“I like this place I came in about once a week while I’m running errands. The foods good but I had an odd experience because I didn’t give the employee my sandwich toppings in the right order. I’ve been coming here since it opened and going to sandwich shops all my life and I’ve never had an employee get annoyed with me because I didn’t give my toppings in the right order and all I was doing was going by how they had the ingredients laid out. It just like an strange experience and not what I’m used to since this place usually has a pretty good atmosphere and friendly staff.“

“First time visit to this location. Shoutout to Lexi for being friendly and energetic. She double checked the order every step: toppings add/removed, toasted, needing a drink carrier, etc. Hit every mark for making sure the order was correct. I saw the manager quickly respond when called for (to receive a delivery) and the man doing bike delivery got on register and assisted the next customers promptly when he arrived back. Really nice to see the team was in good spirits and invested with their work quality. Thank you Lexi!“

“We went on a Saturday around 11 when it was very busy and they didn't have the staff to keep up with the demand. The guy running the food was super flustered and kept apologizing to everyone. We waited a long time but finally did get sandwiches which were solid. I'd go back sometime when they aren't so busy.“

“The girl that prepared my order the last time I visited was an absolute gem and I told her so! I've been going to this Subway location since it opened and I have never been waited on by a more upbeat and pleasant individual anywhere. She genuinely seemed happy to be there and showed care in preparing my sandwich. Definitely not something I encounter at other fast food restaurants. I find that I am usually greeted by indifference, inconsistent foodservice quality, and an attitude of disdain which basically comes down to staff that doesn't want to work, poor management, or no manager on site.“

“I’ve seen this place all over Instagram, so I finally decided to check it out and see if it lived up to the hype. I found free street parking & I ordered on the kiosk it was quick and efficient. And the staff cooking in the back were friendly. My sandwich was made fresh to order, came out hot, and took less than 10 minutes to prepare.

I tried the Cry’N Eggy, personally, it wasn’t quite as spicy as I was hoping for, and I could have done without the arugula. That being said, it was still a really good breakfast sandwich. It was wet without being too messy, I really enjoyed the garlic aioli, pepper jack cheese, toasted bun, and fluffy egg.

Overall, I can see why people talk about this place so much. I’d definitely come back to try another sandwich and would recommend giving it a try if you’ve been curious about the hype.“

“We have been going here since it opened and is always pretty good they do tend to mess up the ingredients on the subs alot I did complain once and received free subs from the manager I think but can't redeem on account no one at the store knows about it so we just pay for our food I see they are opening one in stillwater may give that one a try.“

“In Minneapolis skyway close to Target Store. Had Philly cheesesteak and it’s very good. The price for the large sub was $14, still cheaper than the overpriced and unethical Subway in Northeast Minneapolis on Central. Really, the skyway location most likely has higher rent.“

“I don't get here often, because so many of the stores have closed. I like their sandwiches. Had a Narmer (turkey, provolone and avocado) on wheat. The bread was fresh and tasted good. The sandwich was well made. The shop is unremarkable and seemed clean.“

“I stopped in today around 1:00pm and some of the kindest crew members helped me find an address I was desperately searching for. I am from WAY out of town and couldn't find the pharmacy in U of M maze, despite having a gps & address. The crew went above and beyond to get me in the right direction. “10/24/2020 6:03pm So happy to have Jersey mikes in town! This is my 3rd time at this current location, first time going into the shop rather then just ordering online! But tonight was by far the most bizarre experience. To start, the young lady at the register was using the plexiglass as a Mirror to re-braid her hair! Legit took the ponytail/binder out of her hair pulled the hair off the ponytail/binder, set it on the counter rang a costumer up and then re-braided her hair!!! (I’m a former employee of a subway, I was shocked!) We had a large order, it’s a new place in town, chaotic. I then got some tomatoes that shoulda been disregarded, never served. I still tipped 10% because I appreciate them being busy and new but tonight was by far mind blowing!“

“The Northtown Walmart location they have a Subway that's hands down best subs in the area. There's this Lil Todd cat who can sling a mean sandwich, flip rolling mayo bottles like a scene out of the movie Cocktails and dudes got a great attitude ( must have a wonderful mother), but all and all best service and great food.“
