pepper wings are fried to a perfect crispness with just the right about of salt/pepper seasoning. Each serving has 10 wings. E1. House Special Filet Mignon Cubes 法式牛柳粒: This is served with a plate of rice. The Filet is super tender and stir fried with diced green pepper and onions in a house sauce. A great classic dish for family style. G2.Pork & Preserved Egg Congee 皮蛋瘦肉粥: This is another great family style dish with tasty porridge with pork/preserved egg ratio. Stir Fry Rice Rolls with XO Sauce: Another classic HK dish and family style item. The rice noodles are pan fried and crispy served with there savory with slightly spicy XO sauce Overall a delicious HK restaurant for all your HK food cravings. Yes you need to be aggressive to get any type of service or even just to get a number. Don't expect 5 star service at any HK restaurant. This is just how it is but the food makes up for all that. A great addition in the Chino area for those that don't want to drive to Rowland. Note the menus and owners are different from Diamond Bar/Rowland also!“
“My review is mainly on the food cause we all know service is not always going to be amazing at these types of restaurants haha. I come here pretty often with my parents because it's so close to my house. The food is almost always a hit with a few exceptions here and there but for the most part, we always leave pretty happy and with leftovers haha. I will say over the years, the portions have gotten smaller but that's not surprising considering how expensive things are getting. Food is always fresh and comes out relatively quickly“

“Happy Harbor Restaurant has a cozy atmosphere that makes dining there a pleasure. The place looks nice, perfect for celebrations. I tried their truffle pork siu mai, soy sauce chicken, black bean fish filet, walnut shrimp, bbq pork bun, egg tart--all were incredibly delicious. The truffle pork siu mai was a unique twist on a classic dim sum dish and I really loved it, while the soy sauce chicken was tender and flavorful. The fish filet in black bean sauce had the perfect balance of savory flavors, and the walnut shrimp was crunchy and satisfying. To finish off the meal, the egg tart was the perfect sweet treat. Highly recommend trying their dishes for a delightful dining experience!“

“Haven't been here since remodeled. Prices are good based on the area, and no need to pay tips because almost everything is self serve. However, service is ok but not every employee has good service. Food is good, and you have to self serve soy sauce or chili sauce etc. Porridge is still an excellent and big portion in my opinion. I like the Pork Chop and the black pepper sauce is the perfect match, and pork chops are not dry. Probably a place will come back for brunch.“

This is one of my top choice of Guilin style rice noodles in town.Very delicious Guilin rice noodles, rice noodles can be added for free, eat as much as you can but don’t waste it, there are very spicy chili, you can challenge it“
“We got the chow fun, baked pork chops rice and bubble waffles. Loved the baked pork chops and bubble waffles but was not a huge fan of the chow fun. The baked pork chops was delicious and really hits the craving for me. The sauce was both flavorful and hearty and it went great with the pork chops and rice. The bubble waffle was crispy on the outside and very soft on the outside, very addicting to eat. The chow fun was a bit too oily for me, which is common for this dish, it didn't come with beef I believe it was extra, I wish we ordered beef with it because only the noodles itself was too much.“
