“Don’t let the photos fool you, these are hands down the best donuts I’ve ever had in my life. I was a little upset when my half dozen rang up to $47 (my fault for not looking at prices ahead of time) but was SO incredibly surprised by the flavor and texture of these donuts. The bakers have managed to find a way to make yeast donuts perfectly flavorful with no greasy feeling- they are light as a fluffy pillow with the slightest crisp from being fried. Honestly, to die for. Were still amazing even hours later!!“

“Tried the express menu last weekend for the first time and was NOT disappointed. Vegan birria tacos (made with perfectly seasoned mushrooms) were excellent, though I have to admit the consomé wasn't, unfortunately. But the vegan soul plate was all good. The fried hearts of palm were tasty and crunchy, the mac and cheese was creamy and not too heavy, the sweet potatoes were Thanksgiving-y, and the greens did their job. And the hibiscus and ginger tea I ordered was delicious! I just wish it was less than a 40-minute drive for me, but what can you do?“

“My wife and I go to Dunk Donuts almost every morning. For less than the price of Starbucks we get a dozen donut holes and two of their blended Carmel latte drinks. 🍩 We love Dunk Donuts! The workers are so kind and thoughtful and the food is always delicious. They have the best donuts and iced coffee I’ve ever had! 😊“

“I grew up in Western Springs, in a house on the “other side of the tracks”. Almost every Sunday, my father and I would go to Kirschbaum’s for a dozen donuts. Those donuts were sooo good.“

“I had one of the most friendliest interactions I've ever had in a dunkin! The worker that was shcudled today at 7 pm had such a friendly attitude that I couldn't help but wish her the best! I ordered 2 green teas and she explained that it's going to come out hot because she barely made it. I however didn't mind because who doesn't love hot fresh tea! :) she then proceeded to tell how she takes pride in her work because of how well she does it, and it for sure shows! 200/10 experience would recommend going here for your daily dunkin runs ?‍♀️“

“I’m giving this dunkin a 3 in food/service because I ordered a bagel on my way to work. I asked for a plain bagel with veggie cream cheese on it and the lady in the drive through confirmed. I take out my bagel while I drive and the cream cheese isn’t on it and it’s not veggie, they gave me plain. So you want me to spread my own cream cheese, cool. Now what about a knife to spread it? No knife in the bag. You can’t even call to express your frustration because their number doesn’t work.“

“Very pretty little cafe with outdoor seating space. We only tried the baked goods which were also very pretty and started at $4.50 a piece. The donuts are unconventional--imagine a slightly denser challah shaped like a donut. They're bready and sort of chewy, but it works as a pastry and would pair well with coffee. The staff was friendly and there was plenty of space--no line on a Saturday morning.“

“My mom had a flat tire and we were in our way to fix it but we had to stop in the parking lot in dunkin we tried calling a tow truck nobody picking up so we went inside the dunkin’ and really nice and amazing person asked if our tire is flat and she offered to ask dominos to get the jack but we didn’t no how to so these to amazing pepole helped change the tire“

“I love this place. It is the only place I want to get Dunkin Donuts. Everywhere else is just pretending to serve coffee. Customer service is excellent. For the most part they don't have you pulling around to bring your order- because that's nonsense. For as long as they keep serving coffee and moving as fast as they do, I will be waiting in line!“

“There are a few Dunkin's in my area that I go to, this one is by far the most consistent! The staff is always friendly, the food is always hot, and my coffee is always made perfectly! Caught them during a busier rush today and even then they were very communicative and got my food and coffee out to me fast. Fave location in my area!“

“I’m not from this area, I actually live in NW Indiana but sometimes come out this way for work. This is by far the best DD I’ve been too, besides the location in Munster, IN. No matter how busy they are, the line always moves fast, my drinks are always made well, my food is always done fresh (I get the avocado toast) and the toast is crispy but not burnt. Anywhere else the avocado toast is usually soggy or cold. But not at this location. The employees are always so friendly and nice. Never had an issue ever. All I know is that the DD locations in NW Indiana need to take some lessons from the management/staff at the Alsip location because they’re doing something right. Wish I could get this type of service at the other locations. Good job! ?“

“This is certainly an interesting Dunkin’ location. Loses one star because of the dude who opens the door every time you’re entering and leaving. His presence makes me slightly uncomfortable, but the whole thing is so weird that it gives this location character. The sandwiches at this location are some of the best consistently I’ve had from any Dunkin’ ever. They’re quick with ‘em too, even when they’re pretty busy.“

“I always go in the afternoon around 5:30pmish and this is genuinely the best and most consistent Dunkin I’ve been to. A lot of other locations you can only hope it taste remotely close but these baristas always make my drink taste absolutely spot on.“

“I get decaf coffee almost every day and it's wonderful every morning. But at night forget it. Usually I thrown it out because you can't drink it's so bad. Even when I complain and give it back they don't make a new pot of decaf, they give me the same coffee diluted. Didn't they taste the coffee??? It is several hours old and it tastes bad. Good for day workers, Yuck for the evening workers. Tell them if decaf coffee sits for hours, make a new coffee.“
