“Caffé Ollo in Waltham is such a hidden gem! The Italian Caprese Toast Sandwich was fresh and flavorful, while the Chicken Salad Croissant and Classic Ham & Cheese Croissant were buttery, flaky, and absolutely delicious. I also loved their pastries – the Blueberry Cheese Danish and Blueberry Mascarpone Slice were light yet indulgent, and the Strawberry Cake Slice was the perfect sweet treat.

Their smoothies are amazing too – you can really taste the difference with the 100% real fruit. The Berry Berry Smoothie was refreshing, the Mango Smoothie was tropical and smooth, and the Harvest Green Smoothie felt both healthy and tasty.

“Good place for a quick and satisfying lunch. These banh mi’s are served on fresh shatteringly crispy bread and they are filled with the protein of your choice plus jalapeño slices, cilantro, mayo and carrot and daikon pickle. I see some reviews complain about no pate but that is usually only in the cold cut banh mi. Staff are helpful and efficient. We got our food made to order in just a few minutes.“

“Their food is exactly what you’d expect from a coffee shop but really I haven’t tried too much of their breakfast sandwiches anyways. I was turned onto their iced peanut butter wonderful and been hooked since. Also hooked a couple others. This place does get busy just like anywhere else.“

We stopped by just in passing, on our way to visit a university — and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be!

The ice cream was delicious, with just the right balance of flavor — not overly sweet like many others. It was refreshing and satisfying.

What truly made the experience special was Mónica’s service. She was empathetic, kind, and patient — qualities that are becoming rare these days and that we deeply appreciated.

The place itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, adding to the charm of the visit.

“Have always liked this location. The staff is among the friendliest I’ve experienced at a Starbucks. They get pretty busy so sometimes it’s a tad slow, but it’s understandable and the good attitudes of the baristas more than make up for it“

“This DD has wonderful customer service. I just switched DD’s recently and I’m really happy I changed to this location. Hsu has been a delight! She is so patient and positive. It’s really nice to go to a place where the staff is welcoming, friendly, and helpful. “Clean, nice employees. Parking lot was sorta difficult, and Maps said this location had a drive thru when it does not.

Vegetarian options: Love the egg and cheese, but default they come with bacon. A tad annoying that you pay for bacon when you don't want any. Donuts are good.“

“The food was alright, I got a chai tea latte, a bagel, snacking bacon and a bagel twist and they were all ok. The chai tea latte took 15 minutes to get and the snaking bacon quantity is less that other Dunkin's I have been too. The workers are polite and were very understanding about my displeasure with how long it took to get the latte. The place was clean for how busy it was and all the workers were doing their job.“
