“One of my all time favorites in Miami.
You cannot go wrong with any of the pasta dishes. We ordered a few but I only got a picture of the white pomodoro vongole, which was delicious. Very fresh without being too garlicky or heavy on the stomach. There pasta is always fresh and would taste great without any sauce. The red sauces (their specialty I believe) just make it all that much better.
My favorite salad of all time is their tricolore salad, I would come here just to have this and one of their cocktails. They have proper cocktails, well balanced and with premium liquors and ingredients.
The inside section is beautiful but be warned it is freezing inside, bring a sweater.
The outside while very pleasantly ventilated with fans everywhere is nice however is missing that beautiful design and ambiance felt inside.“

“I had heard about this hot restaurant from New York that I must try, but was reticent to do so because Carbone was the name of a character from Goodfellas that Robert Deniro's Jimmy Conway whacked when tying up loose ends after the Lufthansa job! Poor sap was hanging frozen in a meat locker. I'm glad I put that imagery aside because this place was amazing! Platitudes like wonderful ambience, fine service, flavorful food, great family style dining, are all applicable but just don't capture the full spirit of the evening. From the pickled cauliflower, to the signature spicy rigatoni ala vodka (which pairs nicely with their pinot noir offering Presqu'ile), to the Caesar salad (you must have those croutons!), and their delicious Italian petit-fours, everything burst with flavor and was resplendent of the authenticity of old Venice. And since you will be spending more than a few pennies here, one must luxuriate in the mid century environs replete with Murano glass chandeliers while being serenaded with a sound track of Italian crooners like Mel Torme and Frank Sinatra in the full bela canta tradition. If you have a special occasion, Carbones Miami Beach will make for a memorable evening.“

“I was searching for the perfect restaurant to take my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday, and I ultimately chose Casa Matilda when I found out the owner is Haitian. From the moment we walked through the door, the customer service made a lasting impression. Andrea not only remembered my name but also remembered that we were celebrating a birthday—she acknowledged my boyfriend and wished him a happy birthday, which felt so thoughtful and personal.

We requested a table away from the “Dinner with a Stranger” setting since we went on a Saturday night, but still wanted to enjoy the music. They went above and beyond by giving us our own table behind curtains, which made the night feel like a private dinner. If that’s not excellent customer service, I don’t know what is!

Now, onto the drinks—my cocktail was delicious, and for $24, they give you a generous pour. The lemon drop martini was also amazing! I asked for it to be strong, and the bartender delivered perfectly.

For dinner, our steaks were cooked beautifully—my boyfriend’s was exactly medium, not overcooked at all. The tomato confit chipotle mash paired with the steak truly elevated the dish. Every bite was worth it!

“I loved it. After a long walk on a hot summer day, I stopped by the place and enjoyed a stout and a quadruple pint, great beer. Although they don’t sell food, the staff was very attentive and kindly informed me that I was welcome to bring my own food inside. They also have an old-style jukebox.“

“Awesome place to hangout in the evening. Right next to the pool so take a swim, order from the bar. Later hang out at the bar and chat away with strangers and have a good time.
Food was good and they make good drinks.
Best part, people who hang out here and the bar tenders Pratap and Wesley. They make you feel like you are vacation.
Only complaint I have is that they close soon. Management needs to extend the hours.“

“We had the best time at Faena Miami Beach, and I want to give a special shout-out to Joshua Rodriguez. I was there with my best friend, who is eight months pregnant, and Joshua went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable and had a great night. He even moved us to one of the best tables in the restaurant without knowing anything about us — not even that her husband is an NFL player.

The service was incredible, the atmosphere was beautiful, and it honestly turned into such a memorable evening. People like Joshua are what make a place truly special. Thank you for taking such great care of us and making the night one we’ll never forget!

“While visiting Miami Beach, I went to Jules Kitchen (Tiki Fish and Burgers) bar in the Circa 39 Hotel. The food and service were AMAZING. Loved the vibe. It was so good, I asked to speak to the cook to let him know just how good the food was. 😍“

“This place was a hidden gem and SO amazing. Inside of a hotel on miami beach and it was cozy and quaint. But what made the experience so amazing was the bartender with the fresh kicks on. We kinda had the place to ourselves and like I said, was a hidden gem. But even if there were more patrons she still wouldve made it so enjoyable. “For the price, you cannot compare to the effect and the service you will be provided. Think about a Barton G’s with a beautiful atmosphere. If you want a nice private ambience to hang out with your significant other or a friend to just have a nice conversation with some nice background music. The staff is all smiles and I can’t say 100% for all the flavors provided here but overall a great experience.
They spent the money on the hotel and you can see it here at this bar. And nowhere in Miami are you gonna get an $18 drink that takes six minutes to make. Most places for that price are going to give you a premixed drink with low quality alcohol…“
