“This is a 2nd floor Japanese-Thai speakeasy in Alphabet City where the food menu leans toward Japan while the drinks are Thai-inspired with the menu designed by veteran NYC bartender and Phetchaboon native Sayparn. Her and her partners opened 11 Tigers in 2022 (year of the tiger which symbolizes success). The staff do an excellent job of mixing food and entertainment.“

“Let me just say beef bar is now my absolute favorite restaurant . I came here for my birthday and fell in love !! My waitress was Sammie and she was the most attentive and sweet and helpful waitress ever !! Make sure you ask for her when you go I promise you she will give you the best experience . Make sure you order the beef wagyu quesadillas and the black truffle mash potatoes !!!! They are to dieeee for ! You can’t go wrong with their steak as well as the branzino was amazing , 10/10 across the board“

“We sat on the terrace, which turned out to be one of the highlights of the visit. The food was good and nicely prepared, although we missed some of the heat and bold spice levels we usually associate with Thai cuisine. Even so, it was an enjoyable meal in a great outdoor setting.“

You can truly appreciate the creativity, skill, and attention to detail that Chef Chen brings to each course. Every bite was memorable, and we enjoyed the meal immensely. Some of the dishes reminded me of the dishes I had at Eleven Madison. My favorite was the crab noodles and the scallop dumplings. “My wife and I had lunch at Franchia after visiting the Mozart exhibit at the Morgan library. Excellent food! We loved the cauliflower soup and pumpkin porridge for starters, and the pan fried tofu and zen salad with steamed tofu and avocado were awesome as entrees. Atmosphere was perfect for a nice conversation, and service was excellent. My wife also had a warm matcha latte with oat milk which was wonderful . Highly recommend Franchia, we will be back!“

“Wanted to give a huge shout out to Cameron. I took ill today and was graciously allowed to use their bathroom despite not being a customer. In the midst of trying to get myself together, I left my phone behind.
On calling, Cameron answered my phone and held onto it until my partner could return to collect it.
I’m due to fly home to Australia on Monday. Had Cameron not ensured my phone was safe, my last days in NYC could have been awful. But now my overriding memory will be of the friendliness, honestly and helpfulness of the wonderful New Yorkers I have met.
You did yourself, your restaurant and your city proud today Cameron. Thank you so much.
Oh - and despite me being ill, the noodles looked and smelled damn good too. :)“

“Stopped by for the first time today around 11:40 - food was fresh and reasonably priced. There as another customer here at the same time who was “part of the meal plan” and was absolutely terrorizing the staff. She was extremely combative and unreasonable and immediately escalated to “reporting” the employees. All employees stayed extremely calm and professional throughout the interaction, I was very impressed with them. Happy to give more information to the owner if she complains“

“Was my very first time trying this establishment & coming in to order inside the store and though I wanted to order so many times online they sell out of Chicken strips extremely fast cause every time I wanted to place an order online the option for chicken strips was always unavailable. So this time I thought let me go inside the store and see if maybe it’s an online error but no I was told that it’s just a very popular option and it goes fast so I gotta order before a certain time. Johnathan was very helpful and informative about all the food and sauces which now I have a few new ideas to try for next time. I absolutely loved the chicken strips and fries that I ordered today. I can see why chicken strips is a popular demand at this location and the sauces are chefs kiss !!!! I tried the soy garlic sauce with my strips & I HIGHLY highly recommend it; as well as Korean BBQ which is definitely another hit just know it’s a little spicy. Big thank you to Johnathan and the other pleasant cook whom were working there today, I really appreciated everything thank you so much for the wonderful customer service I will be a returning customer 110 %!!!“

“Tried it the first time and really liked the food. Glad to have bulgogi near me when I cant make it to a Korean restaurant thats further away! My man & kids loved it and so did I. Had to bring my sister and her man to try it! They have a lot of different options, which is good! Deja took our order, and also gave us some recommendations!“
