“The food is really good... my orders have been close to perfect... customer service is great. The only negative I have is that no matter what dish you order, general tso, sesame, orange... etc... the sauce tastes the same. There is no distinction between those dishes. Plus, the few times we've ordered any of those dishes, the coating was mushy, and there was no crunchy texture. Other than this, I'd say try them out... like i said the food is REALLY good.“

“Found this late night gem after seeing Sweeny Todd at the theatre.Unfortunately, the kitchen was going to be closed in half an hour, so we only ordered the House Chicken Fried Rice, Shrimp Dumplings, and Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs. My only complaint is I wished we ordered more before the kitchen closed; it was all delicious!! ??The service was quick. Even the Jasmine tea served had a delicious flavour. “Solid hot pot place! I came on a cold Friday night with a friend for dinner. We did make a reservation ahead of time just in case, but the restaurant is larger than it appears from the outside. You use the tablet at the table to place your order. It defaulted to Chinese, so you have to switch it to English if you can't read it. We were not totally sure what everything was on the menu based on just the names. Food/Drinks: This is a communal hot pot place, so there is one large pot in the center of the table for your party instead of individual hot pots per person. This is a la carte instead of an all your can eat hot pot restaurant. You start by selecting the type of broth that you want. I recommend doing the half and half option, so you can try more than one. I typically get one spicy and one non-spicy. Be warned - the spicy one is SPICY! We got the lowest level which is "Normal," and the heat builds the more you eat it. I'm pretty good with spicy food, but I do not think I could do more than the "Normal" level. We also tried the pork bone broth, which was a good complement as our non-spicy option. You will select your preferred ingredients like meats, seafood, and veggies in order to cook them in the broth. We decided to go with beef, tofu, and veggies. The meat comes on a plate that they put on its side, which was an interesting presentation. Don't forget to make your own sauce at the sauce station to dip your cooked items in. We also got the kumquat lemonade, which was quite refreshing! It ended up being about $50/person for everything that we ordered. Service/Ambiance: We were confused at first because the restaurant sign is higher up, so we were not sure it was the right place. When you first walk in, there is a bubble tea stand to your left and a waiting area, so it was a big confusing. The sauce station is in the middle of the restaurant. Service is pretty standard for an Asian restaurant meaning it's not great. You will need to flag people down if you need them as they don't typically come over and check how you are doing like at standard American restaurants. This doesn't typically bother me since a lot of Asian places are like that. Overall: I would go back again for more hot pot!“

One hour experience without having to worry about behavior, matter of fact, the staff wants you to be loud and let loose. I've been to many Omakse around the $100 range but nowhere is this much fun. If you haven't experienced Sushi On Me then shame on you. I applaud the staff there for coming up with a party Omakase concept and I can't wait to be back. Their genuine enthusiasm and friendly demeanor added an extra layer of enjoyment to the evening.I must also commend Giussepe, the manager, for his excellence and attentiveness. We ordered 2 lunch sets + an extra main which is just right for two people with large appetites. The double cooked pork and spicy chicken were exceptional - honestly a quality I’d expect in China. The eggplant dish was a bit too sweet (and I’m from an area that eats sweet) but cooked just right otherwise. Ingredient quality was excellent. Highly recommend going for lunch!“

“We eard great things about this fusion noodle and dumpling restaurant. The space is new. It's smallish, clean and comfortable. It was really busy but the tables turned over quickly. To my surprise, they take reservations. There's a garden in the back that looks promising but was too cold to dine in when we went. The restaurant staff were totally overwhelmed by the volume of dine in and take out orders. Our waitress was nice, but we didn't spend a lot of time talking with her. The service was a bit slow, but this offset what would have otherwise been a fast paced meal. They have a large sake and beer selection. I went for a bottle of Peroni beer just because they had it. We shared an order of steamed chicken dumplings to start. They were good, but could have been hotter and there were bone fragments in a couple of them. My wife loved her Yu Xiang Chicken Banmen. She was only able to finish half of it. I had no such problem with the Tonkatsu Chasu Pork Ramen. The broth was excellent and it was fun to try the Japanese version of char siu. The house noodles were good and were surprisingly spaghetti- like. Very good meal in a nice space. Not a place where you can have a leisurely meal. Wonder if they are less overwhelmed during the week.“

“202404 Quick fix for homesickness near Times Square. 4.5 overall with hits and minor misses.Wonton Soup tastes like home. My dad said it’s not as good as the ones actually back home, but for me it’s heartwarming enough.Beef Noodle is mellow. I don’t usually like onion but the ones in the soup actually tastes delightfully sweet. Slightly oily for me but it’s not too bad for restaurant food. The Glutinous Rice Dumplings make me feel nostalgic. A little less aromatic and balanced as the ones back home (maybe a little more soy sauce and shiitake and pork fat would help), but again, a rare find abroad where the market is filled with Cantonese meat Shiu Mai.Xiaolongbao is alright. The meat filling lacks umami, but the soup is generous/ambitious. The skin is of good thickness though can be firmer.Shrimp Dumplings are a bit fishy maybe because of the ingredients. The dough is freshly kneaded in the kitchen, which is a plus.Service is prompt and friendly. All tables are set around the teppanyaki. We get to watch other people’s show but it’s a little difficult to share food.“

