“We went there for a small birthday celebration and I was completely blown away. The staff especially the bar tender named Michael who took time to explain in detail the drink menu and other things he could make were amazing . the ribeye steak was one of the best I’ve had as it was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly . The atmosphere could not have been better. We ordered the cheese appetizer and it came out flaming and just beautiful. We 100% will be back.”

“Spending one night in Elkhart. Walking around stumbled into Gateway. Walked by And Larry ow er was seating outside he just said hello as I walked by. Ended my walk and I said Im going there to check it out. A wine only place, small town, makes his own wine theres si ce 2019. I went in and just said I want to tey some wine. He gave me like 3 pours on yhe house. I picked the Pinot noir which was good amd light. Then I sat outside he came over we talked about the town restaurants in the area. Just made me feel like a local and was everything you can expect from a small town, small business and a good decent person that treats his customers right. Which is why I wrote this review. “Near I80 and hotels.

We ordered three entrees, all from the lighter fare menu - Lasagna and Chicken Parmigiana. I had minestrone soup, which was very good, and just what I wanted.

All of the meals were good, as well as the atmosphere. Tiramisu desert was very good as well.

“Yelped for "beer" and found this hidden gem! We were so pleasantly surprised to find excellent beer selections so close to home. We sampled all of the drink options and found several to our liking. We liked the Double Primis so much, we took a 1/4 barrel home with us! We tried the Dutch Country Soft Prezel with all of the dip options; Belgian mustard, beer cheese and pimento cheese. Wow! The the beer cheese was fantastic, but the pimento cheese is to die for!! Cannot wait to go back to ask if I can buy that in bulk too! The service was excellent. We sat at the bar because who doesn't love a free show?!? They answered all of our questions and we loved their food suggestion! It was clean and had great ambiance. There's a shuffleboard table, small food menu, indoor and outdoor seating. We cannot wait to continue supporting this local brewery and tell everyone about it!”

“If you want delicious seafood this is the place to go. My family and I ate her today and it was so good. My husband had seafood soup and I shared a labs and sea Molcajete. It was huge. I shared it and still had leftovers. They brought ceviche for an appetizer. This place is definitely worth the stop!”

So instead, we decided to try La Esperanza for the first time — and I’m so glad we did. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was how clean it smelled. The space is welcoming, nicely decorated, and filled with cool decor and plants that make it feel authentic and warm. The staff was incredibly sweet and checked on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. The food? Amazing. I ordered the authentic steak tacos and a hibiscus margarita, and both were absolutely perfect. Great flavor, great portions, and really fair prices. They also have a surprisingly large kids’ menu, which is a huge plus for families. Truly a hidden gem — we’ll definitely be back!”

We are visiting Elkhart and went there 3 times. Each time the service was good and so the food was too. A lot of naturally sourced ingredients.
Not loaded with salt. You can always add it but you can't take it away.
Super friendly staff and owner. Food is really good. I had a big breakfast the first time. Bacon was crispy. Hash browns good. Eggs cooked as requested and the pancake was good too. Second time I had a standard egg and. Bacon and toast. Done right
Third time lunch. Had the philly chicken. Huge portions with a hearty soup and fries. More that 2 of us could eat but tasty with plenty of green peppers and sauteed onion. I will be back.”

Conversations are very easy to carry on. A very special mention I must make is that Angie is the best of the best! Dianna is second on this list. They can give as good as they take when it comes to teasing them. Ten Thumbs Up for both of them! I also like that one of the televisions carries PAWS tv. For us animal lovers this is yet another great attraction.”

“I give it a four just because of the expense. You’ll notice the pics of what we got. The food was great but I would say it was a touch more than I wanted to pay. Before our tip, it was $75 dollars for what you see. To be clear, we did get some extras like guacamole and a side of rice and beans. But, we didn’t get drinks, only water.

Overall, the food was good and high quality, I will probably make different entrees selections next time, cause THE FOOD WAS GOOD AND I WANT TO HIGHLIGHT THAT!”

“One of the Best in Elkhart! We had a large family gathering and ordered 5 pizzas from Boomerelli’s and it was great. We are fortunate to have a number of great Italian restaurants in Elkhart so to say Boomerelli’s is one of the best pizzas I’ve had is very high praise.
Thinner flakier crust than other pizza in town. The sausage had great flavor and the spices in general were good without being over done.”

1) Carne Mixta- included a porkchop, carne asada giant piece of steak, a sausage, buttload of plantains with sauce, and refried black beans. Was amazing. The plantains were like fries soaking up the sauce and it was delicious and perfect. The refried beans were the best I've ever had. I'd order a whole bucket of it just by itself. Porkchop was my favorite meat too. Sausage was the only part I could've gone without. But disappointed the mixed meats didn't include chicken too though.

2) Deep fried corn empanadas (pastilitos)- stuffed with ground beef and potatoes. Also side of coleslaw.

3) Baleadas- like giant flour tacos with beans, egg, avocado, and cheese.

Had enough food for two meals for two people for $50 total. 10/10”

“I have had good luck with this Jimmy John’s. Not every order has been perfect but nothing that has made me regret ordering. Today the delivery driver went above and beyond. I spilled my drink just inside my doorway and she stayed to help me clean it up. I’m a paraplegic so cleaning liquids on the floor can be a little tough for me. She even drove back and got me another drink after we cleaned up the one I spilled. I didn’t get her name but she definitely went above and beyond when she didn’t have to do any of it. I appreciate her help and kindness. She’s definitely a keeper.”

“Relish Cafe & Confections is a standout spot in downtown and an easy place to recommend if you’re looking for a polished café experience. We stopped in for a parfait and coffee, and both were excellent. The parfait was fresh, well balanced, and clearly made with quality ingredients, while the coffee was smooth and well prepared — exactly what you want from a place that takes its offerings seriously. Nothing felt rushed or mass-produced, and the quality really showed.

The atmosphere leans upscale for a café, with a clean, stylish interior that feels intentional rather than overly cozy or cluttered. It’s a great place to sit for a bit and enjoy what you ordered without feeling cramped or chaotic. Service was somewhat distracted, but still efficient and effective. Even though the staff seemed busy, everything was handled correctly and professionally, and we never felt ignored or forgotten.

Pricing felt fair for the quality of the food, drinks, and setting. This isn’t a bargain-basement café, but it delivers enough value that the cost makes sense. Street parking is available nearby, which is typical for a downtown location and wasn’t a problem during our visit.

“Best Arby's ive ever been to. Managed by amazing staff. It used to have issues later at night and weekends, but they take care of the riffraff workers who dont do a good job. But better than competent staff (or at least as important), the good quality is top notch. Freshest Arby's food ive ever had, and consistently so (not just a 1 time visit), and Arby's is one of my favorite fast foods, so ive been to more than a few. Been coming here for the last 15 years, so strong record of good care fo customers and dedication to taking care of customers, staff, the facilities, and again, above all the food quality. Kudos!
