“Came on a Saturday at 2pm and was a little sad to see that they didn’t have any of the vegan loaves of bread, but did get a baguette (contains egg) and it was realllllly good. Everyone knows that gluten free bread is not the same as gluten-filled bread, but this baguette had a nice amount of crunch to the outside and it was perfect with soup. Wish they had more vegan options available as not everyone in our family can have dairy and eggs. But absolutely will be back to hopefully snag some more gf goodies again soon!“

Since they open at 5am, you'd better get there quick before they sell out if your favorite.

The main entrance is wheelchair accessible, and there are no steps or bumps inside.

There is a free parking lot right across the street, usually has a few open spaces.

The street also has parking spaces along both sides.

Kid-friendliness: Stroller accessible, and kids would probably enjoying coming here to get a treat.

“Just ate here on a whim. Wife picked it from a huge list on google. They did not disappoint. Order the fried chicken. You won’t be sorry. I also had burnt ends. Prolly the best I’ve ever had. Sticky toffee pudding and banana Creme pie for dessert. This place was off the chain. Great food great atmosphere great service. Will be back soon. I’m kinda of mad at myself for not ordering another sticky toffee pudding to take with me. 200 stars. Thanks for a great meal“

“We have been coming here for decades! The sweetest family owns and runs this place. Authentic Mexican food and one of the prettiest patios in the Twin Cities. Great for a leisurely dinner outdoors!

Heather’s pies were delicious and her customer service was exceptional! She even gave us one of the pies for free as a congratulations gift to our family! Does feel a little cheap because of it.Aside from that, place is pretty spacious. Tables are well laid out. Technically self service, but there are people going around clearing tables for you. Ciders are pretty good. Staff is polite and service is quick.There's pickleball in the building too. Might give that a try some other time.Great location. “12/10 recommend. I spotted Mel-O-Glaze out of the corner of my eye and decided I needed to turn around and try it. Their signs were so enticing! Let me tell you… they are not kidding. Best donuts ever! And I have tried a lot of donuts. The apple fritters are out of this world. Doughy, cinnamony, soft, flaky, a slight crunch of glaze. Do yourself a favor and get two (I will be next time!) I’d show you the fritter but I already ate it all. So here’s a peek at the chocolate frosted.. YUM! Will definitely return anytime I’m near 🍎🍩“

“Found this little gem this morning with a friend and I think it’s my new go-to coffee shop with other moms when we have to bring our kiddos! As a mom of a toddler, it can be really hard to expect my son to stay sitting while I try to enjoy a coffee with a friend but this place has incredible coffee and food, incredible customer service, and an amazing play area to let the kiddos roam while you enjoy time with a friend!! Absolutely will be returning!“

Terra, the owner and manager, went above and beyond to help my husband and me with accessibility, parking logistics. We have one more scheduled trip to Minneapolis, and we plan to return to Urban Wok to try some more of Terra's tasty dishes.

“You know I don't always go to steakhouses all the time, but I might have to change that after visiting Ruth's. Chris. Honestly, the food is just so good. The prices are definitely eye-watering, but it's definitely to be expected. Plenty of people around you are celebrating something so you can tell it's definitely a restaurant that most people are visiting for special occasions. Honestly, I prefer their food over 6 Smith and even Manny's.

The steaks here are always perfectly cooked, seasoned just right, and absolutely delicious. 10/10

“A customer first experience, above and beyond! I called last minute, valentine's morning with a shot in the dark request for a safe day delivery. I pretty much assumed it was a “no way!” due to the standard chaos of Valentine’s Day, already scheduled things, etc.

No hesitation was made while obliging my late request. Not only was Pat beyond gracious is making it happen, but just a great human offering the type of service we rarely see these days…efficient, kind, and happy to make things happen.

“First time eating here. My wife and I were happy we chose this place out of a whim. The atmosphere is really chill and laid back. The service was friendly and quick. I’m almost certain that we had received our food maybe 10 mins after ordering. The Szechuan Wontons and Cream Cheese Wontons were both very delicious. Our entrees were fantastic! We’re definitely coming back when we make our way up to Minneapolis.“

“I’m so happy I found this place near my Airbnb! Grabbed a couple HUGE cookies for later, loved my breakfast sandwich with veggie sausage, the coffee is delicious, it’s so bright and cozy at the same time. I only wish I was staying in town longer to try all these breads.
