“Omg. I am putting JJ's on the curb!! First time UBER priority $80 order from Albemarle Rd Charlotte!! Subs were awesome!!! Fresh tasting with good tomatoes (not the case with JJ. Theirs are hard and not ripe!) The roast beef was moist and meaty tasting (not the case at JJ. Theirs is slightly dry!) And the tuna!!!!! Yummy fresh. I will order again for sure.“

“Been coming here for my birthday since 2022 and I absolutely love it. Big portions and good prices, the food is really nice, but the vibe of the place is the best. Listening to 70s rock on the way always fits, and they play oldies in the restaurant too. Amazing staff, and again just the design of the place is great. Have had zero issues with any of our orders, today went through the drive thru and was very surprised when I went to pay and was told it was taken care of, and was given something to pay it forward to someone else, that was nice of them to do this which I did, as I've always paid it forward to someone every time I can, like at restaurants, or the grocery store. “I ordered a Double Deluxe burger with a side of cheese curds and Diet Coke.
It was a really good burger, tasty and juicy. The fried cheese curds were mediocre with a bit of an aftertaste, but still not terrible.
Will eat here again!

“Picked up lunch at 11:30 today and was truly impressed watching Brian single-handedly manage the entire store and every customer. Not another soul was working alongside him. Despite the challenge, he never complained or made excuses. Instead, he seamlessly juggled multiple tasks while remaining exceptionally professional and friendly.“

“Made a pit stop here while working going to pick up some yard materials to complete a project. Decided to get a nice refresher and this absolutely hit the spot. I got the hibiscus lemonade and it was really good. I ended up going back to get another because it was that good!

It’s flavored with hibiscus syrup and lemonade and it was refreshing and hit the spot. Definitely recommend if you like the refresher drinks.“

“This location is in the Whole Foods Plaza on Providence Rd. I ordered through the drive through, but our food was not ready when we got to the window, but our drinks were. We were instructed to park in a pick up spot with our hazard lights on and someone would bring out the food. We waited about 5 minutes. The food was good, but they only gave us 4 sauces for 3 orders of chicken minis, we had 10 count and 2 4 count. I asked for a frosted coffee but was g8ven an ice coffee. I went inside and they gave me the right drink. Prices were reasonable, considering the cost of everything is going up.“

“I had a coupon for two for $7 gyros. I got two Greek style gyros and they were delicious. Loaded with meat, the right amount of tzaziki sauce, lettuce, tomato on a soft pita. Chefs kiss. I'm not a big fan of the roast beef sandwiches but I don't particularly like roast beef so thats not surprising. However, the french dip and the greek gyros are worth the visit. I'll be back to use a similar coupon on the French Dip sandwiches.“

“This was hands down the best fast-food experience I’ve had in a long time.

Shake Shack is usually a quick order, eat, and go kind of place, but this location felt more like a high-end restaurant. The staff didn’t just stay behind the counter. They walked around, checked on tables, asked if we needed anything.

That kind of attention says a lot about whoever’s running this place. You could tell the team actually cared. Food was great as always, but the service is what stood out.

“I was a little sad when I was told this location couldn't deliver to our office 2.9 miles away, but I also understand this was not decided by the employee on the phone. I picked up our order instead and the staff was extremely friendly, the prices are great, and the sandwiches are freaking delicious and well-made. But please consider broadening your delivery range for this store (or opening up a store closer to Pineville/Westinghouse Rd area).“

“Just left this Jersey Mike's after ordering a gluten free #7. First of all, top notch service. The two guys up front are really nice and very attentive. They cleaned before making my sandwich ( I have celiac). And I gotta say sometimes it's a hit or miss going to Jersey Mike's with the gluten-free bread. It'll sometimes be a little dry and hard, but this time the bread is very fresh and really good. Also want to mention how clean it was in this Jersey Mike's. Great location!“

“My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! And yes, if I’m there and ordering in person then I make sure there is enough on the sandwich or ask them to weigh it. 😊 Pictured below are 2 of our sandwiches from tonight (my husband went and wasn’t paying attention at the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches). I'm really hoping that this review reaches whoever manages Miss f a y...... she was extremely sweet to me and help me with what I needed. I've actually got excellent service from her before. There are literally three or four employees here other than Miss Faye that are just kind as sweet as can be. This is without a doubt my favorite location of McDonald's to go to.
