The service was attentive and friendly without ever feeling rushed, making the evening both comfortable and relaxed. “We went for a date night and couldn't have been more pleased! The staff was friendly and super knowledgeable. We opted for the walk with us option so the chefs could take the reigns and it did not disappoint. The wagyu was melt in your mouth, cod was delicious, pave, liver mousse, all such great complimentary flavors throughout the courses all the way to the end with the miso ice cream. Highly recommend when you want to splurge, great atmosphere, phenomenal food!“

“This is a little gem of fine dining. Unique and flavorful, interesting and sophisticated. If you are looking for a unique dining experience that is quality across all the courses served, this is it. We also did the wine pairing and it the wines complimented the food very well. It was a truly wonderful dining experience and we will go back again.“

“Be aware they are now charging a “service charge”. It’s was not noted on the menu nor did the server inform us of the charge. The only reason I found out is I requested a printed receipt. The receipt recommended an additional tip be between 2-7% on top of the charge. Yet when I paid the machine prompted an additional 15 or 18% tip so I tipped 18 even tho our service was bad cuz I use to be a server. The unfortunate part is I didn’t look at the receipt for over a week after I visited. I’m very disappointed that I’m being charged a “service fee” and at no time was it ever brought to my attention that this is a new thing.“

“This is my favorite restaurant! The food has a sensuous and complex flavor profile while also being rustic Italian. You will not find a better pomodoro sauce anywhere unless your grandma is from Italy and has a long held family recipe. The pasta is hand made and has a perfect texture and amazing flavor with the sauce. The house made buratta is the freshest, creamiest and thickest you’ll enjoy outside of select NYC restaurants that are famous for making their own mozzarella, ricotta or buratta. And the staff treat their guests like they’ve invited you into their own home. Jessica was amazing! All together, going to Luca’s is like getting the perfect big warm hug.“

“I love going to McCoy's.
It has become one of my regular stops on Sundays. Sometimes, even on Saturdays, we usually have breakfast. But they have a great menu with lots of options, there is something for everyone. The staff is friendly and attentive to your needs.
We also went there for Thanksgiving dinner, and their Thanksgiving dinner was the best. This has become one of my favorite places to eat.

Vegetarian options: I am not sure about their vegetarian options. But the staff is friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have about the menu.They are also very willing to change anything. I am allergic to eggs. And when I get breakfast, I just have them omit the eggs from any of my dishes. And they are happy to do it.

Kid-friendliness: I haven't seen very many kids or babies here. It looks like it would be kid friendly.“

For dinner we split a Bucatini Carbonara and a Daisy pizza with pepperoni. The pasta was terrific it the pizza was truly outstanding. Among the best I’ve had in Colorado. “In a sea of overly pretentious bars in Lower Downtown (LoDo) Denver that try to be something they aren’t or will never become, Ice House stands relatively alone as knowing and being what it is… A Neighborhood Bar… with great prices, food and the most welcoming atmosphere in the area.

The service is great, with most of the staff being long tenured and further cultivating the notion of a neighborhood bar, where you’re met with not only a friendly face, but also a friend. Nick, Victoria , Adam, Martin, Erin, Kevin and Ashley, plus so many others are what truly make this place special and remaining the place for those that truly appreciate the fact that there is a “ Cheer’s” bar at sheer doorsteps from both Union Station and Coor’s Feild.

The food is great… the pizza is top notch and formally staid bar food is made a bit more interesting with the unique options - like cream cheese on a BBQ pizza - that work exceptionally.

The patio is amazing and the interior, while bemoaning “neighborhood bar” is not only inviting, with a huge circular bar that invites interaction and conversation, is exactly what it needs to be… open, spacious, and fun (pool table, Golden Tee and other social gaming devices). It shouldn’t be anything else!!!

If you’re looking for a fun, chill place that has great staff, great food and where you may just find yourself looking for a “home base” with interesting people, and and even more exceptional staff, you’d be hard pressed to find anything better than the Ice House Tavern.“

“Had an absolute amazing breakfast ! The food was great and the ambiance was lovely. We shared a burrito and skillet and tried the pumpkin French toast which was to die for!! Our server McKenzie was awesome. He was super friendly and took good care of us and he was also just adorable. 12/10 recommend!“

Super knowledgeable, extremely kind, prompt, charismatic and at the end of the meal, we didn't want to leave! As for the food, my husband and I both felt the Caesar salad was the best we have ever had, the ricotta was creamy and flavorful, and our main dish was a special that blew our minds out of the atmosphere. For dessert Collin highly recommend the butterscotch bread pudding. Dont tell him we would have ordered it anyway, because it was so enjoyable to see him so excited about it! If you leave without trying this dessert, you will deeply regret it for the rest of your life. Every single aspect of every dish was well thought through and even the plating was beautiful! 13/10.“

“We really enjoyed our birthday dinner for two at Hillstone. We shared "Osaka Style" pressed sushi, spinach & artichoke dip and grilled heirloom artichokes - a delicacy IMHO. I chose a New Zealand white wine (having just returned from NZ) and it was excellent. The restaurant was near capacity when we arrived and we were seated within a few minutes of the time of our reservation. Table service, the wait staff and the assistant manager who checked on us were very attentive, very professional and very friendly. Top flight in every way.“

“Great food and service. However..... we ordered craft Mexican Lager ‘Venga' but they served Modelo. I reminded our server what we ordered. She said yeah this is what they normally serve in a glass and just don't tell guests. I suggested they change the menu to be honest with guests. They were told the menu will remain that way. Our server then went to the hotel lobby and brought us what we ordered. She was kind enough to comp. the additional beer. Very nice server but double check your orders!“

“The food was good. I went with a friend that I hadn't seen for awhile and we wanted to catch up with each other. It's a small place and was pretty crowded when we went (about 1:00pm) , so was difficult to talk. I had Mediterranean plate which was good, a little different twist on a Greek salad.“

“I reserved a seat at the bar! The place was fancy and beautiful. The jazz band was amazing and really classy. David’s group was inspiring, and the piano player blew me away with cool chords and original songs. The service was awesome, and the drinks were top-notch. Great place! 🎹“
