“I absolutely LOVE this spot. It has become a tradition that my mom and I go have the day at Sojo Spa, and eat dinner here as a treat.
We both get the soondubu, I get the clams with spicy level. Their side dishes are so crispy and fresh, I really love each side dish they bring out, it’s a clean plate every time.
Definitely would come back whenever we are in the edgewater area, one of the better SGD chains.“

“I can't say enough good things about this place! From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and provided top-notch service. Let's talk about the food – it was phenomenal. I tried the vegetable dumplings, which were a delightful mix of flavors and textures. The shrimp fried rice I had was fantastic, bursting with fresh, savory flavors. My husband had the curry puffs, and he couldn't stop raving about how light and flavorful they were. The portions were generous, especially the curry, which was so satisfying. In the picture, you see our meal before we dug in – everything disappeared quickly because it was so delicious. This restaurant is a must-visit. Do yourself a favor and check it out!"“

“I recently visited Susokino Financial District and tried the Susukino ramen, and it was delicious! The flavors were rich and well-balanced, making it a dish I’d happily order again. I’d definitely recommend it to others who appreciate a satisfying bowl of ramen. The overall price was reasonable, and the iced oolong tea was also fantastic — refreshing and a perfect match for the meal.“

“Long line because we are all basic tourists 😅 Left line cash only and right line you order on tablet and pay with card. You are welcome! The baked pork bun and pineapple pork buns were delicious. Sweet and salty soft and crunchy simultaneously. Your mouth will be pleasantly confused. Must try!“

“It is not often enough that great atmosphere and ambience pair together with great food, but this place has done just that.
Since their renovations last year the quality of everything from the plates to the whole interior design has improved. Not only that but the food is one of the best in the neighborhood.“

“Great little spot for a mid-week dinner, especially if you like momos. It is tiny with only three tables but I didn’t have any problems. The service was super friendly and the food was excellent! I started with the wai wai sodheko, a dish I’ve not had before and it was so good. Like a crunchy instant noodle salad with lots of spices. And then the chef chili momos - also really good. And everything was really inexpensive. I’ll be back!“

“A Hidden Gem Near Pod Hotel
We stumbled upon this cozy spot near our hotel and had an early dinner. The place was quiet at first, perfect for conversation, but it filled up quickly by the time we left.
Service was prompt and friendly. I enjoyed their Platinum Sake, while my boyfriend tried the Japanese IPA—both excellent choices.
For starters, we had pork gyoza, edamame, and uni croquette. Each dish was comforting and satisfying. For mains, I went with the veggie curry rice from their specials—light, flavorful, and perfectly spicy. My boyfriend had udon soup with shrimp and egg, adding a bit of chili oil for an extra kick.
This was one of the best meals we’ve had in NYC, and the prices were incredibly reasonable for such high-quality food. It brought back fond memories of Japan.“

“Friendly, really nice stuffs. Food was great, really satisfied with the food and the price, if asking for feedback, I would recommend having even better quality of sushi rice, it will up level the taste. I still give 5 stars to the food considering the overall taste, proportion and the price. Will definitely come back to try other things“

“My Girlfriend and I went to this location for the cinnamon roll that went viral recently. Though looking through the menu, we decided to only get what we came for at the moment. Usually servers roll their eyes and are annoyed when a table skips the dinner and gets the dessert. Our server, the taller gentleman with the beard was super helpful and informative when asked some questions. Kudos to him for staying on top and being mindful of any possible food allergies. We didn’t feel rushed or treated differently for our relatively small order. Speaking of, the Cinnamon Roll lived up to the hype! So good ! We’re looking forward to coming back and having dinner here soon.“

“Walked in w my wife. Parking was easy to find at night. Gladly, there were plenty of seats available tonight. Ordered summer rolls w shrimp, papaya salad, pho Bo, and special pho.
The appetizer summer rolls with the brown sauce/peanuts were great for getting my stomach ready. Papaya salad has a pang of spicy oil(tolerable) and healthy sweet vinegar flavor. It made my lips warmed up as well as made me cough once I got too close to it. We kept ended up finishing before the phos came out.
Special pho was satisfying. I liked having plenty of bean sprouts. Broth had a good umami taste as expected from bone broth. There were abundant beef slices in two different size and color. Tripes were chewy n crunchy.
Overall, solid for late evening dinner.“

