“On the receipt it said our server was Raul. He was awesome and made an iced espresso that my girlfriend thought was much better than Starbucks. The coffee creation was on the house… even the second one. The breakfast was very good and priced fairly. Because of it all, left a little over 50% tip and happy. Well done.“

“We had a reservation but arrived early and there were two seats at the bar so we decided to just eat at the bar. The bartender Chris was wonderful. He was super personable and gave great suggestions. We had the burger and chicken sandwich and a few cocktails. I would definitely recommend this place to others.“

“This place is a hidden gem, as it’s located away from the center of Vail village, inside of a mountain lodge. Spacious, rustic interior creates a cozy ambiance featuring floor to ceiling windows and a stone fireplace. The food is amazing - a combination of French and American mountain cuisine. The portions are big and great for sharing.“

“Cucina is such a hidden gem. I wish more people in Vail new about Cucina! The space is huge, the atmosphere is great, and the staff is incredibly fast and friendly—especially Salvatore and Tyler. “I rate it low, because the waitress took my drink (a Negroni) away from the table before it was finished without asking me if he can take it away. Once he came back and I claim to him he told me that he did it because it was not full, which he was right, but “wrong answer”..!! He shoul have 1st. apologize, 2nd. offer another one, or 3rd. if I did not wanted another one cause we ordered wine, he should have not charged in the bill. Obviuosly he was bad “trained” on how to deal with a mistake he made like that. Apart from that, everything else very good!“

“The veggie chili is very yummy and filling after a morning of skiing. Can add corn, onions, and hot sauce. They used to serve it over a baked potato too but sadly not anymore. There is also a quinoa/bean burger, but unknown if this is vegan. Items are only listed as vegetarian on the menu. They also sell bobo’s bars and a few other vegan snacks if you look.“

The atmosphere was perfect, chill vibes, nice decorations.
The food was delicious, Tuna tartar for appetizer and Seabass for entree! Food was incredible! The service was great they didn't miss a beat, Sebastian the server was on point with his recommendations and his service! He was super friendly and personality was on point!
