“Excellent service from Athena. Really good food. Still BYOB but now have Meadowcroft wines. Very nice wine very reasonably priced.”
“Amazing food! Quality, flavor and presentation were all beyond top notch! Definitely will be back soon”
“I have used Lucky Bones’s Eric three times in the last five years for catering parties at my home/in my yard. Twice I also booked waitresses with my party. The food is always delicious, the service reliable. We ran out of chicken tenders for the kids once and they brought over a new batch! Everything is set up as ordered and arrives on time. You can’t go wrong with them for your party. My father’s small after-funeral reception was in their back room and my husband and I eat at the restaurant at least once a month. Highly recommend.”

“Absolutely divine and nostalgic
Before I begin, finding the actual entrance to the restaurant was quite confusing. Our shuttle driver just dropped us off at the entrance but once you go through the doors there’s a few other doors and no one was really there to greet the group or direct us where to go. We came later than anticipated (about an hour before closing).
There was no wait, we got a table by the window with a view of the dock. It was very ambient in the restaurant and it’s quite a large place. Our waitress was really kind and informative. I was quite impressed that the prices were reasonable for the fresh seafood. I ordered the special they had of the day and all the food (dinner entrees) came with complimentary bread for the table, side salad, and two sides to go with your meal. It was so good!
I’ve never had grilled tuna but it was absolutely delicious 🤤 the mashed potatoes were to die for too.
With all the food you won’t go hungry, I had to box up the little bit I had left to take home.”

“This was our second time here, and it was just as good as the first. We got to have Sandy as our server. She always makes the experience great with her attention and charisma. We love the ambiance and fine dining here. We will gladly make the hour long trip just to come here!”
“We dined on Friday, 10.31.25 supporting the Cape May Restaurant Weekend. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Red Snapper Alla Plancha that was impeccably simmered in a tomato-saffron cream sauce along with the delectable additions of mussels, rock shrimp, creamer potatoes and confit fennel. I had the wonderful opportunity to sample the Grilled Duroc Pork Chop with aged gouda potato purée, ginger glazed vegetables, sherry wine cream sauce and seasonal mostarda that was done to absolute perfection. I haven't cleaned my plate like that for years! My wife echoed that it was one of the top three dinners that we have ever had as a couple....Our service was second to none from the expediters, bussers and our very warm and personable server, Anna, who just added to the overall dining experience. A five star event for sure!”

“our server, jennifer, was so friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, efficient and one of the best servers i ever had. Sean, the manager and sommelier was so knowledgeable about wine and gave us great a recommendation on an exquisite bottle of wine, which paired perfectly with our dinner. this restaurant surpassed our expectations”
“We visitCape May 2 or 3 times a year and Maison Bleue is always on our list of places to have dinner. The food is superb, the service is excellent and the space is a beautiful Jewel box!! We are returning in September with friends and can't wait to take them to Maison Bleue”
“I made an advance reservation and specifically requested a comfortable table with a nice view for my 85-year-old mother. Despite the rainstorm, the hostess strongly pushed for an outdoor table. When I declined, explaining that we had not requested outdoor seating and that it would not be suitable for my mother, she continued to pressure us in front of other guests. She then offered an indoor table but only for 45 minutes in duration, which I said was insufficient. She eventually seated us indoors. We spent over $250 (including tip) for two people. While the meal itself was fine, the hostess's tone left both of us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome from the start.”
“My wife & I stayed at Congress Hall Hotel. After a nice meal we decided to relax in the Brown Room there.
We just love LOVE the atmosphere here!! Lights dimly lit. Nice fire going in the fireplace. Staff kept logs on the fire to keep it just right.
Our server Michelle was awesome! She was professional, friendly and excellent service!! All with a big smile. The bartender made a perfect Old Fashioned drink. Don’t know who he was. Kudos to you.
Mike the guitar player was excellent. It was so cozy sitting in the lounge with a nice fire and listening to Mike’s playing. Wow!!! He played (& sang great)!!
Thank you Michelle, Mike & bartenders for making this such a memorable stay. Looking forward to a visit in the future.”
“Fresh and interesting menu. Everything we had was perfect. Smoked salmon and noodle aps were both great starters to share. Scallops, crab cakes, swordfish entrees were delicious. The desserts were lovely and generous portions. Not surprised to hear that this is a perennial favorite for many regulars.”

