This was our first time back in a couple years or so… When did Five Guys get sooo EXPENSIVE!?!?!

It stung when the guy said the total. I thought I heard wrong. Esp when we were expecting a quick, cheaper meal but we walked out feeling like we just paid for dining in.

It felt like it should’ve been cheaper because it was counter service, but inflation has sure shifted them into a different category!

We basically paid sit-down restaurant prices without:
* service
* atmosphere
* or even drinks/refills

For that kind of total, we could’ve gone somewhere casual, sat down, and probably spent about the same (or even less) and had a more relaxed experience.

Five Guys used to feel like a treat that was still reasonable… now it’s like a “special occasion burger,” which is kind of wild…because it wasn’t even that great. It was good but not $82.17 good. Sorry Five Guys, but you just lost customers.“

My kids and I are very gluten sensitive, and he took the time to carefully go over the menu with us and make sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious as well. I am sure the meat cheese and onions are in a bag and then microwaved and put on a bun. So I would stay way from it. “My order was drive thru so I can't comment on atmosphere. The line was packed. So it was no surprise I was directed to pull forward and wait for my food. Considering that the burgers are made to order, everyone received their food in a reasonable amount of time. The staff was very pleasant and even went above and beyond to let me order items I had forgotten even though it was close to closing time and there was still a line.“

Using either entrance you must walk through cars in an active drive up lane/s . It must be unsafe as the workers wear high visibility vests in the drive up but customers.....good luck playing real life frogger.“

“We showed up to place a large order for a funeral service with little notice. My thoughts were all over the place and the manager, Angela, couldn’t have been more helpful, patient, supportive, and kind. She didn’t rush me at all when I was trying to gather my thoughts about my order. She even reached out to me the next day to let me know that I do not need to worry about a thing and that she would deliver the order herself. The food showed up on time, and was very well received by all of the guests. This Medina location and Angela were angels. Highly recommend!“

However, the maintenance does not take orders as emergencies as our door knob is not working and continuously spins when we try to use it. We have been locked out of our apartment before. He wasn’t weird about it, was just very thoughtful and seemed genuinely excited to help a young mom. I was floored at this kind of service from a restaurant like Papa John’s (we have had less consideration at nicer restaurants) and even more so from a young man! Please consider him for a raise and promotion. The food was as expected, but we will be returning here just because of the kind employees.“

“Came here recently and honestly had a really good experience. The food was fresh, hot, and came out quick. Chicken was crispy and seasoned perfectly, fries were fresh, and the biscuits were actually soft for once. Staff was respectful and kept the line moving even when it got busy. “This Wendy's is now my go to on North Court St for fast food. Burger King and McDonald's are SO slow. Each time I have ordered in the app this Wendy's has had my order ready and I do arrive with in five minutes of my order. Food is fine, it's Wendy's. Staff also usually friendly.“

First of all, Brenden at the register deserves a raise, a promotion, and honestly his own Taco Bell franchise at this point. His customer service was top tier—polite, professional, and nicer than most people I talk to before coffee.

And the FOOD?! Fresh. Fresh fresh. Like it was made with love, respect, and possibly supervision from Gordon Ramsay himself. I had to double check I was actually at Taco Bell and not some secret 5-star location.

“We go to this location fairly often to pick up sandwiches to take to Coe Lake for picnics in the summer. It's a good choice since we are always able to find something that we like and our pickier children will eat. The staff is always friendly and the service is prompt.“

But what makes it so grand? They have a Mr hero inside!
