I love spicy food, so the Spicy and Garlic flavors were my favorites. My husband enjoyed the Classic Fried and Soy Garlic the most.

Vons is far and away superior to itchy butt and this particular location somehow has yummier chicken than the Pensacola spot. Always get two half orders: spicy Korean and either shoyu or garlic. Impeccable. I live nearby, so takeout stays fresh and they're ready time is accurate. Guy at the register/on the phone speaks English perfectly. My two half orders (20 wings/drummies) came out to about $35, which isn't cheap, but the size of the pieces and quality justify the price tag--you could easily find $40 meals that aren't half as satisfying. I've never eaten at the little food court it's at inside Palama Market but there's a little like coffee shop right at the entrance that sells waffles until 5:30--a perfect pairing if only I would've gotten there 15 minutes earlier!!“

“If you haven't tried Threadfin, you really need to. Are delicious and cooked with such skill. Even things that look recognizable will surprise you with their flavor and quality. The location is intimate and a pleasure to eat in. I highly recommend it.“

The boneless chicken in Secret Sauce is a must-try, but the real surprise is the Spicy Galbi Boneless. That is the hidden gem on the menu. “Update (special S/O): I made a mistake when ordering online and received an error indicating the order may not have gone through. I was surprised that the manager personally answered when I called to check on my order. The manager stayed positive and calm the whole time we spoke, even though this location was experiencing IT problems and heavy customer load at the time. I was even more surprised when the manager waived a cost I should have paid and then personally delivered my pizza. This was especially impressive, since I am an infrequent customer with a small order. He definitely went above and beyond what most businesses do for customers. I greatly appreciate it and highly recommend this location to other customers.

“Slightly costly, but overall good flavor and a decent amount of food.

I did takeout. Ordered the boneless chicken plate, it was still crispy when I ate it later. Instead of Mac salad, it came with carrots, pickled daikon, ranch dressing over shredded cabbage and rice. I got the soy garlic sauce. I liked that they kept the sauce in a container separate so it doesn't make the chicken soggy.

No issues with service.

Atmosphere is pretty much the shared food hall, not too noise with good number of seats around the floor.“

“I got to Stevenson Middle school and walk to this place every day. Today, they drew a smiley face on my pizza! I love how they make this establishment so welcome!

“Pizza hut has always been one of my favorite places whenever I don't feel like cooking or just a quiet bite because I love their personal pan pizza. It is just the right size for 1 person and you cannot beat the price for 4 awesome pieces of a pan made personal size pizza. I think Anyone born between the 60s 70s & 80s bought Pizza Hut because there weren't many other options except for a few small pizza places that many different last verl long bcuz they really couldn't complete with Pizza Huts prices and most didn't deliver like pizza hut did. I also believe Pizza Hut is the forefront for the other Pizza companies to start up in Hawaii almost copying how Pizza Hut ran their business. I can't say 100 percent that it is the case but I believe it is true in my opinion. There is only one company that has been hanging in there but still cannot compete against the taste Pizza Hut puts out. I have only one question, why did Pizza Hut shut down most of the many dine in restaurants around Oahu? I used to love their salad bar lunches or brunches all you can eat salad bars. I know many sports teams would go during this special and the all you can eat brunch salad bar specials and just devour everything in sight. This salad bar had so many different entrees on that bar ß⁴⁴⁴⁴⅘ there were nothing left for the other customers which to me they knew what they were doing when choosing to do this at that specific time and specials . To me when the team ups and others abused this special on a regular basis it ruined it for everyone to enjoy and it wasn't only Pizza Hut that ran into this problem. But whoever I'm the company put into action maybe they should have added rules to that specific problem and should have foreseen that sooner than later someone or high schools & college athletic sports teams and their coaches "Only as an example" would abuse this awesome new way of family dining at a reasonable price to go with it that they also should have considered“

I've been to Once in New York City in brooklyn, Staten island, queens, Manhattan; but this place in Honolulu Hawaii in downtown Chinatown has got to be the best one as of yet. Every employee that works there always make sure that your dining experience is amazing! The food is always great call mine if something is not to your liking and they will gladly make you a different item or another one of the same order. Occasionally they forget my 2 L soda when they do deliveries, but that's okay LOL!!!!! Because they do exactly what you are feeling in your heart would be the proper compensation for this inconvenience.... they apologize and bring you the drunk but on thr second trip, its free OR they ask if you would rather they just refund it and thats that. The staff brought out more food within 10 minutes - a variety of pizzas and restocking the pasta and breadsticks. They have salad available at the front counter and fountain drinks are included.
