“Fast, Friendly, and Fantastic Food.“

“Five Guys STICKER SHOCK!!! 😱 $82.17 — NO DRINKS! ’Take-out for 5 people, $16.43/person! 4 cheeseburgers, 2 hotdogs, 4 fries.

This was our first time back in a couple years or so… When did Five Guys get sooo EXPENSIVE!?!?!

It stung when the guy said the total. I thought I heard wrong. Esp when we were expecting a quick, cheaper meal but we walked out feeling like we just paid for dining in.

It felt like it should’ve been cheaper because it was counter service, but inflation has sure shifted them into a different category!

We basically paid sit-down restaurant prices without:
* service
* atmosphere
* or even drinks/refills

For that kind of total, we could’ve gone somewhere casual, sat down, and probably spent about the same (or even less) and had a more relaxed experience.

Five Guys used to feel like a treat that was still reasonable… now it’s like a “special occasion burger,” which is kind of wild…because it wasn’t even that great. It was good but not $82.17 good. Sorry Five Guys, but you just lost customers.“

“This is the best Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. The outdoor seating is amazing. It’s like a time capsule from the 50s or something. The putt putt course needs a renovation but is still really fun. Nice driving range in back if you are into that. Food typical to DQ, not my fav but I’ll be back with my kid for the overall vibe.“

“I've never had faster service with fresher food than at Canes. The people there were nice and the ordering was straightforward. This is a wonderful place to go after an event as they serve nearly instantly and never disappoint with what they give you.“

“I visited this location for a quick bite. I was greeted by Robin (11:41a) who took my order with patience, accuracy, and friendliness. My order came up quick. The gentleman who handed me my order was also friendly. The gentleman that opened the entrance door was also friendly. This location was immaculately clean, bathroom was clean. There's a conidiment station nicely and fully stocked; they even had an abundanceof wet wipes (bonus points). I've been to a lot of Chick Fil A's, and the Florida locations are by far the friendliest and the cleanest. Did someone teleport this Strongsville location from Florida? The only Chick Fil A that comes a little bit close to Florida's service is the Willoughby location. Strongsville Chick Fil A gets 10 stars. Keep up the great service. Please. Thank you.“

“This isn’t our usual Bob Evans location, but we stopped in for brunch and had an amazing experience. Our server Ryan was phenomenal. My kids and I are very gluten sensitive, and he took the time to carefully go over the menu with us and make sure everything was perfect. The food was delicious as well. “Emi and her team are always polite and offer delicious, fresh food. We ordered catering from Emi's for our party and all the guests loved the food. Emi was very flexible and patient with my order updates as the party date approached.“

Tonight the service wasn't good, I don't know if the speaker system wasn't working right or the person on drive-thru was having a rough day but they made ordering hard we had to repeat our order multiple times & our order comes to us messed up, we tend to let it slide but I really wanted what I ordered, I tried to go in so it would be a fast fix but the lobby was closed, went back thru the dive-thru and manager on duty remade our order. I am very grateful that the manger fixed the mistake that was made and made the experience better for us to want to return vs before talking to the manager I was close to not wanting to return here ever again.“

“The cheese stake don't get it barely has any meat and meat on it and the meat on it was mostly fat. A big waste of money. Did the survey and seemed like a waste of time. I am sure the meat cheese and onions are in a bag and then microwaved and put on a bun. So I would stay way from it. However, the maintenance does not take orders as emergencies as our door knob is not working and continuously spins when we try to use it. We have been locked out of our apartment before. The office ladies are always very pleasant and love our dog, Cotton very much.“

“This is a nice little addition to the convenience store. It's a run of the mill convenience store overall with anything you would expect to find it any corner store in our area. But what makes it so grand? They have a Mr hero inside! When you're on your way home from work picking up a six pack or a tall boy, who can resist a nice 10-in Roman Burger sandwich or hot buttered cheese steak?? Maybe somebody can but not this guy! Staff is also very friendly and you can see into the kitchen and it appears to be pretty clean, which is always a good thing.“

My thoughts were all over the place and the manager, Angela, couldn’t have been more helpful, patient, supportive, and kind. She didn’t rush me at all when I was trying to gather my thoughts about my order. “I’m a brand new mom of a 2 month old. He hates his car seat, so I have him out of it carrying him around as often as I can. I walked in to pick up my order with baby in hand when a young man with dark curly hair lit up at the sight of my baby and went above and beyond by opening the door for us, carrying my order out to my car, and putting it in the passenger seat for me. He wasn’t weird about it, was just very thoughtful and seemed genuinely excited to help a young mom. I was floored at this kind of service from a restaurant like Papa John’s (we have had less consideration at nicer restaurants) and even more so from a young man! Please consider him for a raise and promotion. The food was as expected, but we will be returning here just because of the kind employees.“
