“I had lunch there a couple of weeks ago. The food is really very tasty and has a typically Paraguayan flavor. I don't know how they do it but they do it. I returned the next day to bring some typical and gluten-free products, as well as empanadas. 10 out of 10. It is easily accessible, as it is halfway between Manhattan and Flushing on subway line 7, at the 46th Street-Bliss stop, and from there no more than 300 meters along Greenpoint Av.
The place is cozy and well decorated, and the service is excellent. The icing on the cake is that they now offer very good craft beer from their own brand.

“This is the cutest wholesome little shop ever. The cashier are nice, we visit them first time and got best treatment ever. We used the apps so the food is discounted- yet they treated us no different than usual customer, the food amount is good and it’s really yummy.
I doubt if its authentic or not, but surely good balance taste and remember to take hot sauce because they are good too!!“

“Such a wonderful bakery with unique flavors. We ordered a Victorian Sponge Cake with Raspberry filling and the whipped cream topping. The cake was gorgeous, tasted amazing and was incredibly light- not overly sweet or heavy. Clio was so helpful in answering any questions I had before ordering and the prices are on par with other local bakeries, if not a bit cheaper.

They also have a storefront that is great to stop by as well. Highly recommend!“

There were so many beautiful choices, but we got 2 slices of carrot cake to take back home with us. After the long drive back home we were really looking forward to a piece of cake and a cup of coffee. I opened one of the beautifully packed boxes, which revealed an enormous slice of yumminess!! The slice was big enough for at least 3 people. I thought I had died and gone to heaven. Everything about this cake was phenomenal. The frosting was outstanding, the cake was so flavorful and moist. It was the best we’ve ever had. We have enough left for a few days. I’m so glad we stopped in. It was a great way to end our lovely day in the city and will most certainly go back on our next trek in . I will also have to get our daughter pick up some baked goods when she’s coming home for a visit. I highly recommend Crumbly Cafe & Bakery😊😊“

Kam Hing Coffee Shop is truly a hidden hole-in-the-wall treasure! We stopped by and were blown away by their incredible sponge cakes – we tried the coconut and strawberry flavors, and both were light, fluffy, and absolutely delicious.

What made the experience even better was the staff. They went out of their way to modify our teas since we’re lactose intolerant, and the result was perfect – flavorful, refreshing, and just right.

I tried the dulce de leche with coconut and wow… it was love at first bite. Sweet but not overwhelming, with the perfect chewy texture. It’s huge too — definitely shareable, but honestly, you’ll want it all for yourself.

My wife after the long day she had put in the wrong address on the door dash order and the driver called screaming at me and wouldn’t come 1.3 miles to bring them even after explaining the circumstances. Door dash refunded my whole order without me even asking and I called Levain and they went above and beyond. They gave us cookies on the house and even threw in an extra chocolate chip and delivered them to CHOP. Not only are the cookies fabulous the hospitality is second to none. I am a lifelong customer to this location and want to thank everyone at the Rittenhouse location especially Mat who went above and beyond. Thanks again!“