“This restaurant was very close to our hotel and seemed always crowded whenever we passed by. We ordered a take out for dinner and it didn't disappoint!- Spicy & sour pork & cabbage dumplings: at first I thought the dough was a bit too thick but after I took a bite, I understand why. The filling was dense and very meaty! It was very delicious! Although the dough was thick but it was perfectly cooked and chewy. The sauce was delicious! It was spicy and sour which perfectly complemented the dumplings.- Beef hand ripped noodle: The noodle was excellent! It was chewy and perfectly cooked. They gave plenty of beef pieces and it was very flavorful. We ordered spicy and it was a bit too spicy for me so maybe next time I'll order mild.“

“We had a WONDERFUL time at Mala Project this week. Our server, Kyle, was extremely helpful in recommending ‘must haves’ for our appetizers, dry pot and, of course, drinks. We planned for only a quick bite to eat, but the atmosphere was so welcoming, we ordered more drinks and hung out for a while. Highly recommend this restaurant!“

“Absolutely delicious and authentic Chinese food. I was invited to this restaurant by my Chinese boss and he ordered most of the food. I was blown away by just about everything we ordered as I have never heard of most of these dishes. They were all amazing, with the exception of stinky tofu. If you’ve never had it before, you probably shouldn’t risk it as it’s a definite acquired taste. I will be back here to explore more dishes“

“Their noodles are freshly made, live, by a real noodle chef. It may look like a Japanese ramen place from outside, given all these shabby and confusing lanterns, but it is actually a really good Chinese noodle restaurant. My personal fav is pulled round noodles, either pan fried or in soups. The noodles are chewy and cooked perfectly. I would say their takeout is not as good as dine-in because the noodles are cooked a bit more being steamed in the container. So if you want to try, please come in-person. I hope this place is here to stay in this neighborhood for the long haul because it doesn't seem to have enough customers.“

We tried the dumplings, stir fried noodles and fried chicken sandwich. So good! We also tried French fry salad (this wasn't what we were expecting as it was cold but refreshing) would absolutely eat here again! We were a large group that tried many appetizers and entrees and not a single dish disappointed - every bite was amazing. The owners have not overlooked a single detail in not only the menu, but also the elegant decor. If you are looking for authentic Indian food with a modern feel, you will not be disappointed!“

“Northern Sichuan jelly has a cool red oil flavor. The hand-shredded cabbage pot is very filling! Very appetizing! The twice-cooked pork is very generous, the meat is a little fatter, and the taste is very authentic.Green Sichuan Pepper Diving Fish, not very impressive in appearance, but the seasoning is so good that my lips are numb after eating it.The spicy pepper chicken tastes a bit like spicy chicken, I think it’s delicious! The spicy chicken is very, very tasty, and the taste is very rich, numb and spicy. The little twists inside are a surprise and delicious. The meat of chestnut braised pork should be fried first. It is very fragrant, fat but not greasy. The chestnuts are sweet and the sauce is perfect when mixed with rice.Black truffle cauliflower is a very special dish. The cauliflower is not the type that is cooked in a dry pot. It has a healthier taste and is quite delicious.Rice wine is added to the jelly, which is not very sweet. It can be used to relieve the spiciness, but it is not recommended. The beef in sour soup is super spicy and sour, very delicious. The beef chow mein was a bit salty.Potato beef is completely delicious that you can make at home. The red soup double crisp is okay. If you want to eat yellow throat and beef louver, you can try it.Husband and wife's beef slices are average.“

“Milu is a pretty unique spot for fast and casual Chinese food. They have a good mix of classic dishes with a modern twist. It's a self service type of restaurant where you order up front and you get to sit anywhere you want. The place is so cute and the tables and seating actually look so comfortable. Milu is right by my office, so I decided to grab lunch to go. I ordered ahead on their website and the staff was actually very punctual with the pickup time, which is a huge plus during the lunch rush hour. I went with the Chili Crisp Chicken bowl for the day. The portion doesn't look huge for the price, but it was actually quite filling. The chicken was fried nice, crispy, and wasn't really that spicy. The chicken with the scallion mayo on the side is such a great pairing. There were tons of fresh veggies and the tofu seaweed salad was so refreshing to mix with everything. I don't know why it took me this long to try Milu, but it is now on my list of quick office lunches.“

“A solid Tibetan restaurant in Jackson heights! I can see why the won the momo walk twice! Food: I loved the spicy chicken momos - honestly the best thing we ordered! The Singaporean noodles with chicken was also delicious and very flavorful - full of veggies! The vegetable noodles were also solid! The paneer chili was well made but the paneer itself lacked flavor! the Himalayan Thalia offered a few different things including a fondue - esque dip, fried dough, and potato, bean soup! I was not a fan and won't order this again. The veggie dumplings with potato, cheese and spinach wasn't my favorite - it was a bit sweet, which I found odd Service: great service! The space is small but packed and our waitress was lovely! Ambience: small but ample seating with outdoor and indoor seating! Nothing special! Price: for the portion sizes - great price“
