“I'm shocked to see all the negative reviews of this Tim's. I've only started going in the last 4 months or so, but every time I've been through here (always the drive thru) I've had incredibly fast service. Even when I order food, it's ready so fast that I don't even have time to put my credit card away. I've been very impressed with the employees' speed and efficiency here! And they've never gotten my order wrong either.“

“Foods good and service is acceptable but the weirdos sleep there and occupy the bathroom.

Parking: Normal parking lot that's a little larger than most Tim's. Drive through keeps the traffic semi low due to the location“

“Great store entire team works really hard to make sure customers are served efficiently and provided with friendly service. Drive thru speed has been improving! Anyone reading this please try to be efficient in drive thru, know your order and have your payment ready! Together as a team, staff and customer we can be the best store in the region.

“Drive thru server noticed the lid cracked when he put it on so he threw out the lid and put a new one on. Seems like a small thing but that could have been coffee spilling on my pants leading to me looking down at the wrong moment leading to a fatal car accident leading to criminal charges leading to a number of dismal years behind bars. So thank to the Tim Hortons guy who noticed my cup lid was split.“

“Hello! I've been placing my order from this store from past seven months. Some of them are, undoubtedly, great! But I don't know what's wrong with some of their staff members!? seems like they've some problem or what!? She's soo slow!!! If I've placed an online order She won't respond when I'll go for pickup. There has been times when she'll serve the people who has ordered after mine. I don't know what's wrong with her!! I've always given them great reviews but I'm sorry she doesn't do good. Doesn't matter if the store is busy, she'll go with her slow speed only.

“I'm fueling up for the day with a cup of coffee ☕. It's hitting the spot just right! Unfortunately, the pizza I had recently wasn't the best. The sauce tasted like watered-down tomato soup on bread with cheese. I'm not a big fan of their soup either but hits the spot on a cold day.
So far, the sandwiches I have had have all been great. This is true in all locations i have visited so far.“

“A positive change in my routine this morning had me walking in to order my coffee and breakfast items in person and soo glad I did! I had the most wonderful customer service by "Selicitas" considering I was there at the busiest time of the day she filled my order and made sure I was satisfied with everything. 1 hour later I met up with my friend that just happened to stop there to get herself a french vanilla , I was telling her about My great customer experience and she told me that she also has Selicitas as a server and also had great service! “Yesterday my wife had purchased 3 mango infuzr’s unaware of the freezing issue making them taste extremely watery and undrinkable so I returned them today(Oct 6) and as always Zatoun(I believe thats the spelling) was amazing and exchanged them for me. “Always great service, and ladies are amazing. Not much room to sit and enjoy coffee. So loud and always same people around. Some tables are empty as people take chairs and add to other tables. So it's more like take and go most of time, no day to day is much different. Got door slammed in my face few times as people have no maners. So if you don't care it's great location, but if you like more quiet and sit down place not good for it.

Parking: People come park and get coffee and hang inside or outside in groups of at least 20 or more , so it's like no woman time for them. All man not comfortable to send my kids without me.

Kid-friendliness: To many strangers hanging around, not all seem friendly. If they're slamming doors in my face or blocking doors. Sitting for hours outside I don't feel comfortable with my kids hanging around there alone.“

“Tim’s on 1226 Weber East 6-7 am and 6-9 PM you cannot use the mobile app because the app shows that the store is closed during these hours when in fact, the store is open, I have spoken to the manager twice about this issue and each time he tells me I’ll look into it or what be easier to talk to a wall. Nothing’s been done and there’s no reason for it if TIM is open, then the app should working. I am at TIM’s just down the street and that’s not the issue there. So what’s the point of the survey Tim Hortons gonna listen or is everyone wasting their time talking to a wall?“

Appreciate her work she does. i didn't knew her name at first cause she didnt had a name tag on and just recently i saw her name on the tag 'Komal'.“

“I had a good experience recently. I ordered a bagel through the app and when I got my order they gave me a cookie. It turns out that they didn’t have the right kind of bagel I ordered and gave me a different kind. It was sweet they thought enough of me to do that. It was a nice gesture and it made me happy they cared enough to do that since I wasn’t able to get what I wanted.

Most of the staff here are extremely friendly! Some not so much but they’re always very busy so I understand why they’re so stressed.“
