The gent who helped me was super friendly, knew his stuff regarding coffee dead pat, and made a very, very good espresso. He hooked me up with one of his fresh pressed ginger shots as well. “This place is a gem. Had a long drive and stressful morning.. this place saved the day! Atmosphere is so pleasant, will ease you out, the baristas are warm and welcoming and they even made me laugh! The coffee here is delicious. My wife and I had a pour over and a cortado: both were excellent. It’s so good to find a place where the coffee is not just bitter water, but a true work of art and labor of love. Vegan scones were very tasty and honestly better than any other scone I’ve had in Cleveland. Don’t miss out on this place, it’s worth the stop.“

“Loved their espressos. They change blends from time to time, so if you don’t like it one day, they can have an amazing blend next time you visit. It happened to me and I was very pleasantly surprised.

They also serve each espresso with a glass of San Pellegrino, which is just such a nice touch.“

I have visited this location multiple times and have consistently found the morning staff to be exceptional; they provide outstanding service. However, the staff later in the day are not as welcoming. One staff member, who has a ponytail and appears to be older, often runs around and chats, which makes her seem less focused.
