“Great place for delicious beers! Great atmosphere and staff! Will definitely be back now that they’re in Gastonia“
“From a small and aspiring brewer in NH, I love to visit and try all breweries when I travel, and the Glass Jug does a wonderful job of providing a warm and inviting atmosphere. The selection of beer and cocktails is great for beer lovers or those dipping their toes, and has options for those timid or even wine lovers. I highly recommend trying the exciting things like hard Ginger beer, something fun like these sours. You won't be disappointed!“
“I LOVE the glass jug. Their beer choices are amazing, ranging from lagers to IPAs to stouts and my favorite, sours. The service is consistently great, with all the beer tenders serving with a personable touch. I also love the glass jug for group and work events since you can easily rent the atrium space out. I found my community here through run club on Tuesdays, Trivia on Wednesdays, and many other events.“
“Service, beer and food was outstanding. Thank you to who ever thought of brewing something for the Blockhead. My wife was like, we are going once she found out there was a NKOTB boc. Haha. I can’t wait to share with my beer friends. #runforbeer #swabeerfinder“
“We had a wonderful time and the beer was great. Ben the bartender made our visit even better. Can’t wait to go back.“

“We were there for a dog adoption event and I decided to try one of their ciders. I got the Tart Cherry Cider and it was really good. The location is great, but the parking is somewhat challenging to find. I love that they had a lot of ciders, since I have Celiac and am gluten free. But I would love it if some of their beer offerings were also gluten free/gluten reduced.
The space itself is awesome. They have a large game room with a pool table and arcade games, that one of my teenagers really gravitated towards.
And the dog adoption event with Freedom Ride Rescue was great! So many lovable dog options, from young to old, and the fosters were very knowledgeable about the temperament and backstory of each one. Overall, a great experience!“
“Super fast and friendly service, clean. And most importantly delicious food and beers!“

“I’d give them 5 stars for the pickles alone. Please consider selling the pickles separately, they are that good. Burgers are fantastic as well, and actually cooked how you order them. All toppings are fresh. Duck fries are really good and easy to share. Service is always friendly. This is my go to burger spot in the Triangle.“

“We called 5 different restaurants to accommodate our party of 27 people for a surprise birthday party and were turned down because of the size of our party. We called Flying Bull Restaurant and Brewery and they not only said yes.. but heck yes! The service was amazing and the food was top notch! Can not recommend enough. Thank you for making our special persons birthday amazing 🩷“

“We had an absolutely great experience here. We picked it on a whim but so very glad we did! The beers were excellent, with a really good variety available and the food was probably some of the best I've ever had at a brewery. The Cuban sandwich was super tasty and the Cajun-seasoned fries were ridiculously good. It's a nice space, too. Plenty of seating inside and outside. I dearly wish I lived closer so I could go again.“
