“I and my husband celebrated our anniversary there. It was our first time and we were so impressed. It was like a secret special place in the back of a pub. We had to give a secret code (which we received when we made the reservation) to be allowed through the door. Once let in, it felt like we just popped into a bar from the jazz age. The food was delicious and the staff were attentive. We highly recommend the place for a special celebration.“

“The Food Company is amazing in that it offers an expansive menu, PLUS the best service and kindness in working with special current food restrictions. The food for our recent party with guests from our islands, plus mainland cities and Australia, called for varied tastes. The Food Company offered perfect selections, getting raves!! “We have been coming to Enchanted Lake Kim Chee Restaurant for the past 13 years, and it has become such a special place for our family. The owners are incredibly warm and friendly—they’ve watched our kids grow up over the years, and every visit feels like coming home.

Their vegetable bar is amazing, offering everything you could want, plus fun extras like pineapple and Jell-O, which the kids always look forward to. The seaweed soup is wonderfully comforting, and I can never resist their vegetarian bibimbap. It’s always beautifully presented, and every time I tell myself I’ll take a picture… but I end up diving in too quickly!

The kids always order the combination plate with chicken katsu, barbecue chicken, and fried mandu—it’s their go-to meal. The atmosphere is welcoming and fun, with video footage of the kitchen playing (it’s great to see them in action!), a fish tank that keeps the little ones entertained, and a playlist we absolutely love. The music always adds to the experience and makes our meal even more enjoyable.

After all these years, this restaurant continues to be one of our favorite places to eat. We always leave happy and full, and we’re so grateful to have a spot like this in our community!“

I just wished they didn't sell out so early.I had the chocolate donut which had the perfect chewy consistency and the chocolate was nice and rich. “One of my top favorites. Known for having the Best Pho on Island, so great one of my friends drives from Waikiki to Kailua just for their Pho. My favorite dish is #7 Satay Chicken and Kal Bi short ribs, served with rice, lettuce, cucumbers and a spring roll. Always start with an order of Spring Rolls before ordering your meal. Big portions with lettuce, lemon grass and cucumbers. You can do it traditional style and wrap the Spring Roll or just grind em like me dunk just the Spring Roll in the absolutely awesome sauce they have. The sauce is so great I usually don't eat Cucumbers but with a dip in the sauce I eat all of them. Everyone I have taken to eat at Saigon Noodle House for their first time becomes a regular Customer. My Wife has tried multiple different menu options and none have disappointed her. It just makes it harder to decide next time🤣. During peak lunch time you maybe have to wait but it will be a short wait and well worth it. Recommend for everyone, large portions and surprisingly moderate price. My #7 Lunch 16.90 and couldn't finish it all. Superb staff, so polite and professional. Now just go to Saigon Noodle House and enjoy, you won't be let down.“

“I really try not to give out five stars but this one is 4.5 stars reminds me of chipotle but not some big franchise cookie cutter food chain. The food is good they stay packed but they work with great efficiency there’s not a lot of room to sit so it’s perfect to grab and go. Will for sure go back.“

You can’t beat the happy hour special prices, $12 for a draft beer and burger/tacos/pulled pork etc. depending on the day, the pulled pork is my favorite. Excellent draft selection of local beers. Dog friendly lanai. Staff are also very friendly. Our favorite place for happy hour in Kailua.“

I called them and he was so kind and willing to help make sure I was happy.He helped me think of ways to make the problem right, even if it had been on DoorDash, and not on their restaurant. Husband got seafood plate with chicken katsu. The amount of seafood was same as the katsu (he’d hoped more seafood, given the name). Said the seafood was good, katsu was better.“

There’s two selections of seating one in the bar and the other in the restaurant side. We ended up getting the restaurant side bc it was a little bit quieter.
