“Omg. I am putting JJ's on the curb!! First time UBER priority $80 order from Albemarle Rd Charlotte!! Subs were awesome!!! Fresh tasting with good tomatoes (not the case with JJ. Theirs are hard and not ripe!) The roast beef was moist and meaty tasting (not the case at JJ. Theirs is slightly dry!) And the tuna!!!!! Yummy fresh. I will order again for sure.“

“Good Solid Team! This Place is My Go To Location to order my favorite sub - The #17 Giant Philly Steak & Cheese with No Green Peppers (allergic to peppers). My Favorite bread is the Cheese Bread! The #17 is delicious every single time I order it! Left over portions hold well in the fridge for a day or so, easy reheat too. I am coming back and Highly Recommend this Place!

“We’ve been to a lot of firehouse locations and love their food but the service has been lacking. This location however, their staff was too notch. From our order being taken to an employee who obviously just got off a shift asking how our food was. You can tell that they like working together, take care of each other and are there to work. “I came here on July 1st and was greeted by Audrey and Miss Lisa. Let me tell you i sure did feel like home here, they greeted me nicely, talked to me as if i was family, and make sure my sandwich was perfect the way i wanted it. These people went above and beyond to conversate with me as i was waiting to make me feel comfortable in the environment, Ive been a regular for years and I sure haven’t seen people this great since Miss Daniela and Shawnice! “My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! And yes, if I’m there and ordering in person then I make sure there is enough on the sandwich or ask them to weigh it. 😊 Pictured below are 2 of our sandwiches from tonight (my husband went and wasn’t paying attention at the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches). One was a Turkey and the other an Italian.“

“Friendliest staff treated my kids like royalty when I showed up in costumes on Halloween. I think it was the manager who pretended to come out and be caught in a web because my four year old was dressed as spider-man. Call me old fashioned, but I love that stuff.

“This is the only place to get a sub Subway is no place to go unless you like brown lettuce Rotten Tomatoes add them to weigh out your food on a scale to make sure they're not giving you too much meat I can eat Firehouse Subs all day long they are awesome but Subway is so stingy with their food that's really not getting what you pay for so I'm glad we have Firehouse if you really want to eat a good sub go to Firehouse“
