I swear they know be by name and it freaked me out the first time k pulled up and heard « Hi Amina » through the speaker hahaha Today I needed boxes for my donuts that my niece in Toronto had demanded lol and I said I was happy to pay for them and they didn’t even charge me for the boxes :) and my coffee was perfect too“
“Shout out to the kind lady that works overnights/ very early mornings at this location. I'monly a semi regular customer, but she has recognized me and has gone above and beyond in her customer service. Always brings a smile to my face when I see her! Today she really helped start my day off on a high note. (130am drive through). Thank you! :D“

But Whenever I come to this Tim's my breakfast is so good, sausage english muffin is actually toasted with a fresh egg/ not a old rubbery egg and juicy sausage. The ladies working here are always smiling and laughing they look like they enjoy their jobs. Refreshing to see“

“Great store entire team works really hard to make sure customers are served efficiently and provided with friendly service. Drive thru speed has been improving! Anyone reading this please try to be efficient in drive thru, know your order and have your payment ready! Together as a team, staff and customer we can be the best store in the region.

Dietary restrictions: They had almond milk and oat milk and they change gloves for peanut butter

“Yesturday morning I had THE BEST farmers wrap I have EVER HAD from you guys (and I've tried a lot from many locations haha)
But Pioneer Park Tims blew it out of the park, so delicious and perfectly made, it was exactly what I always wanted my wrap to taste like. And peeerfect amount of sauce too, sauce is keeey

“Always great service, and ladies are amazing. Not much room to sit and enjoy coffee. So loud and always same people around. Some tables are empty as people take chairs and add to other tables. So it's more like take and go most of time, no day to day is much different. Got door slammed in my face few times as people have no maners. So if you don't care it's great location, but if you like more quiet and sit down place not good for it.
Parking: People come park and get coffee and hang inside or outside in groups of at least 20 or more , so it's like no woman time for them. All man not comfortable to send my kids without me.
Kid-friendliness: To many strangers hanging around, not all seem friendly. If they're slamming doors in my face or blocking doors. Sitting for hours outside I don't feel comfortable with my kids hanging around there alone.“
“This is the best Tim Horton’s in the world. Anything other than 5 star is criminal. By the time you drive up to the window to pay for your order, everything will be ready and waiting for you, and it’s still hot and fresh. It’s unfathomable how fast they are, putting all other Tim’s to shame. It’s literally a magic trick. I drive 15 mins to come here past several other Tim’s just because they’re so fast and they deserve my business. Please don’t change!“
“Somewhat hit or miss cuz it’s still a Timmy’s and it can’t be good every single time u go but definitely one of the most reliable Tim’s in the area, and all of the workers I’ve met were super nice! It may take a minute just cuz the service is better quality and they listen to what you’re asking for but definitely worth it considering other places it’s like they just slap everything together to as fast as they can to get you out! Overall it’s the only Tim’s I go to“
“As a Gas Station Tim’s, I am genuinely shocked at the consistency. I stop by every day for a French Vanilla 1/2 coffee and it is always good. Often other Tim’s have no powder in the French Vanilla machine or the coffee is grinds. That never happens here! Keep up the amazing work!“

“Drive thru server noticed the lid cracked when he put it on so he threw out the lid and put a new one on. Seems like a small thing but that could have been coffee spilling on my pants leading to me looking down at the wrong moment leading to a fatal car accident leading to criminal charges leading to a number of dismal years behind bars. So thank to the Tim Hortons guy who noticed my cup lid was split.“

“The drive thru can be slow at times, but i just run in if there's more than 1 or 2 cars in line. The employees always greet you with a smile and a friendly hello. Its kept pretty clean, even during peak busy times and lately they rarely get a drink order wrong. All in all, a pretty well run Tims 🇨🇦 Love that they've joined a food waste reduction program too!“
“I order from this Tim Hortons for a hockey team very frequently and have for the past year and a bit. Typically about $200 all in and they always have it ready to be picked up on time and everything there. The manager I work with is unbelievable, adjusting to my last minute add ons and time changes so well. Food is always hot and ready for pickup and I could not be luckier to have them right next to the Aud.
I go before work fairly regularly and they’re always quick even with the busy morning rush.“
