“My dining experience at Minetta Tavern was impeccable. My friend and I had Fois Gras and Oysters as Appetizers, Strak Frites and Minetta Burger for our entrees, and topped it up with their delicious Soufflé for two.Everything was truly incredible, from the lively and yet cozy atmosphere, to the outstanding quality of food, and flawless service. It was my first time and will definitely be back for more.A huge thank you to the whole team again!“

“What a gem we just found! I made a reservation at Stake Frites last minute on a whim, and am so glad I did. At first we sat at a high table but the place is tight, even for NY standards, so I asked the hostess if we could sit at the bar, that was perfect. Juan, the bartender, was the best! He makes the best cocktails and was really nice. The whole staff is great! Food was good, though my husband’s steak chateaubriand wasn’t served rare as he requested. We’ll definitely be back and try other things on the menu. My only complaint would be the very tight space but I heard they may be expanding so that might change.“
“One of the best fish/seafood meals I’ve had in NYC at Fulton Fish. Thankfully small menu. Superb service. Afterward, we perused the other places in this beautifully laid-out building. You can’t miss!“

“Le Bernardin is my favorite restaurant in NYC, as it’s a seafood lover’s paradise. What truly elevated the experience was the impeccable wine pairing. Each glass complemented the flavors of the food flawlessly, enhancing the overall enjoyment of the meal.Truly an unforgettable dining experience.“

“The service was incredible, the atmosphere and details were beautiful. The food was mostly delicious. The only con was they have very strong perfume scented candles that leave the taste of them so you can’t fully enjoy the food as the scent is so overpowering.“

“Wonderful spot for a long, leisurely lunch. The food is excellent, notably, the french fries, which are borderline miraculous in their flavor and ab to sustain maximum crispiness for hours on end. The cocktails are very good, especially the martini service. The wine list is extensive and SKUs heavily to the natural side, so be warned. But the dining room is high ceiling and convivial, and the staff is allowed to sport their personalities, which is welcome.“

“Everything was perfection - from their service, to their drinks, to their food. We got the escargot to start, followed by the steak frites, pappardelle, and scallops. Everything was very yummy but the scallops were my favorite, and I will be ordering them again the next time I come!“

“TLDR: Replacing what was The Breslin is now Koloman. This is a very European restaurant. I've only been for lunch but for this level of dining, probably one of the better prefixe menus. I think the focaccia is worth it and for my selections, tartare, schnitzel and strudel.I went through a week of just eating a lot of fancy lunches solo. This day I hit up Koloman as I was curious about their prefixe for awhile.I added the warm pumpkin focaccia and yeah - that was tasty. Definitely rubbed in plenty of oil but it was nicely crispy on the outside but oh so fluffy on the inside. That butter was something else too.For the selections I started with the tartare. Typical french preparation, not too eggy or rich. Adequate acidity and very flavorful.Schnitzel. I wanted to like this a bit more but it was still good. The schnitzel coating was quite thin but maybe the way it was plated on top of each other - it kind of steamed out the coating and it just fell off. I liked the warm potato salad that accompanied it. I still am not a fan of lingonberry but I can appreciate it.Strudle. Very thin layers, tasty but maybe too much powdered sugar for my preference.Overall - I liked the food enough that Id' be back and maybe try some other things on the menu. Standout for me on this meal though? Focaccia, tartare.“

“The food, service and decor are all excellent. There are set menus and tasting menus available. The restaurant is very beautiful, the cutlery is well designed and the furniture is equally well designed. The service in the restaurant was generally skilful and very prompt (I guess some of the minor embarrassments were caused by the newbies). There is a chef's table in the kitchen, but I personally prefer the view seating in the dining room. The wine list is great. Overall a great high end experience. I will be back soon. Will definitely come back.“

“Had a girls night here. 5 of us, outside table, drinks and dinner before going out on Saturday. Definitely make a reservation. Drinks were average price for WV - 18. They were all excellent tasting (see note below though). Service was great - sirloin sandwich was delicious and well priced. We were not rushed out and vibes were great. We had a great time and I will be back. Note to the restaurant -- the espresso martini was great BUT please change the design, the coffee grounds on the top were cute but they ruin the drink halfway through and get in your teeth.“

“I just had a great experience at Per Se! I was stopping by NYC for my work and personal trips on the East Coast. The server Eric learned about my interest in Michelin restaurants and surprised me with a tour of the kitchen afterwards. Both food and service are beyond my expectations. They gave me more deserts than I could handle and packed me enough desert for the week. Highly recommend to fellow foodies!“

“This is my first time at LouLou NYC. The food, service, & atmosphere were top notch. I tried the moules marinieres mussels & ratatouille! Both dishes were cooked to perfection! Rifat was the server & he made sure to answer all questions regarding the dishes, he was friendly & knowledgeable. He provided amazing service, I was honestly so impressed with the restaurant & service. I highly recommend you give it a try.“

“System is what makes this place works. Everyone knows what to do and very reactive to diners’ need. The celtuse drink, soba noodles are excellent. Even the vegan latte with oatmilk made an impression. I’m only giving 4 on the food because it’s a vegan, my palette has a wider range and veggies can only go to some extent. It was a great experience.“

