“Came here with 7 people and they seated us immediately. The waitress was very nice! We were celebrating a birthday and they gave us a round of shots on the house. I had the margarita and it was tasty, but a few others did not like their drinks. I believe it was the wine. We ordered a lot of different food and overall it was okay. The loaded fries were very good, it had tons of brisket. Someone ordered the macaroni and cheese brisket and there were literally like 3 pieces of brisket on it which clearly wasn’t proportioned right. I ordered a burger and it was a double patty. One of the patties was very very red. I don’t know if it was the lighting but compared to the other patty which looked about medium well, the other one was bloody red. I did not eat it. I know people come for bbq not burgers so if I came back I definitely would not get that again. We did split the check per person on their new online payment system which had issues. The total shown plus tip was not adding up right so you had to do the math in your head and trust it was gonna be what’s charged. Overall it was a good experience.“

“If you are in Chicago and want to eat Wagyu Steak: This is definitely the correct place!
We enjoyed our visit in this restaurant our waitress supported us by grilling the food and we enjoyed the dinner. Unfortunately I forgot here name, but I will update the comment when I remember her name. She was really very helpful and with great patience as we not understood in the beginning the system.
So for my followers I will explain the process:
Basicly you have two tiers to select: Silver and Gold. The details of the tiers can give your waitress.
You order through a iPad and each person can order 6 different dishes. Be careful the time is limited on 2 hours.
I would suggest to go early to avoid any waiting times.

“Drove by on our way into town to our hotel. Noticed the mural outside and then the décor inside drew me in. Had brunch here on Saturday and I'm so happy that the hype didn't just come from the interior design. The food was SO GOOD!!! I had the crab cake benedict which was suggested by our bartender, Mary. As someone from the Eastern Mid-Atlantic who has had a lot of crab cakes, I can honestly tell you that these were amazing! The seasoning and the overall manner in which these crab cakes were made makes me think the owner/chef came from the East Coast! My boyfriend had the brisket hash and he inhaled it so quickly that he didn't even save me a bite ? Came here for brunch and decided not to do the bottomless drinks because you could only choose one drink the entire 1.5 hours. Makes sense but as a visitor who will not be coming back anytime soon, a little variety would be more appealing.

As previously stated, the restaurant is really cute inside. There's a free arcade on the second floor. The restaurant's got a girly, cowgirl feel to it. The menu has a lot of Southern favorites with a twist! Menu is available via QR code on the wooden coasters. Prices were cheap compared to the rest of the city. Portions were large but doable. Flavors were on point! And staff was especially welcoming and attentive! We sat at the bar, per usual.

They've only been open for a week but I definitely feel like their popularity will blow up soon! So glad that we caught them before they're too busy!!!“

“So glad I noticed it walking by and came back with my husband for dinner. The menu has lots of choices but we were only two so will have to check out different options next time. We each had dinners, he choosing 1/2 baby back ribs, Mac and cheese, cornbread. I had 1/2 slab brisket, Mac and cheese and collard greens. Side portions were generous and the collard greens were fantastic! Mac and cheese was terrific and the meats were just perfect. Service was great and price was just as great. Washed it all down with classic Margaritas. Great addition to neighborhood in same spot Fat Willy’s left when closed for good.“

Pictured here is a Pimento Cheese Sausage Link ($8 and a style I've never tasted before 5/5), half a pound of Brisket ($17, probably one of the best I've had 5/5), both come with a side of onions and pickles, and ordered sides of Coleslaw ($4, dry, not creamy 3/5) and Mac & Cheese ($6, which was average 2.5/5). Not a huge fan of how the BBQ sauce packets came, pictured here - opted for Hot Smoky and Smoky Barbecue Sauce. A bit pricey but was filling. Would like to try the Tri-Tip, Hot Link, and Chicken Wings next visit.

“*Hidden Gem* As someone who owns and operates a BBQ business, this was pure bliss. We ordered the Sticky Ribs as an appetizer and I could have eaten 2 plates worth!!! Smokey and slightly sweet. Perfect tenderness. I had the smoked Duroc Chops with a mustard glaze and spinach. The pork chops are super thick. Probably enough for 2 people. 🔥🔥🔥 You can never go wrong with Duroc. My wife had the Salmon. Wonder piece of fish.🔥🔥🔥. My son had the 8oz steak and fries. I had a piece and it was delicious. 🔥🔥🔥 We decided to also try dessert and that was even 🔥🔥🔥 Chocolate cake with chocolate chip ice cream!!!
