“I don’t usually go inside Tim’s; I just prefer the drive thru but there wasn’t one before the highway so I stopped and went inside to pick up two steeped teas. They had just ran out but the young man quickly put on another pot and asked if I wouldn’t mind waiting for 2-3 minutes and I told him I would.

This guy was so pleasant and while waiting struck up a convo about the temperature and upcoming snow and still serviced other customers, kept the counter in tip top cleanliness, made both my teas and maintained the best customer service ever 🫶🏻🙌🏼👏🏼👍🏼🎉.

“Very pleasant and efficient stuff.. this is my regrouping spot.
There is a complimentary wi fi and multiple electric wall plug ins and they don't mind you sitting there for a while and relaxing with your phone or I pad.
Washrooms are clean and you don't need to ask for a key or permission to use one.
I enjoy their fresh potato wedges and tea.. I highly recommend it.“

“While working in the mall, I sometimes attend to customers and then return after 30-40 minutes. The staff there is incredibly friendly they even brew me a fresh cup of coffee and warm up my food in the microwave. Their kindness and attentiveness always make me feel appreciated and valued. “I love the new apple fritter, however I wish they were consistent with the recipe. Sometimes it has a good amount of dulce de leche filling and sometimes it doesn’t have any. I consider this a hit or miss. Just writing this as feedback, employees are always nice.“

“It's a very busy restaurant, but the food is fresh, the service is friendly and professional and most importantly the service is fast. If the line up is very long, someone comes out with little treats for people to tie them over until turn comes, which isn't very long nevertheless“

“It’s a busy location and the drive through always has a queue. I needed a coffee and decided to park and get it from inside. The seating area was full, being a Saturday night. My order was quickly prepared and I was out in less than 5 minutes.The staff was busy but I was greeted quickly and my order was taken and promptly prepared.

This is an edit to my review of 1star to 5 stars.

Had an one time happening of some discrepancy in farmer's egg wraps that was highlighted to them. Upon my visit they promptly resolved with satisfactory replacement.

The corrective actions were prompted soon and didn't cease till resolved to my full satisfaction.

Thanks to the customer service team and all involved especially the manager their Harpreet, who most professionally took all necessary corrective measures and ensured Tim Hortons customers visit regularly uninterrupted.

“The meal was good but the atmosphere was suspect. People loitering around at the tables , must be there for the wifi or just a few of the neighborhood who just hang out there taking seats away from others looking to enjoy a meal or coffee inside“
