“I went in store around 3pm on a Saturday and ordered 3 maple donuts and 3 Boston creams. 2 of the maple donuts were hard as a rock. I went thru the drive thru, showed her how hard it was and they have me a free half dozen to compensate for the hard ones. She didn't have to do that, they NORMALLY don't do that. It made me have so much more trust for this Dunkin. Thank you!!!!“

“I stayed in the ADORABLE little rental above the coffee shop and the whole place smelled like coffee when we checked in. (huge win to me) If they were still open I would have gone down to get some coffee immediately. I went down first thing the next morning and ordered a frosted cranberry latte and it was so delicious. 100% made me want to stay another night but we had to head home. The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable and the coffee is amazing.“

“I come here because they do pour-overs. Really Good pour-overs. (If they're busy, multi-tasking staff may miss the correcting timing so the extractions are suboptimal and may alter the taste in the negative.) But still a great coffee - I'm nitpicking.

I enjoy this more than the other places in Libertyville because the barista's really know their products - every one I've talked with has been able to discuss each coffee with knowledge that helps me learn. And oh so friendly, nice people who work there.

Pastry choices are limited, so-so in taste, and too sugary for me (donuts, muffins) They could use some nice croissants, chocolate croissants, morning buns, etc. If they partnered with Hewn Bakery it would be perfect. (I will often get coffee to go, and bring my own Hewn to eat outside at the benches.)“

I have been a customer for years and finally placed my first catering order for my daughter’s birthday party, the process was simple and easy. Pick up was fast and speedy. All the guests LOVED the sandwiches and pasta salad and the presentation was beautiful! Plus I got to try some of my favorite sandwiches and labrettis in smaller portions. I can’t recommend them enough!!“

“First of all, Simon’s a great host who also loves to make software. We’re here all the time, and our team loves coming to Open Mic to work, be creative, and meet with clients. It’s a comfortable, welcoming space that naturally sparks good conversations and cool ideas—some of our best ideas have come out of brainstorming sessions in this spot. Sometimes we’re heads-down getting work done, sometimes sketching things out, sometimes picking up a guitar or playing a little piano between sprints. “I just went there to have a meeting with a coworker and absolutely loved the service and the atmosphere. The empanada was still frozen when they served it to me but the server was so kind and gentle and immediately gave me another one that was well cooked and didn’t charge me for the wait and inconvenience. I call that consideration and good business practice! Will be back again!!“

This is one of my go to places in Libertyville. I love the atmosphere, the location, and their sandwiches/scones. The only reason I'm giving it a 4/5 is I'm a chai lover and I wish they had a chai that was vanilla flavored on the menu. It's very spicy and I'm not a fan. Other than this, my friends always rave about the drinks they get since I'm not an actual coffee person.“

“Everytime we come to this mall, this is one of first things we get. We saw a sign saying they had three variety flavors of horchata drinks and we jsut had to give it a try. Our go to is the Cafe horchata but you can get vanilla or chocolate as well if coffee isn't your go too. I've had them all and they are all delicious.“

He was so proud to have designed a donut (which was actually just the cookies and cream option from the menu) but he watched them make it and decorate it and then showed it to everyone he passed. I absolutely LOVE the Lakemoor Starbucks!

I used to avoid Starbucks because I thought it was too pricey — but after receiving a gift card and giving it a try, I was instantly HOOKED. Now, I regularly order ahead using the Starbucks app and pick up, either in-store or through the drive-thru, from this location. Every single visit has been a pleasure. The staff are always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming — and my order is always ready and accurate. That consistency keeps me coming back.

The Lakemoor Starbucks has become one of my favorite places to grab a quick breakfast, brunch, lunch, or refreshing drink. The service is always excellent, the food consistently fresh and tasty, and the whole experience is just easy and enjoyable.

“Delicious boba tea! I had the Coconut milk tea with boba and my husband had the mango fruit with boba. This was our first time here! It was busy when we walked in with lines for those wanting to get there bubble / boba tea. There was a great menu of options to choose from and a nice sitting area to relax, and enjoy the drinks. Staff were quick and busy filling in the orders that were coming in. This is located in Chinatown near the Chinatown square. Great spot and delicious boba teas! We will definitely come back when we visit this area again!“

“I've been here three times in the past year and have been wowed each time. The employees are always nice and accommodating. The food is perfect each time, the bathrooms and restaurant itself are very clean, and the space is welcoming! That's saying a lot from someone who worked in a lot of restaurants over the years and can easily spot issues. Bagels are chewy, thaw nicely after being in my freezer for a bit, and make excellent sandwiches. Thank you for the Windex and cleaning up my water bottle catastrophe ;)“

“Came in today for a coffee to see a man being an absolute idiot to the girl behind the counter.
This man sat there and nit picked everything she was doing.
He proceeded to nit pick how the machine brewed espresso and that he wanted his coffee exactly 118 degrees.

“Something new in the Mall food court! Staff is so friendly and talkative, love them! They have truly great selection of unordinary pizzas. You have to try ordering from the menu! Ready slices are good, but freshly made mouthwatering pizza is so much better. I tried pear pizza, was very impressive, chef's creation, but my best favorite is vegetarian pizza.
