“Beef Noodle Soup (8.2/10): traditional, flavorful, noodles were the best part

Wontons in Chili Oil (7.5/10): sweet and savory. It's good but the sweetness surprised me.

Overall: good ingredients, traditional flavors and recipes, solid place would come back again. ALSO GOOD PRICES

Edit: so good I had to come back for more. Beef soup with pork ribs 8.7/10. The noodles are so firm and the broth is so hearty and warm. Got beef scallion pancakes and it had cucumbers and some beef in it wrapped in a flaky crust. 8.3/10. Amazing“

“Surprised to find decent Xinjiang food in Manhattan.

Ding ding fried noodles were quite authentic, just a bit salty. Lamb pilaf wasn’t greasy, which I liked. Lamb skewers were tender and not gamey.

Service was okay but a bit inexperienced — had to remind for water.

“We were in town from Wisconsin to see Metallica. The day after the concert , we were looking for something good to eat and found Dumpling Dojo. Looking thru the menu , we knew we had to try. AMAZING!! We had one of the best meals we have had in a long time and my husband and I like to eat. We go to a lot of high ends places, but as I said , this place was extraordinary. The staff very friendly and helpful. We had the fried pork belly , tangerine beef , shrimp dumplings, fried shrimp and ramen noodle. “Found this place on our way home from a Fandom excursion we decided to do last minute. I am always weary of Vietnamese restaurants these days...I've tried so many and been let down so much!

The food was amazing and service was top notch! Who knew?!?! Maybe some people do and are gatekeeping.
Ordered the spring rolls, chicken satay, chicken wings, pork bahn mi, and a combo pho.
All were great!!! I really appreciate the peanut sauce being a good consistency and the bread of my bahn mi being crunchy! The pho soup flavor was not bad, but did lack the complexity of a long cooked broth.
I will say the water they serve tastes a little off and the air conditioner (was there one?) probably had better days. But those are my only real complaints. This place is about 30 minutes away from me and I will definitely be back!!!“

“Still my favorite crossing bridge location in 8 Avenue. Very flavored broth and for a time frame now they stopped charging tips and it's more self service.

So you ordered in the front and for crossing bridge noodles you can either request them to put in everything or have them take it out with each ingredient and put in everything yourself. It's also not as busy back in the day so usually there isn't any wait time.“

“Everything tasted amazing!!!!! the crab rangoons are so delicious and perfectly flavored, it is a treat every time i order them for an amazing price too!!! the sesame chicken had a great flavor and is not too sweet, the general tso chicken is perfectly spicy and tender. there are no little crumbly pieces as i would usually get at most take out!! the coke cans (diet) were nice and cold, and the veggie low mein noodles were perfectly dry and flavorful and HOMEMADE? (although the lettuce is weird sorry). the dumplings in chili oil taste super authentic and have a greattttt flavor. i loved everything here and i would order 10000 percent again. never change !! (besides the lettuce)

Vegetarian options: all the tofu options are sooo delicious!! super crispy and delicate.“

The General Tso's Chicken was really good! (I asked for extra spicy and compared to other places where they miss the mark, this place actually made it spicy!!) Love it!

The Chicken with Broccoli with garlic sauce was not too bad. I do love how tender and properly cooked the chicken turned out....but the garlic sauce seemed more on the bland side. Was lacking the garlic flavor.

Both egg rolls that came with the combos were alright. Lacked the crunch I usually expect but was a nice big portion.

I will definitely come back to try other dishes.“

“We were visiting this Chinese neighborhood in Brooklyn and one of the employees recommended this restaurant for noodles. It was amazing, really one of the best places we have eaten and seemed very authentic. This is very much understated, a hole in the wall with a relatively simple menu. You pay cash, the food comes out. Piping hot for dining in or takeout, fresh, delicious, and when you are done you have already paid. So you just leave. Leave. There were many people came in while we were eating in which says to me that this is a favored neighborhood joint. Highly recommended.“

“When I came to New York for a concert in February or March, I stayed at a ramen shop near my place. They also had sauerkraut fish, spicy hot pot, barbecue, and many other things. The food was pretty good, and it was quite crowded during mealtimes, with tables turning over frequently. On a cold night, slurping down a bowl of noodles was so satisfying, especially since the taste was really good and the price was very reasonable. If it weren't just for two people, I would have ordered a lot more.“

“Tried it for the first time today and it was amazinggg. Hidden gem in the mall food court. We tried the beef rice bowl and the fried crispy chicken rice bowl. The chicken was crispy and the spices blended together so well. The beef bowl was also some of the best ive tried.

I was dining here today on a rainy day when a delivery man came in to pick up an order. He waited quietly while one of the servers was taking another table’s order. From what I could tell, he just wanted to confirm he had the correct order before leaving. After finishing with the table, the server spoke to him in a way that came across as rude and impatient. I don’t remember the exact words, but the tone and expression — like she was visibly annoyed — made the situation uncomfortable to watch. The delivery man looked to be around his 50s or 60s, and honestly, I just felt bad for him. I hope delivery man are treated with a little more kindness and patience. “A store front Cantonese restaurant. I got their congee and I liked it. They sell Char Siu, soy sauce chicken, rice dishes. Most of the time when I go to 8th avenue, I would go to buy their foods. They are nearby the N train station, it's about two minutes walk.“

Only thing I don't like is their take containers. They keep using black containers which most food related places not using anymore since recent research found the black plastic containers is not safe for food and eventually not good for human health.“
