The front door pops you right into the ACTION… whether it’s an awesome live local artist playing, full band, a lively karaoke night, line dancing/shag lessons, or people just celebrating life… it’s guaranteed to be a good time. The bartenders are amazing… they work so hard and keep those drinks a-flowing! You should ALWAYS stop by and see what’s happening 😎”

“I recommend way back but the burger that I received today was not like it used to be. It was a garden burger and it was fried so hard and the lettuce that they put on there was pieces and some of it was black, I asked for onion on it, and it was chopped onions, this place is usually awesome. I don’t know what was with it today and they weren’t even busy.”

The coffee and pastries are so delicious and the workers are so friendly and great. My coffee always tastes just right! I always like to try different coffee shops and this one is by far one of my favorite ones!”

“Where do I begin?! Summerwood Sweets was able to make our wedding vision a reality. We wanted customized cakes at each guest table representing the relationship or connection we had with each other. Rose delivered that idea with creativity and passion. And the cakes were not only beautiful but absolutely delicious. Oh, and our wedding cake was also amazing!! Highly recommend if you want the best.

“I mean this place is the OG SPOT. ABSOLUTELY amazing. No one makes ice cream like Carolina creamery. So perfectly creamy. Been a staple in mint hill for years and never changed . It's so good. I technically don't like ice cream, like I never would get icecream from anywhere but here because it's that good. The only thing I could say is can you get gluten free cookie dough!? That would be amazing.”

“I’ve been going here for years family own business. The staff is super nice and they know me by first name. If you guys haven’t tried yet, definitely would recommend the molasses oatmeal cookies. Also, you can never go wrong with the chocolate chip.”

I accidentally didn’t complete my order properly and didn’t realize it until right before closing time. Instead of turning me away, Tommy took the time to help fix the issue, made sure everything was handled correctly, and went above and beyond to get my order prepared before they closed.

It’s rare to find employees who genuinely care about taking care of customers the way he did. His professionalism, positive attitude, and willingness to help turned what could have been a frustrating situation into a great experience.

“Great place for live music, great prices and food is great. We had the buffalo wings, the eggrolls and the cheeses cheesesteak. The back deck is very ample and perfect for smokers. Very reasonable prices. Lilly is a very friendly and active waitress. Definitely will be back.”