“I have now been to Behr Brewing on several occasions, I like it's quaint and relaxed atmosphere...but mostly I like the beer, I'm not sure how I would describe my pallet but my visits to numerous other breweries I often taste beers that just aren't for me. I can honestly say every time I have visited Behr all of the beers I have tried are very drinkable and I have enjoyed every single batch. very satisfying for sure.”
“This place has the best grilled cheese and fantastic customer service! My boyfriend goes every year and I finally got the chance to this year. His favorite is the chicken bacon ranch grilled cheese and the day we went they had a smash burger grilled cheese as a special that I got. Absolutely delicious! I highly recommend for anyone in town!”
“These are the best things ever!! In the summer you can’t get near the place because it’s so busy. The like is worth the wait! They have mail order and we have ordered three times! The more u order the better the price. This last time we ordered 24! The owner of this store is super nice and treats his employees so good! Def MUST HAVE!!”
“Yesterday we went to Cape May Winery with a bachelorette party group. We had a great experience from booking, too ordering our wine and enjoying our time in the lower cellar room. Special shout out to the amazing table of guests next to us that included 3 married couples that each had been married for over 25 years. They stopped at our table to give our bride-to-be some amazing wedding and successful marriage advice. It was a really special visit and I am so glad we chose to come here! 💜”

“Great small town shop. They have a great selection of household and kitchen accessories. They have a good variety of foods as well and of course they have a whole section of coffee. They have a bunch of coffee to choose from and you can have it ground fresh in store if you like. The location in the heart of downtown Cape May shopping and it’s hard to miss. Parking can be limited depending on what time of the year you go but is not to difficult. We look forward to our nice trip in to Cape May to return and try some more fresh coffee!”
“Yummy smoothie bowls! 😋 Perfect on a hot day. I ordered the green bowl called 'Lola', topped with granola, pineapple, coconut, mango and honey. Waited a little bit for it to be made, but it was worth the wait. It had more granola than I was expecting, but it hit the spot. The fruit was fresh and sweet. It's a short walk from the beach, so I got to take it back to my beach chair to eat. Otherwise, there's some tables with umbrellas clustered together in front of the eatery. Plenty of other food options (think food trucks) in the circle in case you have a group with different tastes.”
“Had a birthday get together. The manager Dave was awesome, reserved a few tables for us and allowed us to keep the cake in the cooler so it wouldn't melt all over! The servers and bartenders were great as well! Thanks you for helping us create a great memory!”

