“Omg. I am putting JJ's on the curb!! First time UBER priority $80 order from Albemarle Rd Charlotte!! Subs were awesome!!! Fresh tasting with good tomatoes (not the case with JJ. Theirs are hard and not ripe!) The roast beef was moist and meaty tasting (not the case at JJ. Theirs is slightly dry!) And the tuna!!!!! Yummy fresh. I will order again for sure.“

“Yesterday was the best experience because a worker named Jamal, and a worker name Cameron, they were on it. It was just two of them and they was being quick about it. They also gave me good service and made my sandwich with care. I will definitely come back to jersey mikes, yesterday made my day. They was also being an efficient way, I could tell they was busy they had customers, and multiple online or doordash orders by the slicer. One more thing I would like to add is that the slicer, not even the slicer the whole environment is cleaned and well organized. Keep up the good work“

“Picked up lunch at 11:30 today and was truly impressed watching Brian single-handedly manage the entire store and every customer. Not another soul was working alongside him. Despite the challenge, he never complained or made excuses. Instead, he seamlessly juggled multiple tasks while remaining exceptionally professional and friendly.“

“One of my favorite Firehouse locations. I usually order through the app and pick it up. It's always ready and accurate since I usually make adjustments to my sub. I highly recommend this location! The staff always says hello and thank you even when I'm just picking up a mobile order.“

“My family and I love having Jersey Mike’s close by in Waxhaw now. The staff is always very friendly and the store is always clean. I do have to say that dependent on who is cutting the the deli meat at the time you order your sandwich, you may have a normal amount of meat or hardly any. I know at some locations they weigh it to make sure it’s the correct amount. I wish they’d do this every time. I just have a hard time justifying paying almost $16 for a Giant Sub with such little meat on it. If they could improve this area then they’d for sure be 5 stars in my opinion! And yes, if I’m there and ordering in person then I make sure there is enough on the sandwich or ask them to weigh it. 😊 Pictured below are 2 of our sandwiches from tonight (my husband went and wasn’t paying attention at the amount of meat being put on the sandwiches). “Folks working there are great! Very polite and they got my order right.

The ice in the drink machine was not working so I had to get ice at the attached gas station, no problem. The DrPepper at the subway drink fountain was dead.“

“Unfortunately ordering in the app for pick-up seems to give you unreliable service. Ordered the previous night I requested extra lettuce exta tomatoes. When I arrived at my house and opened it up it was made exactly how I wanted it, the problem is had was they did not include the picked spear which is on the receipt. Fast forward to the next day I ordered the hook and ladder again specified extra lettuce extra tomatoes. Again I checked it when I got home, this time I got the pickle spear but no extra lettuce or tomatoes.“

“Young associate Fred was very polite and although we arrived late, we wanted tea and he was getting ready to dump the urns but still offered us the tea and then waited for us to be finished before he emptied the containers. The other associate seems aggravated we were there. They still had 30
minutes so wasn’t like it was 5 minutes before closing.Fred was so kind and did not make us feel rushed at all. He could have been aggravated with it being close to closing time but he just went about doing his other tasks until we were finished. That kind of treatment is so unexpected these days for. food service establishments. Thanks Fred. You made a difference. Hope you are there next time we come in and have the tea ready for us. It decided us eating there !!!“

“First off the Philly and the fries were both really delicious. I was just surprised that it was actually a ghost kitchen inside of IHOP and the servers seemed a little annoyed they had to help me and maybe even a little confused, but not terribly so. Overall, since the overall meal was really good I was satisfied. Would order again“

“My wife and I came in today, Lisa was the employee working. She was very nice and professional we were talking and she told us how she loved working there at Subway, and especially how great management was she said its like a big family there and that is great to hear all companies should be that way. Our subs she made were absolutely perfect. I normally go to other fast food restaurants but wanting to eat healthier is why we chose Subway. We definitely will be back and again Lisa was great.“

“Wow, I was pleasantly surprised! This place had 100% rating, very clean. I ordered a steak and cheese sub with everything. The food was fresh, the meat is truly beef and not frozen or pre-made. The tomatoes and lettuce were fresh, omg the food was so good! So much better than Firehouse, Subway, and Jersey Mike's. I highly recommend this place.“

“I placed an online order through the app, and scheduled a pick up time for 12:30 PM. I showed up 15 minutes early, and the staff graciously made my order upon my arrival instead of making me wait. They were very friendly, and the sandwich (Hook and Ladder) was once again the best sandwich around.“
