“So after having our reception lunch, we decided to come back for a one month anniversary and the food again was delicious. The bra short rib was slightly salty our waiter. He was very nice. It was at times we did not see him. He wasn't as attentive as our first waitress was But overall we enjoyed ourselves and we will be back again. “

“We ordered the lobster bisque and meatballs as appetizers and the meatballs came Luke warm but we're very good. The cedar plank salmon I ordered had a weird tough chewy crust on the top and was overcooked. Not the standard I am not used to in this restaurant“

“Our son lives in the area and we have been here 4-5 since January ( every time we visit) The owners are wonderful and the staff very attentive The fish taco appetizer is wonderful ( can be enough for an entree if not wanted a big meal) I’ve had many of the entrees and never a bad meal . “Great experience, most of the food was absolutely delicious but the portions aren’t huge (as expected). The Kinship name on the door is almost undetectable, speak-easy vibes to the entrance. The service was impeccable, the decor is minimalist and not too cozy (very subjective of course). The beef tongue appetizer was as our favorite dish. Prices are pretty reasonable for the high end restaurant.“

“All of the staff were super friendly. We definitely felt under dressed. I got the eggs Benedict with Smoked Salmon. There wasn't much hollandaise sauce, so it was a bit dry and the Smoked Salmon was strong. Their potatoes and veggies needed seasoning. My daughter enjoyed her french toast. For basic Brunch, it was pricey. Not everything they offer is on the menu, we had to ask about juice and coffee.“

“5 stars isn't enough!! From the moment we walked in until the end of our night we were satisfied. The decorations, food, and service was amazing! They even offered me a quiet place to pray :). Give this place a try-trust me (portions may seem small, but it was very filling- we ordered the bowl of fries, which came with a delicious sauce, CROQUETTES, fish burger, beef burger, and gnocchi pomodoro. It felt like we were in nyc enjoy :)“

“This was our first experience at District Bistro. The atmosphere is quiet and enjoyable. The food was very good. We shared two "small plates," as well as a main entree. We enjoyed all that we had. It's a shame, however, that the restaurant uses cheap cutlery and napkins that are too small to be useful. The forks and knives looked like they were from a dollar store, uncomfortable to hold and the knife was not up to cutting even the lettuce in our salads. The napkin was so small it didn't even cover part of my lap. This really detracted from what was otherwise a very enjoyable meal.“

The servers were particularly were extremely aware of dietary restrictions and even comped us two glasses of champagne as we were celebrating an anniversary. We had a great table with a view of the bar and tv. Out several was amazing, she was attentive and welcomed up since it was our first time there. I appreciate the selection of the non alcoholic menu and the variety - I was impressed. I tried the Strawberry hibiscus mule since she said that was the most popular and it was great! I love the ginger after taste with the lemon soda in it. For food I had the crispy sushi rice, truffle fries and my friend ordered wings. The presentation of the sushi was good and the food was delicious! The give you a good amount of truffle fries you can share for two and the aioli went perfect with it - it had a little zing to it. Sushi was perfection, flavorful and you get a lot, I think it comes with 7-8 pieces. I didn't try the wings but she ate them all so I'm sssuming they were really good. Overall I give this place a 10/10, I highly recommend. There were also couples on dates as well so it seems to be a great place for that too.“

“We had a great dinner here! It wasn't too crowded, so the atmosphere was really chill and relaxed. The restaurant itself is comfortable and cool. Since the food is 100% fresh, it takes a little extra time to prepare, but it's totally worth it. Our server, Alex, was fantastic—so kind and gave us the best recommendations. He even helped us with our bags! You have to try the pork chop and the rigatoni. We'll definitely be back.“

“Solid place, we enjoyed the food quite a bit overall, and great service as well.

Cocktail could have been a bit better balanced and the pricing of the entrees was a bit steep for the quality. I would say the food is comparable to Clyde's or Glenwood's (fka Stanford Grill) in terms of MoCo spots.

We enjoyed the following:

Crispy Empanadas & Chipotle Dipping Sauce - delicious seasoned ground beef paired perfectly with the creamy aioli.

Tuna & Avocado Tartar, Crispy Wontons & Seaweed Salad - it was fine but have had better versions of this dish, just wasn't as fresh tasting as hoped

Sautéed Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes - With bacon mashed potatoes, roasted corn hash, and sweet corn sauce. My friend enjoyed his crab cakes, they're always good in MD, the crab quality does most of the work here.

Black & White Sesame Crusted Seared Tuna -
With roasted red pepper, snow pea, bean sprout, red onion, couscous, and sweet chili sauce - this was also good but not epic.

Trio of Profiteroles -Cream puffs with vanilla ice cream, caramel & chocolate sauces. Simple but excellent.“

“I (vegan) went to the plant based brunch with 3 of my friends (omni) and we had such an amazing experience. We all loved the food and will definitely be coming back since the brunch changes with the seasons/produce. The chestnut and porcini mushroom soup was one of the creamiest soups I have ever tasted. The mushroom teriyaki had the best texture. The pancakes were delicious.“
