“My 9yo grandson wanted to try a new place to eat lunch today so he Googled restaurants nearby his home and thought this sounded good. So we went there and found his new favorite place to eat in the world! They had fresh cut fries which he raved about! Mimi, these are so good, way better than Mc Donald's! And those were his favorite fries , lol. He also got 1/4 BBQ chicken with spicy sauce, baked beans and garlic toast. I tried their Italian beef with peppers and onions. There was more food than we could eat and it was all delicious. The owner was very nice, helpful and personable but not intrusive at all. We required a to go container for my grandsons leftovers so he now had a full lunch for tomorrow as well. Food was very fresh and well made with large portions and the restaurant was clean and full of sports memorabilia. It's a delightful change from chain places and I highly recommend it.”

“I drove all the way from Detroit just to try the 4x4 burger and loaded fries, and it was absolutely amazing! Everything was delicious, and it was definitely worth the drive. I’d happily make the trip again every week. People who live in Kalamazoo are so lucky to have such a great restaurant nearby! Highly recommended!”

“Last night we tried Condado for the first time. We were instantly met with a smiling individual who sat us promptly. Breanna was our server and was an absolute delight. Breanna explained the menu and gave us fun info about the art work (which was one of my favorite parts!). All of the staff were cheery. The food was absolutely fantastic; the best carne asada I’ve ever had! Try the pineapple lemonade and smoked queso! We will absolutely be back and tell all of our friends! “My sister and I stopped by for brunch on Saturday morning.
The whole vibe of the place is warm and welcoming with very friendly serving staff.
The food variety wasn't the big. We ordered Onion rings, the warm pretzel and the chicken sandwich. Both the appetisers were good but I found the chicken too dry and hard. I removed it from the bun and had it just on its own. Not sure if it's supposed to be served like that.

Other than that, all good. Saw many families & couples occupying other tables.”

“The staff that were there this morning were absolutely amazing! 😍 They were working so hard busting their tails. My issue is everyone gets drinks in the am. It's one of the busiest times of the day. There were not enough staff available to keep up with the line. There were only 3 staff. As I was pulled up to the front a 4th arrived. However I suggest a minimum of 5 on staff after 630. That's when the school rush will start to arrive. Shout out to the awesome employees there this morning though! They did a great job and kept a positive attitude and didn't give up!!”

This is nothing new for this place as I’ve been coming since 2013 and I’ve had so many mix ups. The workers are polite and friendly, and everything is always delicious. Would recommend you eat in person.”

I’ve had this dish at many restaurants, but this version was a massive letdown. Instead of tender pot roast, I was served dry, thin slices of lunch meat roast beef that tasted like a cheap 70s TV dinner. For such a simple meal, the quality was unacceptable. Save your money and order something else—avoid the pot roast at all costs.”

“Came in from out of town and made sure to check out a hockey themed bar being a live long hockey fan. Burger was good despite me not being super hungry. Service was great and our bartender/waitress was great. Only issue was this loud drunk couple swearing and yelling loudly at the bar, throwing F bombs and loudly calling people pussies. I watched the bartender tell him to tone it down a few times but the guy was just a loud belligerent drunk. I am no prude but I don’t go to a restaurant to listen to that. This was at 7:00 not 10:30. Glad I didn’t bring young children with me as that would have been an issue. Loved the place other than that.”

“I forgot to order a cake ahead of time and my son wanted an ice cream cake. I came into Menchie’s last minute, hoping and praying I could get a sonic cake made for him. I honestly didn’t think they would be able to do it but figured I’d try. I can’t remember who I talked to, but she was AMAZING! So helpful, super understanding, SO accommodating, she promised to have the cake made & ready in 24 hours. I picked it up this afternoon and it was the PERFECT sonic cake! My son said “my cake is the best cake ever” after his first bite! I’d say that’s a win! It’s absolutely delicious! I’ll be coming back for my daughters birthday(and a just because cake 🤷🏾‍♀️😂) Highly recommend!”

“Took my daughter and wife here for a lunch. Little nostalgia from the good old days .... We were eating enjoying ourselves, and the manager start to walk out. He smiles and interacts with a baby and family. Then makes his way to us. Ask all the normal things. Then tells us he had been working there almost forever (loving it you can tell). Tells how he has seen weddings, party's, catered a few times. It was nice to hear and made our meal a little bit more special. I really appreciated that.”

“I cannot say enough good things about Bilbo's! We hosted a party of about 50 people there (sight unseen because we're not local). They made it so easy and so nice. Our friends and family commented multiple times about how great the space was and how good the food was. Our servers were impeccable, and Jake & Raegan the owners made the planning & night go smoothly! We had the section of the restaurant with pool tables & a pinball machine, too. It was perfect! Delicious food, great service, perfect set up! What are you waiting for? Check them out!”

We ordered a shaskuska and it was a can of tomatoes with jalapeño that you bought at a store with two eggs on top, oh I forgot a few crumbed of feta cheese. It was cold and it tasted horrific. I have never experienced such a bad experience as breakfast like that before. It was tasteless and the price we paid for a can of tomatoes and 2 eggs ( even if eggs are more expensive now) it was almost $15!!! I was with a friend and did not want to make a scene so I did not say anything during my time there. I certainly won’t recommend this place.”

My In-laws turned 80 years younger and we needed just the right venue to celebrate. The Henderson team is so delightful and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. I have eaten at various Jimmy John locations too many times to count and have never had an issue with something I ordered in the store. Today I decided to try their online ordering because I was too busy to leave work for lunch. The food was delivered less than 10 minutes from when I ordered it, but unfortunately my sub came with tomato and onion on it when I asked for it without. I was disappointed since I had never had a problem with my order before, but I didn't want to call and wait for a new sandwich so I picked off the toppings I didn't want. I decided to leave some feedback on the website and was called within 5 minutes of submitting my feedback by someone in their corporate office. Then the store manager called me not even an hour later to personally apologize and offer me a credit for the amount I spent next time I call and order something. Now that is incredible customer service!! I wanted to return the favor and quickly write a review of my great experience. All restaurants make mistakes from time to time, but very few restaurants take the time to remedy them and keep their customers happy. Jimmy Johns definitely has my business!”