“Ottimo ristorante di Ramen (giapponese e non quello "tarocco" o fatto con quello istantaneo del supermercato) che offre anche una fantastica selezione di ravioli. Prezzi tutto sommato accettabili per la media della città e acqua gratuita. Posto piccolo, accogliente, staff cordiale e velocissimo. Porzioni corpose quindi ordinate con cautela o non riuscirete a finire tutto.“

“4.5 for a takeout order of the classic banh mi. Bread was a great texture, crispy crust with soft inside, nice balance of pate and tender meat with shredded pickled veggies. I just forgot to ask for spicy and I would have enjoyed some jalapeño and hot sauce as well, but that’s on me. Very excited to have this place now since I haven’t had a banh mi this good in western Queens.“

“What a surprise on the upper east side! Was able to have a conversation without a big crowd, and had plenty of room at the bar before taking our table. Very welcoming and unassuming staff. The food was Asian inspired and imaginatively presented without sacrificing portion size. Recommend getting several dishes to share and get a taste of everything. Will be back!“
“We were in the city for 3 nights. I made reservations for the second and third nights. Left night one open. I found Saar online, it was less than a block from our hotel so we figured we'd give them a try. So glad we did. Nice place. Great, friendly service (Karim is the man!), and excellent food. I ended up cancelling the reservations I made for night 3 and we went back to Saar. Give them a try if you like Indian food. It was amazing!“

“small noodle shop near Harlem as a gluten free eater getting something satisfying and seasoned well without sacrificing quality can be tough. This place is a go to. They're fast, and my go to rice noodle pork combo tends to last me two meals for the price it costs. Can't advocate enough.
Dietary restrictions: gluten free“

“Miss home, so searched up solid taiwanese spot. The pan-fried dumping 鍋貼 ("guo-tie") was exactly how I needed it to be. The popcorn chicken was not as salty as I thought and had a thicker coating than the other ones I have tried in other restaurants. Overall, I was very happy to have visited.
Coming back for the dumplings again.“

“I grew up in Elmhurst and getting skewers at this neighborhood staple as a snack was always a treat I looked forward to. Now, I’m happy that we can buy as many skewers as we dare (before we pass the threshold of waking up with a sore throat the next morning). This Chinese BBQ skewer cart is a no-frills, mom and pop food stand on the corner of Whitney Ave & Broadway by the LIRR tracks. Most of their skewers cost between $2-$3; they’re perfect for a late night eats adventure! The seasoning the sweet Chinese couple uses has just the right amount of cumin, heat, and spice. We sat at one of their 3 tables this past Monday evening and saw a steady stream of customers lining up for their grilled skewers. When all 3 tables were full, a 4th table and set of stools was set up as well. The cart is at their spot daily between 5:30pm-1:30am - you’ll find them if you see the smoke!? “I was craving some sushi and my husband suggested this restaurant. I’m always iffy about where I get sushi, but the reviews looked promising, so we gave it a go. I ordered a salmon roll and spicy tuna roll and on a whim, added an order of coconut shrimp. I’m so glad I did because the coconut shrimp was AMAZING! It’s honestly the best I’ve ever had! The sushi was also really good - very fresh. This is definitely my new go-to place for Asian fusion!“

“Had never been before nor heard of before. Popped in for a small but special occasion celebration ( 3 people ). Everything, with the exception of the horrendous coat girls, was really great. The coat/hostess girls are unintelligible phantoms who mumble w scowls. However once we leave there pointless presence we are to the real start : the Sit-down and Dine.
The food was all great and we went in blind. We also had some great drinks overall throughout and a great waiter as well. Our only regret is not really trying any of the steamed fish, but we will likely be back. Note to Owners-86 those hottendous front coat staff“

“Fast delivery, I ordered the teriyaki and Fried rice bowl, good flavor and would order again. I also ordered the apple cinnamon Bao as it looked amazing, it was very disappointing. The apples weren't seasoned so all I could taste was the breading, I will not order that again and I only ate 1 of them.“
