“Mugs Coffee is an absolute gem! I stopped by before work, and from the moment I walked in, the welcoming vibe set the tone for a great morning. The host greeted me with a warm smile, making me feel like a regular. I tried their Bonfire Latte, and it was incredible—rich, slightly smoky, with just the right hint of sweetness. It’s clear they put a lot of thought into their flavors. Their teas and coffees are especially tasty and unique in combinations and taste. Love the relaxing atmosphere. Great spot to have a quick breakfast or a business meetings. We stoped by the other day to grab some sandwiches, bagels, pastries, sweets, specialty coffee, and drinks before our hours long trip. We loved all we picked. Children had a blast picking among the choices. The stuff was so friendly. Overall great service and experience. “So my boyfriend came here 6 years ago and every time we pass through the area he tells me how amazing it is. Well we finally were able to stop today and I have to say his hype was fully justified. We both had a handmade, fresh cannoli. He had a large vanilla latte and I had an iced latte with almond milk, honey, and cinnamon. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Definitely stop in!!“

“I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant three times while staying at the Hyatt Centric. The service was impeccable., the food was great and customer service was amazing. Dana had such a great attitude, contagious smile, and positive energy that will brighten up anyone’s day. My server Michael was great. We had a large party and kids and he was very kind and helpful. I will be back and highly recommend. The food was consistently good- you have to get the biscuits!“

We go there weekly now and I love it the bagels are always fresh and consistent. Service is great everyone is always so nice and even if it a really busy they get the orders out quick. Absolutely phenomenal!!!!🥯“

“Absolutely love this Starbucks location! The staff is wonderful, cheerful, welcoming and kind. Love the set up, seating options and outdoor seating. Only complaint is the bathrooms are usually dirty which is not the barista’s fault. I know how hard it is to balance everything going on and constant bathroom checks. One toilet had poop in the seat and the other was a little gross too. Again, this is the customers fault for making the bathrooms gross. Overall, great place, I recommend to everyone!“

“I enjoy this Harris Teeter, & it’s very convenient to have a Starbucks inside. It’s very conveniently located, close to where I live. And my sister & I were able to easily come here & enjoy getting Starbucks together. Love this location & the fun of having a Starbucks so close by, in Harris Teeter (a store I already also love so much).“
