“Ordered The Italian and a bag of chips for delivery. Customer Service made my sub with care, wasn’t messy when I unwrapped it. Sub was seasoned nicely, salami, old world capicola, pepperoni, mortadella, and provolone on a toasted multi grain. Was impressed they use Zapp’s brand for chips. Love those. It’s also nice they offer “Skinny” “Big” or “Original” sizes depending how hungry or healthy you want to go. Keep up the great work!“

“Got the Mac attack burger. Sandwich Size was smaller than expected but it was pretty good. High rating because it's a unique Sandwich. Needed salt though. Fries were a mixed bag. Love the crunch and texture. But the taste of onions on them was overwhelming. I presume they fry a lot of onions in the oil. It's not bad, just not what I expected when i eat fries. Overall I recommend the place. Especially if you like onions and their flavor.“
“After working downtown over a year, I am getting sick of the chain sandwich shops. Simple sandwich is just that, simple and very delicious. Everything is made fresh and you can tell. On top of great food, extremely friendly staff and a clean dining room, they have amazing prices. If you can get a full “combo meal” under $13 downtown in 2023, that deserves 5 stars. “I was reminded of this today, so I wanted to note that maybe 6-12 months ago, I ordered delivery from this location via a secondary delivery service and the driver brought completely the wrong order. I called the location to see if they could correct the issue with the driver and the manager - who had actually already realized the issue - told me to keep the food that had been accidentally delivered and then drove me my remade order herself. Clean bathrooms, sandwiches are stuffed full and plenty of seating when you dine in. The drive through is funky, not well thought out. “My wife and I stopped by tonight on a Friday before they closed. Subway Arden Hills was understaffed and Christopher was working alone. We waited in line for a bit as we witnessed him juggling between the cash register and making sandwiches for other customers. I commend him for his work ethic. Not only did he stay graceful and personable after working for 10 hours (so far), he also made the best sandwiches. He always made sure he washed his hands before handling the food, which is important. We also noticed how meticulous and organized he made our sandwiches. Christopher should get promoted as he is hardworking and has superb customer service skills!“
