“This is a wonderful sub shop. I have had numerous sandwiches here and they are all top notch. My favorite so far is the Rammy's Radical Italian Beef. I went with their suggestion and had it "our way" and it did not disappoint. This could be the best sub style sandwich I have ever had. Their Reuben is also excellent.“

“Update:
I went a second time to try more things. I wouldn't recommend the potato pancakes. I don't know if it was an off day but the potatoes were dry, like they were left out for too long and then fried.
But the belly lox sandwich was amazing! On the salty side but that's how we like it. It came with a side of potato salad which was also amazing.

Previous review:
The food was good but not great. The bagel and cream cheese were good and standard but the pastrami hash and eggs were okay with not a lot of flavor. I'll definitely go back to try different Bagels and other items.“

“At first, I was definitely turned off by the ambiance–it was quiet and we were one of two groups. BUT we went at an odd time (3:15pm) and most all places are short staffed. “Had a decent lunch, sub was pretty typical of the chain with no surprises except I thought it was little on proteins - maybe. Facility is clean with plenty of parking. I did buy a meal wanting tea for my drink, I even said it. But then no tea in the containers which sucked - guess I’ll look next time.“

“Always knew about the location on the south end of the mall but not sure when this location opened and when The Great Steak & Potato Co. folded but Charley's delivers a decent tasting cheesesteak.My father who was born & raised in Eastern PA from time to time will stop in at Charley's for a cheesesteak when going for his daily walk in the mall. He's very picky about his cheesesteaks but claims this place has a decent taste if not a bit pricy.I appreciate a cheesesteak here from time to time especially The Old School cheesesteak w/ Old School Philly fries, MMMM!! Since it is a chain, you'll commonly hear/read that they're not authentic or the meat's bland compared to a real Philly cheesesteak.It really is "you like what you like" and if the customer service is consistently good like any other location I've been to then it's a go-to spot.“

“Turkey titan was good. As was turkey bacon avocado wrap. Clean store. Friendly staff. Went at lunch and they got me and two people behind me thru fast. Ingredients seemed fresh. I know they don’t take the coupons but get over it reviewers. It’s not like it’s THAT expensive and i imagine the profit margin on these franchises is not great. I took a star down on atmosphere because they had some weird whale music on and it was real loud. Would have been annoying if i was dining in.“

“I was at work. It was lunchtime. I craved a yummy and tasty sub. My mind immediately thought of Jimmy John’s and how I missed their unique subs and “free smells”. So, off I went. I arrived at a time whereas the establishment was pretty empty. The employees were respectful and attentive. My food was prepared quickly and as I ordered. And I just love their little ice bits for soft drinks. So, it was as good as it could get… well, except for if I would have somehow won the lottery or was presented with a VIP JJ Card which gives me free subs for life (hint hint corporate dudes and dudettes). If the staff member would have told me I could just use my phone number and I'll get the rewards points instead of spending 5 minutes trying to figure out the app, I would have saved time.“

“Wanted to point something out for this location. Your app is costing you $$$. For about the pat 2 wks, every time I tried to use it at my this location, every option was "unavailable." So I'd go elsewhere. Today, same thing. But I decided to stop by and see. They had everything and didn't know why the app would say that. Obviously if it says that, I can't order. So if it's not an isolated issue then that's a lot of $.“
