The manager, Angus, is truly amazing—welcoming, friendly, and genuinely attentive to every customer. She’s quick and efficient, often watching over the line for pickup to ensure everything runs smoothly. Her warm smile and excellent customer service make me feel right at home every time I walk in. The place is always clean and comfortable, creating a cozy atmosphere that I look forward to.

Emee, the supervisor, is also fantastic—friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The entire team works so well together, making this my second home. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great coffee and exceptional service!

The staff are always very friendly despite how busy and chaotic it gets for them. Our drinks and food orders are always correct and prepared with care. This is true for both in-store and drivethrough.
This is a busy location but they manage to move the lineup pretty quick.“

This is an edit to my review of 1star to 5 stars.

Had an one time happening of some discrepancy in farmer's egg wraps that was highlighted to them. Upon my visit they promptly resolved with satisfactory replacement.

The corrective actions were prompted soon and didn't cease till resolved to my full satisfaction.

Thanks to the customer service team and all involved especially the manager their Harpreet, who most professionally took all necessary corrective measures and ensured Tim Hortons customers visit regularly uninterrupted.

When other associates insisted that I should be charged for black pepper sachets to use with the garlic bread I had ordered, Dhwani calmly clarified that there is no such policy and refused to overcharge me, showing integrity and respect for customers.
