“regarding a recent review from Katyko, I visited caffe ollo this morning and this is how this lovely place looks like. It has such an amazing atmosphere, their drinks are amazing, a very cozy and warm place to hang out & staff is so kind and welcoming. no shade but if you check closely that same review was also posted a year ago trying to make this place look bad when in reality it’s completely the opposite. love you ollo, will be back soon!“

“Good place for a quick and satisfying lunch. These banh mi’s are served on fresh shatteringly crispy bread and they are filled with the protein of your choice plus jalapeño slices, cilantro, mayo and carrot and daikon pickle. I see some reviews complain about no pate but that is usually only in the cold cut banh mi. Staff are helpful and efficient. We got our food made to order in just a few minutes.“

“Food and drinks are great and owners are friendly (tried the pork buns). Background jazz music reminds me of cafes in Tokyo. Atmosphere is good…some low-top seating or a couch with a coffee table would make me want to come here to meet up with a friend for a quiet chat. Only has hi-top tables with bright lighting which are not as relaxing and comfortable.“

“This DD has wonderful customer service. I just switched DD’s recently and I’m really happy I changed to this location. Hsu has been a delight! She is so patient and positive. It’s really nice to go to a place where the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Our coffee’s have been great but the GREAT customer service really matters to me.I look forward to going to this DD now each day. Hsu thank you for being such a ray of sunshine!!!“

“Staff was friendly to me, order was ready just as I arrived. Theres only one criticism and its nothing they have much control over, the parking/access can be a headache depending on your timing. Not much they can do about it so i don't fault them (just the other people who don't know how to drive/park lol)“

“In all honesty, the service here is wonderful employees always patient and answer any questions you have The atmosphere is great drinks are low price even at the large drink with Boba it’s only $10 and they don’t pressure you to tip, but with the service you’ll get you just want to tip the most amount you can. Five stars wonderful.“

“Their food is exactly what you’d expect from a coffee shop but really I haven’t tried too much of their breakfast sandwiches anyways. I was turned onto their iced peanut butter wonderful and been hooked since. Also hooked a couple others. This place does get busy just like anywhere else.“

“Great service in a SUPER BUSY spot. Staff was great from cashier to server. There had to be 20 drinks prepared waiting for pickup. Don't feel like I waited a long time for an in-store order. Store showed some signs of a busy morning but understandable.“

We stopped by just in passing, on our way to visit a university — and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be!

The ice cream was delicious, with just the right balance of flavor — not overly sweet like many others. It was refreshing and satisfying.

What truly made the experience special was Mónica’s service. She was empathetic, kind, and patient — qualities that are becoming rare these days and that we deeply appreciated.

The place itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, adding to the charm of the visit.

“Every time I come here on Sunday in the morning I order Oreo wow they tell me they don’t have boba available that it’s going to take 20 minutes to make.. this is the 4th time this had happen. And last time I. And 4 other people was there ordering drinks with the boba and got the same answer they asked then why are you open. If you know, that is your main ingredients, someone should come in 30 minutes early to make sure everything is prepped before you open. It’s very disappointing“

“Okaaayyy, I know it's just a Dunkin, but the staff gets my drink right every time.. and I'm a weirdo concoction person who always switches things up, even my sandwiches I'm picky due to "texture issues".. lol. This is only the 2nd Dunkies to get my orders right!

Parking: It's usually pretty busy, but although it's kinda tight, it's worth a second drive around!“

“Convenient in Waltham, not too far from hotels. Some one-way streets, so follow your GPS. I'm new to the area, both car GPS and Google Directions got me their to this DD location properly, on different occasions.

Had good fresh iced tea & a breakfast sandwich. Was there recently at 1 pm on a Wednesday, and they still had some donuts left, etc.

Definitely will be a returning customer. Thanks to the staff at this Dunkin location!“
