For negative comments please read the following
1. Cookie issues, menu issues, It’s called advertising, not a photoshoot for your plate. Menus are meant to show an idea of the item, not serve it like a magazine cover—expecting exact replicas is just unrealistic 🙄
2. Drive-thru can be slow at times, not the store’s fault—big orders should be picked up inside as a courtesy to others
3. Not every employee will act overly cheerful—constant overjoy isn’t natural, and the forced fakeness often seen in parts of the American continent isn’t everywhere outside of here.“

“I’m Tanveer Kaur and visited Tim Hortons today where Shivani Bansal served me. I ordered a coffee and a cookie but was a bit confused about using my Tim Points and which drink to choose. I'm a coffee lover and wanted something dark, so she recommended the Dark Roast and even suggested adding an espresso shot for a stronger taste.

She was incredibly polite and took the time to explain how the Tim Rewards app works and even guided me to use tap & pay for easier transactions. I appreciated her helpful attitude so much that after enjoying my drink, I went back and ordered another one to take home for my friend. Great service!“

“I visited this location on Sunday evening after stopping for some gas. It was not busy at all. Upon entering, I was greeted and served promptly.
The gentleman that served me was very polite and although i didn't wait long at all, he still acknowledged me waiting, and offered an apology while handing me drink.

“Great experience here. I usually skip the other Timmie’s down the road and go to this one as what order has more consistency than other Tim's, as from my own personal experience. I order an iced Capp with oat milk instead of the usual cream and it comes out good each time.“

This is an edit to my review of 1star to 5 stars.

Had an one time happening of some discrepancy in farmer's egg wraps that was highlighted to them. Upon my visit they promptly resolved with satisfactory replacement.

The corrective actions were prompted soon and didn't cease till resolved to my full satisfaction.

Thanks to the customer service team and all involved especially the manager their Harpreet, who most professionally took all necessary corrective measures and ensured Tim Hortons customers visit regularly uninterrupted.

“It’s a busy location and the drive through always has a queue. I needed a coffee and decided to park and get it from inside. The seating area was full, being a Saturday night. My order was quickly prepared and I was out in less than 5 minutes.The staff was busy but I was greeted quickly and my order was taken and promptly prepared.

Parking: The place has plenty of parking and I didn’t have any issues getting a parking spot.“
