“I came in to get a gift card for a colleague and decided to give it a try. Compared to Starbucks, I enjoyed Summit Coffee so much more. I had a vanilla mocha and coffee cake. The coffee was excellently brewed, a great taste without all the sugar and syrups that SB adds to their coffee. Their menu options are pretty good, including different coffees, pastries, and other drink options. It is fairly small on the inside of the shop, but their patio area is nice and gives more room. This will be my new coffee spot!“

But I didn’t get the cheese I requested (and paid for) in my eggs, and the food overall was cooked well but unseasoned. Thankfully, they included salt and pepper packets in the bag. Overall, a good experience that served the most important purposes of convenience and satiety.“

I like their menu too, it is small but contains lots of simple and good sandwiches and baked goods that goes with coffee or their tea selection.“

“I found out about this bakery on my visit back home in MN. I was so impressed I had to find a location near me here in Charlotte so I was very happy to learn Charlotte has a few locations. I live near this one so I came and checked it out on Christmas day with my sons. This was their first visit. Overall it was a very nice Christmas day treat. We all enjoyed our pastries that seem to have just the right about of sweetness in them and that's what I love most about this bakery, you don't feel guilty about indulging in a sweet treat because it's not overly sugary. They have other goodies as well that aren't sweet so if desserts aren't your thing you can still find something for you. The only thing that I don't like is they don't heat up your pastries but they do have a microwave you can use in the dining area and also my latte wasn't hot enough for me. It was like as soon as I picked it up from the counter it was already warm which is weird as I had literally picked it up as soon as she finished making it so idk if they're machine was faulty or they just don't use the hottest setting or what but when I order coffee I like it hot, I do not like cold or room temp coffee at all lol and I understand not serving it extremely hot but I should feel some kind of heat when I'm drinking it lol.“

I took off a star because even though I always order a cappuccino, I end up getting a latte… and that’s why we bought a Breville Barista Express for the house. “This is my go-to Starbucks. It’s a few minute drive from my house (and not a bad walk if I’m feeling extra motivated). The employees are always nice, and, unless they are super busy, they get people’s orders prepared quickly.It has indoor seating (and I’d imagine places to charge laptops and other devices, although I’m not certain.) It also has a nice outdoor courtyard area to sit and sip when the weather is nice.My favorite drinks: cinnamon dolce latte (hot), white chocolate mocha (hot), and the white chocolate mocha frappe. ?The seasonal drinks are also fun, like the pumpkin spice latte, but I usually don’t buy them right when they are released. I like to wait until closer to the season/colder weather (for example) because it feels more festive. And I don’t get tired of the drink by the time fall gets here.Favorite food items: chocolate croissant, bacon egg and cheese croissant, spinach and egg white wrap with the guacamole dip (sold separately).

Dietary restrictions: All their drinks are highly customizable, so you can specify skim milk, hole milk, etc., as well as non-dairy options; same for sugar - you can chose regular sugar/sugar syrup, or one of the icky fake sugars like Splenda ?. (Sorry to the fake-sugar users reading this. )“

If you want some salt and caramel with your coffee, try the salted caramel cream cold brew. No sugar is needed with the caramel adding the sweetness and top off with salt. If that is too sweet for you, add a shot. Now you're ready to tackle the morning drive.“

I got an absolutely delicious cafe latte and I ordered the beef bulgogi breakfast. I'm literally going to have to do another lap around the mall now! It's outstanding! Even better was the service.
