“The inside was very clean, tables were kept well and there were plenty of places to sit. Coffee and tea were amazing, we got a green tea and nitro cold brew and they exceeded expectations. We got a ham and cheese sandwich and a spicy avocado bacon sandwich and those also exceeded expectations. Everything was served in a timely manner and the baristas were friendly and welcoming. “Guys pls don’t make fun of my Google account I made this account when I went through a weird phase. Anyways, Like and Colleen were amazing. My dumbass friend tried to exxagerate the story she was telling and ended up talking with her friends which led to her spilling her drink. However, luke and Colleen re made her a drink, and an extra cup of cold foam bc that’s why she spilled bc the lid was open due to licking the cold foam. Then Colleen came to action with a mop and cleaned it up. We are all happy and they are our best friends now because they helped out.“

I absolutely LOVE the Lakemoor Starbucks!

I used to avoid Starbucks because I thought it was too pricey — but after receiving a gift card and giving it a try, I was instantly HOOKED. Now, I regularly order ahead using the Starbucks app and pick up, either in-store or through the drive-thru, from this location. Every single visit has been a pleasure. The staff are always friendly, upbeat, and genuinely welcoming — and my order is always ready and accurate. That consistency keeps me coming back.

The Lakemoor Starbucks has become one of my favorite places to grab a quick breakfast, brunch, lunch, or refreshing drink. The service is always excellent, the food consistently fresh and tasty, and the whole experience is just easy and enjoyable.

Update: A few months later, I ordered an 8” Mille crepe cake with passionfruit filling and asked for a custom design of poppy flowers because the birthday girl loves poppies. The cake was so fresh and tasted divine! The party guests were super super impressed and asked me where I bought the cake, what kind cake is it, what flavor?

Absolutely delicious Mille crepe cake!! I decided to order a birthday cake and some mini cakes without tasting anything first. My friends were blown away by how good the passion fruit flavor was!! “This is by far the best Starbucks in the area bar none . Everyone from the top management to the baristas are kind, friendly, caring and efficient. I’ve never had an attitude from any of them no matter how complicated my beverage order is. They keep the place clean and safe also. Unfortunately, the Starbucks in Algonquin by the movie theater, and also the one on Randall by Kohl’s has some of the rudest employees. In fact, the one by Kohl’s mopped the floors without squeezing out the mop and there were large puddles of soapy water all over, and I almost fell, even though I was walking extremely slowly. Putting a sign down does not excuse them from liability, but they didn’t seem to care at all about me, or anyone for that matter , and when I expressed my concern that someone can fall, they just rolled their eyes up at me. I am grateful that the Starbucks closest to my home on Algonquin Road and Ryan is Friendly professional and efficient unlike the other ones.“

“Today I went to Starbucks where, my daughter, Rachel worked so I could hand out dry floral pendants (flowers from her funeral to her Starbucks family! I know that Starbucks has had it’s fair share of scrutiny lately, but they have been nothing short of amazing through this. They have set a memorial table up in Rachel’s honor. They also called in grief counselors and pulled in shift support from other stores so that people who knew Rachel could take time to grieve individually as well attend her service.“
