“This place is phenomenal everything fresh and homemade. Those Tex mex egg rolls and buffalo chicken dip are to die for and well let’s just say the drinks are better than awesome. The service is like non others. This is our new family and date night place love love love. I will be letting all who I know about it.“

“I love having this Starbucks in our local Kroger! Staff is very sweet and is always smiling. There are times where it is closed during an afternoon but I suspect it is due to employee breaks. They have the cup holders back which you use on the grocery carts. I’ve missed those. Overall this is a consistent and convenient Starbucks location.“

“Believe me or not, I had a genuinely good experience at this McDonald’s. I actually drive all the way from Louisville and decided to stop by, and I’m really glad I did. We came as two families together, and from the moment we walked in, everything felt smooth, welcoming, and well organized.

Ordering Happy Meals for the kids was easy and stress-free. The staff was friendly, polite, and patient, even with a larger group and multiple orders. They took their time to make sure everything was correct and communicated clearly, which I truly appreciated. It’s not always easy managing family orders, but they handled it very well.

The food was fresh, hot, and nicely packed. The kids were excited with their Happy Meals, which made the whole experience even better for us adults. The dining area was clean, tables were maintained, and the overall environment felt comfortable and family-friendly.

What stood out the most was the positive attitude of the staff. They seemed genuinely happy to help, not rushed or careless. For a quick stop after a long drive, this place exceeded expectations. I would definitely stop by again when traveling from Louisville and would recommend this McDonald’s to families looking for friendly service and a pleasant experience.“

“This place is great! We passed through this morning on our way from Michigan to North Carolina and decided to stop here for coffee. They have great sugar free options and both our lattes were delicious! The raspberry truffle is SO GOOD! Great service, too!“

“I went in today to get a coffee and I braved it and brought my 3 year old and 10 month old. It ended up being a hot mess express with bringing my kids for many reasons but the barista Samantha was so sweet, helpful and patient the whole time. Right after I got my coffee my baby spilled all of it everywhere and she stopped what she was doing immediately to clean it up and then got me another free drink despite me telling her not to and despite it being pretty busy. I felt horrible but she made me feel comfortable and at ease. 10/10, recommend this location! Thank you Samantha!“

“I almost never go to Starbucks. I have Not been in years. However, I do like to go for the caramel apple spice drink. The lady over the microphone informed me that they no longer have that drink, however, suggested a drink to make it taste like the one that I like. She was very informative and very helpful! I called to talk to her manager, and they said her name was Jordan! Thank you so much for all your help and my drink came out. Delicious, I even got a cake pop! I’ve never experienced that well of customer service at Starbucks so thank you so much“

“The people that work here are always so nice. Even when they’re busy they give great customer service which honestly really impacts people’s mood especially if that’s the way they’re starting their day. Might seem small but they’re making a difference. With so much hate in the world, it’s nice to see people being kind. Especially to strangers. They gave my little girl a free cake pop because I forgot to add it on when I ordered and they did it with a smile. The staff are mostly all young women. They are always nice and attentive but also hard working and staying busy.

The inside is clean, even the bathrooms.

“I ask for less ice every time I order. I wish there was a no ice option. But they always fill the ice up to the ice line. This is after I’ve finished and it’s melted a bit but they did fill it to the ice line. And you can clearly see it says less ice on the cup.“

“I seldom go to Starbucks, since their coffee is outrageously expensive and even the larges are not worth $5+. However, the reason I give this franchise five stars is because the restaurant is always clean when I go in. It is a very comforting atmosphere and the staff are always very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. When I do go for their coffee, at least I can say they are better than the other big competitors like Dunkin Donuts.“

“This is the only Dunkin in the area that doesn't mess up the coffee and is consistent. Everywhere else seems like they're basically handing out $6 cups of creamer/milk. I come here and am always greeted with a smile, and they're polite.“

Hopefully, this has already been addressed but this was my experience. Nevertheless, the food is quick and easy as well as a drive through that is very convenient.

I don’t think I’d ever go to another coffee shop unless those two just so happened to move to a different one. Lol. Customer service is 10/10, Coffee is 10/10, friendliness, and attitude towards customers is 10/10!!!! Hands down the best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. I’m so grateful for Harry, and A.J. “DRIVE THRU: Order Accuracy still an issue but they are getting better with their service speed. Always friendly. Main issue is the order takers don't accurately hear the order so always check screen. Still doesn't mean the order will be delivered correctly so always check what you are handed before driving away. Overall, very glad this location is here. Just wish I didn't have to worry that my order is wrong.“
