“Ordered take out. Was looking for a great tasting sesame chicken made with white meat. Saw the reviews online and took a chance because so far the Asian restaurants I’ve been to do not make DELICIOUS sesame chicken. This place did not let me down. The sesame chicken was so delicious! I was so happy! This is, now, my go to place for sesame chicken. I didn’t like the dumplings. They were very doughy and chewy. No good. Next time I’ll order the Gyoza. Maybe that’s not doughy. I’ll try the fried rice too and see how that goes. But for sure I’ll be coming back!“

“I was introduced to The Handpulled Noodle by my daughter when she lived near their Hamilton Heights location. She moved to West Harlem and I was happy to find this location just a few blocks away. The food is consistently good. The portions are generous. The service has always been excellent. In a city filled with good places to eat, this will always be on my list of stops when I visit.“

“We came in a party of five - two adults and three kids. We ordered one tsukemen, two ramen (deluxe and miso), one kid’s meal, and one fried chicken (karaage with Korean spicy sauce). All were delicious and filling. Anime is playing from a projector on the wall, which kept my boys occupied and quiet 😉. Staff were polite to us and the kids. We tried the fried calamari, Pad Kana Moo Grob (Sautéed crispy pork belly with chinese broccoli in garlic sauce.), Pork Chops Vegetable Garlic Sauce, crab fried rice and for dessert, the mango coconut sticky rice. “I found this restaurant randomly while running errands, I've lived in the Bronx for 8 years now and this is by far the best pad thai I've had in all of New York. The pad thai was so flavorful and I got the beef with it. I also ordered a passion fruit iced tea and it was the perfect refreshment in this 100 degree weather. I've been seeing the mango sticky rice on TikTok recently and I was happy to see on the menu they also had Mango with sticky rice, which was packed with flavors as well. Will definitely be ordering from here more frequently.“

Spicy Chicken Yakisoba Noodles

These stir fried noodles were served with a variety of vegetables and the protein of my choice. I wanted a kick, so I chose spicy chicken for a small up charge. The entree was garnished with sesame seeds. This was a scrumptious plate and I was beyond satisfied.

The portion size was very generous and it is definitely intended for a group of 2.

I decided to explore this location on a whim and I’m glad I did. I’m truly looking forward to return to explore the other dishes, especially anything from the Teriyaki section.

Took me 7 minutes to order a cheeseburger, couldn't make it into a meal unless I chose a specific restaurant... its all being made in the same kitchen, people like me do not care about the name associated with it. “I LOVE this spot!! Everything is house made you can tell she makes her own dumpling wrappers!! Very mom and pop shop you can see the dumpling master herself in the kitchen! However would not recommend the $40 kalbi jim where the sauce is good but they give you spare ribs which as the name might suggest are spare of any actual meat. “Been here a few times for to-go orders. the quality is solid - dumplings are mostly consistent, as are the chicken dishes. The entree portions are good for the price. Very bare-bones seating area (2-3 small parties tops) but that doesn't affect the food.“

Last week I ordered a half chicken and a beef and broccoli that came out to just under $40. At these prices, it will no longer be my don't feel like cooking alternative. At least not as often. Went there recently for a Meal Pal pickup. The young woman at the counter was friendly and helpful, despite being alone and harried. But with only two people making sandwiches at the small prep counter behind it took way too long for me and others to get our food. Place needs to expand or rejigger its food prep area and hire more workers. I don’t the loud “R&B” helped the mood, either.“
