“The staff here is fabulous, there is one team member Anju, that works here and every morning she makes me smile, and starts my day off great. She is always smiling and wishes me a good day or weekend! Thanks for making my day start off bright!! The food is always fresh and well presented. This is the absolute best Tim's ever.“

“I required catering for a group of 20, two days in a row. The manager, Michelle Wentzel, was wonderful at suggesting the menu items and quantities needed. They were very flexible when the menu changed suddenly for the following day. When dropping off the Cambro's at the end of the day, the team members were very friendly and helpful. The food was very fresh and the coffee hot like everyone expects with Tim Hortons!“

“They are really good! Very kind and friendly. We want to spend all dal food bucks before the summer, so we ordered 16 farmer’s wraps. They are so happy with that, call the chef immediately come to cook it, and they give us some gift as well.“

“This site is within a secure military base. Access may be restricted to only those who work on the base or who are military personnel. Security at gate may not let civilians in unless they have business on the property

Parking: The area is patrolled by Military police and parking security. Their is a 15 minute time limit to be in the parking area. Violation will result in ticket and towing at owners expense“

“This is a kiosk inside of Nova Scotia Community College's Institute of Technology. It was reported in an earlier review that the kiosk is not open to the public, which is completely untrue. You're more than welcome to drop by for a coffee if you're in the neighborhood.“

“If I compare this Tim Hortons to others I have been to, I see that this one seems to have great service that exceeds the other Tims locations in the area. While being bombarded with a constant flow of students and staff of Dalhousie, these employees remain super efficient and friendly, which makes the overall service worthwhile. The food is what you expect from Tim Hortons, but the service is what's really notable here. The staff keeps the line constantly moving and often takes two orders at once, unlike other locations that will only take one. Overall, excellent job to the employees that work there! I would also like to add, if you order a brewed coffee they will prepare it immediatly instead of having to wait.“

“One of the workers at the location, Shelbie, knows me as a regular. She recently had my coffee ready for me before I even stepped foot towards the counter with her usual smile. You guys make my day and this location is my favourite Tim’s in the city which says a lot because we have so many. The timing is always fast, food orders are always accurate and made to standard. “VERY busy due to a road closure but they were working so hard to keep a very busy line going. Nobody stood around doing nothing like I tend to see a lot in Tim's these days. Lady overseeing it was very organized. Atmosphere was calm and young girl on the counter had a big smile on her face. Very impressed and best customer service I've seen in a Tim's for a long time. “I go here daily (mornings) during the work week and have yet to have a mix up in my order. The regular staff here are really great and quite a few are super friendly. Food is good, if you like Tim’s food. My go to lately is the spinach and egg white omelette bites, the bacon and egg on english muffin, or a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese. The food here always seems to be fresh and cooked well. They also make a good cup of coffee.“

“On a very, very busy afternoon today, I was in awe of the team working there. Incredible coordination between all the team members, who were preparing orders at a dizzying speed while still having the energy to be pleasant to customers and to one another. It was like watching a sail boat crew in action during a squall. Kudos to each and every one of you for your work and kindness.“

“So, I had a bit of a rocky start with this place when I ordered an Iced Coffee, but I gotta give credit where it's due—they really turned things around after I shared my feedback. Since then, they've been hitting the mark with great service.My usual drill involves snagging an Iced Coffee, maybe throwing in a breakfast sandwich or some egg bites for good measure. They've got their act together during the weekday morning hustle, consistently nailing my order. The food and drink are solid, no complaints from me.I'm a creature of habit in the mornings, just looking to get in and out, and they've got that down to a science. Quick service, on-point orders, and all within a reasonable timeframe. They're doing their thing, and it works for me.

“The lady in the drive through, Manpreet was polite, easy to understand, good clear voice on the drive speaker, fast and efficient. She is probably a supervisor but she is probably the best or second best service I have had there. (There is another lady, has been there for a while, pale complexion, also gives supervisor or manager vibes, always great, never catcher her name)“

I can understand the frustration and bad reviews of people make the worker insecure… I feel that the girls who work there are best… I have best customer service experience… they were so nice… friendly people.. I like the atmosphere… I got it… some people are racist and rude to workers… I have faced a lot every single day.. don’t let them to affect these girls work.. <3“

“The service was fast and efficient. I am always placing multiple orders for my coworkers and the staff are always very accommodating. They have no issue with me placing multiple orders so that my coworkers can get their points and deals. Even though the orders are confusing at times, the staff never make any errors which I appreciate.

“Every night my team goes to this Tim's to get our drinks and it's a big order. Pretty sure the workers name is Sam and he has always been on point and SO sweet. He is definitely the highlight of our night!!! Out of all of the workers we have dealt with on backshift he is AMAZING ❤️“

“Tim's is a staple let's be serious. Nothing anyone says will ever change how popular they are. I love the $5 boxes on the TGTG app. The service was NOT at all friendly at this location. No smiles of any kind anymore in customer service.“

“Enjoy going almost every morning before heading off to work, to grab my coffee. Always have a great greeting from the staff. Also see a few eldery people go there to meet to have a social hang-out, and they all seem super happy when they are there talking.

Parking: Dead center of the Lacewood Plaza, so always plenty of available parking.

Kid-friendliness: Bring my son here a bit when off work. He enjoys going, and most of the staff are super friendly and make him feel involved when buying.

Wheelchair accessibility: I personally don't use a wheelchair, but I do see an entrance where someone who is, can enter the store. When my son was younger, and was in the stroller, it was the entrance I would enter.“

“Very poorly managed store and very Rude team members. The team members simply refused to honour the offer available on my Tim Hortons app. They said we can't help it this app is different than our system.
