It’s honestly pretty hard to find a place where you can grab a quick lunch and still feel good about what you’re feeding your family.Ive been coming here with all the kiddos and they love it every single time. First of all, this place is insanely clean. I mean seriously, probably one of the cleanest food places I’ve ever been to. The ingredients are fresh,the quality is great and you can tell they actually put some thought into what they’re serving. It’s the kind of attention Id give to making a sandwich for my own kids at home. And the staff is just great. Idk how they do it but somehow they’ve made a bagel shop feel like a neighborhood place you’ve been going to for years 👌 Everyone is genuinely friendly, not that fake customer service stuff. “I live in Austin, TX, and I love how I can have authentic New York bagels delivered to my front door. I am a new customer, and I love Just Bagels. I love their customer service, they answer their phone, and they answer my questions on Facebook. I will be using them again, and again. I love everything about them so far. My boyfriend is the bagel eater, and I ordered 2 dozen for him. The flavors we got were Everything, Sesame, Cinnamon Raisin, and Blueberry. He is in love with their blueberry bagels. Those are his favorite, but he loves them all. Thanks Just Babels for the wonderful bagels. We’ll be trying new flavors next time, but for sure blueberry again. :)“

They have a great selection, some highlights include egg, egg everything, tidied, everything, garlic, and salt bagels. Their lox cream cheese is amazing! One big reason this isn’t a 5 star review is because the staff do not change their gloves regularly. They will touch cash, the register, other things around the store, and then go touch your bagel. “My family has been getting breakfast from this place ever since we’ve moved here 8 years ago and almost everything we’ve got were delicious. “Superb bagels. Best in the area. Most of the food here is great. I love their chicken salad. It's my favorite. Our orders have literally never been wrong so I am highly skeptical of all the reviews that claim they always make mistakes. If that was true, with how often we go, we should have experienced several mishaps but… not a one! More than likely it is all simply untrue or from unhappy people who just like to complain.

The pastries are all really good, except the Irish soda bread. That's about the only thing I've had from here that I have not liked. That said, the muffins are TO. DIE. FOR!!

I am not a big fan of the set up and when it is really crowded (which is most of the time) you constantly have to push to try to get to the cashier. Once you order there is nowhere to go to wait except around the center island and the walkways get really congested. They keep everything moving fast so it’s not too bad. Not much else can be done about it, though, given the length/width of the space. Very enjoyable. We go all the time. We will continue to go all the time.“

“Ive been going here my whole life and generally I dont have any problems. Though recently ive had alot of small problems with my orders.

I ask for a butter bagel and I end up having to add more butter at home. There has been CONSIDERABLY less butter on my bagels than there usually has been. Now once or twice is okay, lets say they're running low on butter. Though there has been more than 5 times where I dont actually have enough butter to cover the bagel. Kinda sucks when im on the road and im rationing butter on my bagel. Especially when im paying for butter.

I ask for 1 plain and 1 cream cheese to get home with both bagels stuffed with cream cheese (at least the schmear is respected with cream cheese).

I ask for a hash brown on the side and they throw it in my bagel.

The bagels are good, the food is cooked well. The staff is generally really nice so this is a great place to stop by in the morning. Prices are about what you'd expect in this economy. Gone are the days an actual egg sandwich and a drink costs you less than 10$. Though I dont blame the store for that one.

Just take note you're currently better off buttering your bagels at home and just make sure you got your order correct.“

I got your classic egg and cheese on a bagel and was very surprised to find out they added ketchup. This must be a regional thing…In my not so humble personal opinion, ketchup on an egg and cheese sandwich is an atrocity. Not a war crime but close. HOWEVER many people disagree with me, including my own flesh and blood: my daughter. That’s OK because they quickly remade my sandwich and it was awesome. No slack, no issues, very professional. My advice to you (if you feel the same way I do about ketchup and eggs), say it: no ketchup! Will definitely return! And the coffee was strong and good, too!“
