“Fudgarten is a fabulous restaurant. Ate there yesterday for the first time and loved their salad. I only buy organic and know how expensive organic products are. Fudgarten is organic so I couldn't believe how inexpensive they are being an organic restaurant.“

“Loved every dish- fluke with black tea, mint and peach(who knew raw fish and fruit went so well together?), amazing grilled artichokes and grilled eggplant. Barely touched my pasta with preserved lemon because I was full, but it was delicious. My daughter’s burger was iconic. The Platonic ideal of hamburgers. Coffee was also delicious. If we had not made a plan to go to La Cabral for dessert and more coffee, I am sure dessert would have been equally excellent.Service was excellent and our waitress was knowledgeable and interested in the food.The fluke reminded me of the first time I went to USC in 1988. I had a plate with raw marinated tuna, raw salmon and raw scallops. The little heaps of fish were so pretty on the plate with their contrasting colors.“

“This is such a great place in the WV, honestly sometimes it feels so hard to find a place that isn’t geared to tourists or sort of a bland palette. This restaurant is way more chic and interesting that most of the restaurants in the area while also serving approachable food. This will be my new go-to when I have something to do in the neighborhood. Not to mention the service was really great and the vibe of the space is just right. I must say it sometimes is lame to order the bread and butter but it is really spectacular!“

“Those in the know won't worry to much about 5 leaves not being rated a 4.5 or higher, why you ask? Because it really doesn't matter when the ricotta pancakes are THAT FREAKING GOOD! Seriously every 3rd person orders those pancakes. They also have a great Mocha and black kale salad. If you're not in the mood for sweet fair try the moroccan scramble which is perfect for something light but filling. I got the BLAT on my first visit and it was also good. Now if you're there for dinner been warned the burger is quite filling but it will be worth it even if you gotta waddle home.“

“Had a wonderful brunch today at Hudson Clearwater. The smoothie was outstanding. This is a quaint rustic spot and deserves all the love for their vegan friendly menu. I chose the blackened fish sandwich and it did not disappoint. The Cole slaw on the brioche bun, lightly covered with tarter sauce, made for a perfect sandwich. Their fries were delectable as well. Great service, and a great meal with my sweetheart.“

I would however stay away from the fresh omelette as there was too much spinach and a slight garlicky/fishy taste throughout the omelette. The French toast is delicious and definitely a flavor bomb! I would recommend getting it to share as it is quite rich and sweet. All in all, the ambience was lovely, the staff was incredibly kind, and I would recommend this place for a nice weekend brunch to anybody who wants nice scenery, kind people, and a satisfying bite.“

We come to NY every year and this will absolutely be a place we revisit again and again! Vegans, vegetarians and omnivores alike will appreciate the dishes and be amazed with the taste!
