“I don't understand the negative reviews. Cheap and delicious. I love pho. But pho places in the DMV recently have been messing around. Noodles sticking together, tasteless broth, you name it. Not this place. THE PHO AT THIS PLACE IS PRIME! The vegan broth is flavorful and delicious. Toppings fresh af. Staff is friendly. I think the people complaining abt that are from the West Coast and expect service staff to be super demure or something. They're helpful when ordering and kind. Only issue I have had here is my friend with a peanut allergy reacted to their grilled chicken even though it didn't come with peanuts on top, so be careful about ordering from the grill w a nut allergy.“

“The menu was extensive and slightly $$$. Drinks were pricey. However, surprisingly the portions were sharable and delicious! Presentation was fab. The 3 of us shared a whole fish(1-2 people 2lbs) and a risotto. The fish dish was presented beautifully w lettuce, basil, cilantro and threaded noodles w a sauce to make lettuce wrap with the deboned whole fish. It’s was a fabulous meal!“

My friend and I decided to try Pho House because of its very central location, and also because of its great reviews.

Overall, the food was delicious and the we were able to add extra meats and make substitutions to our orders which was great.

“Exquisite cuisine complemented by a charming atmosphere! Their house-brewed Vietnamese coffee tastes and smells so good. The new soft-shell crab with tamarind sauce is so yummy and reasonably priced. I will definitely come back for their delectable chimichurri steak. I will definitely come again to try out the banh mi and other lunch options as well as other authentic Vietnamese items. I love that with a menu brimming with authentic Vietnamese dishes, they also offer a tempting array of vegan and exotic options. It's a great addition to the modernized Takoma Park.“

“Little Saigon is a friendly and welcoming white-tablecloth restaurant offering an extensive Vietnamese menu of deliciously prepared and graciously served appetizers, entrees, and side dishes. On this, our first visit, we were seeking pho, and were amply rewarded with generous snd delicious servings of both a chicken pho and a beef pho, and our vegetarian Spring rolls were a great start. We’ll return soon to sample more of their enticing menu.“

“What an awesome hidden gem! The food was reasonably priced, and the portion sizes were good. If you go, be sure to try the tonkotsu rice! It's a fried porkchop. It was so fresh and krispy. Also, Mon-Thurs, if you buy an entree, you can get a milk tea for only $2! It's a great deal.
The waitresses were super kind, they let us take the milk tea home in a to-go cup because we didn't know about the offer until the end. Usually, it's for dine in only!
The crepe was also tasty. It was made in front of us and the fruit was fresh too! We got the Banana Nutella crepe.

“We were in DC over the weekend visiting family and had an incredible experience at PhoNatics Noodle Bar! We ate inside the restaurant (although there TONS of to-go orders picked up while we were there. The service was outstanding, and the food was even better. Our group couldn’t stop raving about the Banh Mi Beef and Banh Mi Grilled Pork sandwiches. The caramelized meat paired perfectly with the fresh veggies and sauce— absolute perfection!

For appetizers, we went with the Beef Summer Rolls after seeing them recommended in so many reviews, and they did not disappoint. Fresh, light, and packed with flavor!

Another standout was the Grilled Lemongrass Chicken Vermicelli. It was like a noodle salad packed with fresh veggies and savory, perfectly grilled chicken. The Pho was also solid, but the the items above were the real stars of the show.

“Came back today for a delicious lunch! Food was hot and fresh. The egg rolls are so crispy and delicious like nowhere you’ve had before! I got a delicious egg noodle dish with chicken and shrimp and enjoyed it with all the sauces (except sriracha which I’ve tried before). Loved the addition of bok choy. Yum! Tried a little of my wife’s phổ and it was also delicious and authentic with such rich flavor. We also got an iced coffee with coffee flavored jelly and it’s so bold and flavorful and balanced. The decor is cozy and fun - love the lanterns!“

I have been here twice in the past a few months. It seemed to be more crowded during lunch time. During dinner time, we were seated immediately. There were also a few small tables outside in the hallway.

The beef noodle soup is a must. I also like Bun Nem Nuong. I am not familiar with Hue food, but everything we tried was tasty. Some of the food can be very spicy though.“

“Bun Bo Hue. Very good. I can’t believe you have this much competition of good viet food in a single location of Eden center. The BBH is a perfect spice level. Not too spicy but enough to let you know is there. The only difference is they don’t give you a whole pork feet but have pieces of pork feet without the bone which I was happy with. “The location of this restaurant is difficult to find, as a first-time guest. The dishes were very unexpected. I had beef rice, the beef was tender and juicy, the seasoning was sweet, and the rice had a delicious crispy crust due to the high pot temperature. Pork Spring rolls is also a dish worth trying. Parking: Because there are many shops here and sometimes they occupy the parking lot for events, parking spaces are difficult to obtain“

Clean, refreshing, etc… yes, there may be “rouches” some times but they are everywhere at any restaurant, regardless of how clean they look! You can’t stop mices, rats, rouches ! specially in DC! “Best pho around. I’ll start there!
Broth is flavorful and doesn’t just taste like water. Meat is fresh. (We always order the Tai #15) and bean sprouts, mint, jalapeño and lime are always fresh!

The water is not great so beware but if it has a lot of ice it helps lol. They do have other options to choose from as well. We normally get some soda.

The place is very out dated and kinda ran down. It is all men so you know they don’t care. There is a few guys that have been there FOREVER and are super nice. Some of them do not speak good English but they do understand.

Oh, they only take cash but if you do not have it there is a ATM at the laundry mat next door to get cash.

Weekends can be super packed as it’s a great hang over saver lol but durning the week it’s great!

“Food was great! Don’t let the emptiness scare you. The restaurant is kinda hidden in the mall on the entrance end of the Eden center. The service was great! The lady is kind of checking on you to make sure your needs are met and the food is great. Hu tieu Nam Vang was great, great sauce and toppings. Their signature “Bánh ướt dĩa chồng dĩa Buôn Mê Thuộc” aka rice paper plate on plate was good with rice paper to wrap with herbs and different hams like chạo tôm (shrimp paste wrapped on sugar cane, vietnamese ham, grilled pork) and 3 different sauces (fish sauce, fermented fish sauce, and peanut sauce). Bánh bèo is good. I’m used to Hue style which the rice batter is thinner but this is still good.“

“Best Bun Bo Hue (translates to English as Spicy Vietnamese Beef Noodle Soup) in the DMV. This is a little hole in the wall restaurant located in Eden Center. We usually have the duck salad to start. In case you haven't had the opportunity, Bun Bo Hue broth tastes rich and deep, spicy, with a hint of sweet, citrusy lemongrass. Be sure to add the fresh herbs to your bowl, they really enhance the flavor of the soup. The sliced cabbage adds texture and crunch while the noodles are perfectly thick and chewy. I highly recommend taking the drive to Falls Church for this dish alone.“

The flavors were decent, but I expected more since it’s in Eden Center. Overall, nothing too special. I had taken the banh mi to go with the veggies on the side. You can see the quantity of meat in the banh mi with and without the veggies. Three banh mi cost $20 USD!“