“Great local find. It gets quite loud for both brunch and dinner, so plan at an off time if you're looking for a quieter meal or date where you want to hear the other person. Food was good and served quickly. For brunch, we tried the omelet, salad nicoise, fish, and sweets. Partnered wine was on point. When we went back for dinner - one of us had steak, another mussels, and the third the chicken - all really great. Not super fancy, but had a good hometown vibe.“

“Brazilian/Portuguese fine dining experience. I m glad I chose this place. It was magical. It was stunning. Amazing team work from top to bottom. It was open kitchen and that was something I really enjoyed. It was always interesting to witness everyone worked together as a team. Anyway I have to point it out that our server really listened. Navy terms, we call it "attention to details." Special occasion details were not provided when the reservation was made. Yet he figured out the special occasion and improvised accordingly. A surprising treat was served at the end of the dinner. It was like something you would see from a TV show. For the food, the tasting menu was a symphony. A roller coaster ? I would say. The transitions of the flavor from mild to strong and strong to mild were just beautiful. Bravo to the chef. Thoughtfulness was what it was. In my opinion, Some courses were Japanese culture influenced but reconstruted with Brazilian flavored and modern techniques. They were just amazing. Art within art. The collaboration with Toma-L, a renowned painter from France, was a brilliant ideal. It took the dining experience to a whole new level. It is subjective, but I think I had the best dining experience ever. I really enjoyed it.“

“ventured out to try this restaurant out! friend really craved for their chocolate cake so we decided to go :-). ordered tuna toast, duck fat fried potatoes, scallop crudo, ricotta gnudi, and their famous chocolate cake. my personal fav dish is the tuna toast, super light and flavorful. the potatoes and ricotta were a bit too salty for my liking, the scallops were delicious but the portion was on the smaller end. service was amazing! ambience was very nice especially on a warm, sunny day. a great date spot or just a nice dinner with friends :). all the dishes were shareable as well!“

“Went for my birthday on a Tuesday night. Surprisingly packed for a weekday but I did make a reservation. The enclosed patio is the best. Great place for pictures since there’s lots of lights and greenery. The ambiance was nice and the food was amazing. The cocktails from my knowledge were also a hit- mango mojito was our favorite. The blood moon cocktail was alright. Our server was very friendly and checked on us often. Even brought out a complimentary macaroon for my birthday. A lovely restaurant! Will definitely be returning.“

“To recommend anything on the menu - shrimp Mac n cheese. We took this home and devoured it the moment we opened it and couldn't stop raving how good it was. My partner who doesn't even like truffle couldn't put it down. I recommend setting a reservation, we were fortunate to originally be seated at the bar, and then offered a table due to cancelations. Ambiance is very chill, low lights music playing but you're still able to have conversation. Staff is friendly Food was delish. We got -Steak frites, burger, Mac n cheese and French onion- and was not disappointed !!!“

“Service: always great, although attitude at the bar shouldn't really have to start with "I can't recommend anything because I don't drink" BAM! THat's shutting a door: start with "most guests say," or "let's get my colleague involved" etc.... why be nasty?Food: always consistently superbService: serious, deft, and rushed; lingering over wine after dessert isn't a thing anymore; unfortunately the pens STILL don't say BALTHAZAR but "Bic" which is ridiculous and the WATER comes from ITALY (Pellegrino) instead of somewhere from France; keep a theme. God is in the details and Balthazar should adorn its lovely post cards with proper pens instead of this plastic non-branded nonsense.“

“The food is delicious! Very sophisticated eg: fish sauce jelly, beef cheeks, clam pot in a coconut with sake..But the portions are designed for date nights instead of large crowds. The menu has been elevated to focus on a more French style. This is not a typical pho restaurant, if you are looking for a higher end Vietnamese French cuisine, definitely try it out.“

“From entering, the service was very attentive. They start you off with a chefs welcome, with fresh sour dough bread and amazing olive oil which came with the Crudo e Caviale which is atlantic fluke, american sturgeon caviar, crème fraîche, meyer lemon. I thought the caviar had an unexpected buttery richness that complemented the fluke. The polipa or seared octopus was very tender and came with calamari and very fresh spring peas. My favorite was the Vellutata or lobster soup and black truffle. It was a thicker and slightly salty dish with very very fresh lobster. I also tried their Trofie Nero with calamari which had very interesting texture and delish! Another favorite was the blue crab spaghetti which is served with Al Dante noodles and had a spicy kick from the Calabrian chili. I also tried their funghi wild mushroom, which was very savory but the serving was slightly too large to enjoy. For dessert I had their Hojicha gelato which was a great way to finish off the meal. They also brought some complimentary passion fruit chocolate that was such a treat!“

“Food was outstanding! The price fixed menu gives you a lot of food and they do a great job of spreading the courses out. They definitely don't rush you through dinner. Every table there that night was celebrating an anniversary. So, obviously a grwat place for a special occasion.“
