I had an amazing experience at this sushi restaurant! The waitresses were incredibly friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Their warm hospitality truly enhanced our dining experience.

The food was outstanding—the soup was rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, making for a perfect start to the meal. I also tried the avocado roll, which was exceptionally fresh and of the highest quality. The avocado was perfectly ripe and creamy, complementing the sushi beautifully.

Overall, this restaurant delivers both excellent service and top-notch sushi. I will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!“

“I love Takibi and have been coming here for a few years. Living right around the corner helps of course. It’s a small and simple yet quality restaurant and you can tell the owners are passionate about sushi and giving customers a good experience. The food is always so delicious and I love that they’re BYOB. It’s the best place for a date night and a bottle of wine or to take a couple of friends to catch up.“

I also tried the mochi for dessert and it was so good. Whenever I crave quick sushi I think of this place. We drive 90 minutes round trip just to have it. Better than any of the super expensive places in the suburbs. Very highly recommend!!“

we chatted with the owner once, and he told us he even makes the wasabi from scratch. the wasabi alone deserves an award, so flavorful, not the harsh store-bought kind. the owner is almost always there, making the sushi himself and running things with such a friendly vibe. he truly deserves recognition. this is literally the only sushi my stomach can tolerate, so that says a lot.

and it’s not just the sushi. their entrées are unforgettable too. my husband swears by the chicken katsu: crispy on the outside, juicy inside, and the portion/price is super fair.

Ordered out 3 or 4 times during the lock-down and they got my order perfectly right every time. They're open for dine-in again, very happy about that! The AYCE dinner menu includes appetizers, basic rolls, signature rolls, sushi, sashimi, and ice cream. Every single thing I've ever ordered has been high quality and absolutely delicious.