“The store is located in the Washington Street Mall in Cape May, New Jersey. They offer a nice variety of flavors of ice cream. Hard ice cream, soft ice cream, shakes, sundaes 🍨, waffles 🧇 and other beverages are available. Indoor and outdoor seating is an option for customers. Friendly and helpful staff.”
“The owner is a local teacher during the year and a crepe maker in the summer. The crepes are made before your eyes and the fruit is freshly cut. The smoothies and drinks are also delicious. He puts a lot of topping in one crepe. This is our go to for breakfast, brunch or breakfast for linner. Consistently delicious and made by a really nice guy. We are usually first on line Opening Day and make many crepe stops throughout the season. We’ve been in Cape May more than 30 years and recommend CHILL as among the best in Cape May. Not a tourist trap. ; )”
“The outdoor area is beautiful. I really like that there are old recipes and styles that you don't see at a lot of places. There is always something interesting on tap. The history buff in me is a big fan. Their house made sasparilla is great for anyone who doesn't want beer, my wife and stepson really enjoy it.”
“"Cafe Nutella" , 713 Beach Ave., Cape May, NJ 08204, across the Convention Hall. Excellent Mediterranean Food you will not find anywhere in Cape May. Maybe you don't know that Cafe Nutella has a new owner and a new Restaurant. Master Chef Ahmed is an excellent cook, his specialty is Mediterranean Cuisine. I ate Oax Tail Tajine, Moroccan Specialty: Giant beef Oax Tail simmered for hours in house made j*** sauce, dried apricot topped with crispy onions. I also ate an Avocado Salad: Rich, creamy avocados, vibrant tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, red onions, and a fresh herb dressing. I can strongly recommend this Restaurant with all my heart; Ahmed, the Master Chef prepared the food with passion and a lot of knowledge. Very tasty, I had a great time., Ali”
“I ordered a veggie burger & sweet potato fries, pretty much my go-to at a pizza place. It was tasty but better than anywhere else because of the experience. I saw you give away food to someone in need, I saw you show compassion & kindness. I will support this business in the future! “On the way to Cape May” ❤️”
“We visited today first day of the 2025 season. The atmosphere is awesome beach sand with tables and umbrellas, Large fire pits and a large outdoor bar. The weather was 65 and partly cloudy . The host was friendly and welcoming made us feel right at home. Our waiter Jamie was friendly, accommodating and couldn’t do enough for us. He made us laugh and we never felt rushed his personality is on par! We had fried shrimp with sauces, and fried Mac and cheese balls with remoulade sauce and some cocktails. Everything was delicious. Can’t wait to come back later in the summer!”
“Five star food and five star service, very cozy and offer outside seating. One of Cape May's premier restaurant.”
“We had such amazing dinners and service! We loved our server, Amir’s , humor and service. Everything was delicious and our grandsons were happy; They were served so quick! Meals were fantastic!”

“We’ve been waiting a long time to try this “hidden gem” although it’s not so hidden anymore as Philly Inky’s Craig Laban named it one of 20 places for seafood down the Jersey Shore this month. My wife had the famous scallops and thought they were delicious, reminded her of classic, fresh taste of the shore scallops from youth. My burger was good. Fries were tasty. Drinks were proper. Service was attentive. The scallops alone are reason to return.”

“We celebrated our 53rd anniversary there tonight. They could not have been nicer to us. They treated us to a very special evening. Balloons at the table and complimentary champagne. They also treated us to a dessert of our choice. The food was delicious. I think we found our new favorite restaurant.”

“My husband and I come to Cape May every year for our anniversary we have our favorite places that we love to visit this was our first visit to Pacino's bistro and we went back the night after to pick up again!!! The food was phenomenal and the wait staff were very hard working and friendly!!! I am server myself and this not an easy job but they were excellent. “My husband and I come down every summer...you are always our first stop when we hit town. Absolutely love your food and atmosphere! Nick took care of us and he was phenomenal! He was so kind, accommodating and truly just a great person. We stopped on our way out to let the manager Erik know how great Nick was. It wasn't just a thank you and move on...Erick, despite the place hopping took the time to ask us what we had...did we enjoy the menu...customer service all around was 150%. Highly recommend the rooftop, Crab Dip with homemade pita chips, Brisket Bites, Fish tacos and the very best Blood Orange margarita on the island!”

“the chicken was pretty good. the one problem I had was I ordered a four-piece. usually when you order a 4-Piece chicken somewhere you get a wing a thigh a breast and a leg. what they gave me was two legs a wing and a thigh. the extra leg is not equal to a breast. it's much less food. so I kind of feel like they ripped me off. it doesn't specify what four pieces you get but there is a standard.”
“We had an absolute perfect dining experience. Each course was outstanding. Peach & Burrata salad, delicious. Scallops perfectly done and chocolate panna cotta so good. Loved every thing about Grana BYOB.”
