“Food is great and it’s truly Japanese, comparing to other counter parties i.e. the way sashimi is cut, miso soup and small side dishes. We ordered sushi regular, Hire Katsu and spicy tuna salad. All were good. No picture for spicy tuna salad because it was so good I forgot about it ?“

“Obviously we like thaï food as this is the the 3rd place in 3 weeks
Here the food is different not the usual curry dish or sate and oh soooo good.
Loved the 2 shrimp dishes we ordered, the shrimp cake as appetizer was excellent.
Our waitress Siri was friendly, helpful and always smiling.
Do try the lychee martini.“

“This is my favorite Thai spot in the city!

I went there a couple of times and tried a lot of different dishes, they all exceeded expectations.

My favorite dishes are the green curry and the pad thai, they also have a delicious Thai ice tea slush.“

“The food here was excellent. I got the Pad Thai and it was one of the best I've ever had. Their appetizers are all very good. I'd highly recommend going here on a date or family dinner. Menu is a little pricy but worth it.“

We strolled in for a tumbling trio, Taiwan popcorn chicken, Lu ro fan, shoestring fries and pickled lotus root.

Upon delivery we are delighted with our order. Everyone was delighted. Atmosphere is low bc it is take out but clean and water ready.

“My go-to takeout place for noodles after work. They are relatively quick and have consistent quality food - though the medium spice varies tremendously. Delicious noodles, wings, tea, and other street food they offer, can’t go wrong.

Very friendly and understanding staff, highly recommended eating in as well, though I personally only get takeout weekly.“

“Came on a weekend and was sat down immediately. Liked that the service was really fast. Got the suan cai and fish rice noodle, and it was delicious. The noodles were so flavorful and really hit the spot for a sour noodle. Also shared the popcorn chicken with two others, and those were done well as well. Every now and again you come across a server who truly enjoys making people fell comfortable, that's Jason, in a nutshell. Only complaint is that we asked for “mild” and it was very spicy still. Perhaps should have asked for no spice as the food itself was very well cooked and flavourful.

Got beef dish and chicken dish“

“all of the food was incredibly flavorful, even the traditionally more milder dishes were still packed with flavor. the interior was beautifully decorated and the staff very lovingly decorated the restaurant with halloween decorations for this season.

we loved the yunnan fried tofu with the super soft interior and perfectly fried outside, the best texture combination in our opinions. the deep fried short ribs had so much flavor and paired perfectly with the lime. the highlight of the meal, the yunnan signature crossing bridge had some of the most tender meat along with the soothing soup that was much needed on a cold day. the portions were pretty big and the food was filling.

“The noodles are amazing, and every dish is customizable. I love the scallion ginger, but I've had other flavors too. I ALWAYS get the seitan, it is so good! I think they make the seitan in house, there's something unique about the texture.“

Surprised they're not that busy given the quality of the food, I guess it's the location but it's right next to a luxury high rise and very safe.“

“I love Thai food in general and I have had a lot of it a lot of different places. This is the best chicken pad see ew I think I’ve ever had. The view of 1st Ave is super cute and they played great music so I can’t have asked for a better atmosphere and vibe. The service was lovely and fast. Presentation of the food was also a step above and the place is super clean. I’d highly recommend and I hope I come back soon too. Only complaint was $6 for a sparkling water which I didn’t realize I’d be charged for. Oh well. I’ll skip it next time.“

Service is fast, pleasant, and efficient. Prices are quite moderate. And the food is unreal! My favs: The grilled chicken Pho is the best I've ever had. And the Bahn Mi is fantastic“

“I don't like ramen that much because it's oily and can leave me feeling uncomfortable after eating, but I enjoy coming here regularly because they make them really tasty. I've also enjoyed all the side dishes I tried. My only complaint is the portions are small. After a ramen bowl with some side dish, often times I'd still feel a bit hungry.“

“Tangy Noodle is not the typical Chinese restaurant that New Yorkers are used to ordering from. We are accustomed to the traditional looking and tasting fast food menus that we grew up with. Just one look at their menu with the variety of photos of the dishes, makes your mouth water with anticipation. They are visually new and inviting, well-crafted, and taste far better than the average Chinese takeout. I highly recommend Tangy Noodle for the experience of a home cooked Chinese meal. “Sao Mai is my go-to Vietnamese restaurant and has been for the past seven years. My favorite dish is the cơm bù lúc lắc (beef cubes)—absolutely delicious. Their pho tai is incredible, and the shrimp summer roll is a must-try (I just add a dash of hot sauce to the sauce they provide). I love that it’s family-owned with a warm, friendly small-business atmosphere, and their prices are fantastic.“

The portion sizes are huge and the service is great, the only thing I will say is that the seating is pretty tight and even as a smaller person I was getting bumped into by the people behind me and it was hard for our server to wait on the table beside us without bumping into us too.“
