Food allergies and special diets they always make everything safe for me. The food is amazing and the staff are fabulous.“

The staff was all so friendly and made the experience so fun and welcoming. All the wines we tasted were exceptional. We had the pizza from the truck and it was so good. “This place is excellent! I love the pickled carrots and cucumbers that are on the side with many of the plates. We had the beef skewers, a vermicelli with chicken and a mixed rice plate (with pork chop, fried egg, chicken and BBQ pork) and an order of chicken wings. The wings were very good, and everything else was unbelievably excellent. I loved the flavours and textures.“

“Loved the Christmas decorations! Food and service good. Was there for lunch but the music was so loud we had to shout to be heard. Don’t mind music while eating but the volume was quite annoying. People across from us commented they did not enjoy the music or its volume. We were going to come to Jack’s with another couple for dinner but have changed our plans due to the noise level.“

As for the service, Such a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left. “We frequently go to the Davis Diner and the service and food has always been good. When we went there today we got a pleasant surprise. Their Easter Specials were advertised by the door and the “Roast Lamb” caught our attention and we decided to give it a try. The lamb was cooked perfectly; tender, moist and nicely seasoned. It was served with mashed potatoes, grilled vegetables and garlic bread. The sauce that came with the lamb was also very good. This exceptional meal was reasonably priced at just under $20. Dinner for 2 with coffee and tea came to just over $50 with tax. Well done Davis Diner.“

I gave 4-5 for service because she did not suggest the 2 can dine option since it was actually our first visit. It was very good and found the fish was not greasy. The calamari was also quite good with a generous helping. I will certain go to this location again. I am surprised that they don't have an active website and the picture the menu has to be changed. those prices are quite old. Halibut and chips was just over $25.“

“I've been passing Union Station for years and seen this restaurant for the same amount of time. It's only now that I finally decided to take my friend and try it out for ourselves. I ordered the Rigatoni Bolognese. The noodles has great chew to them. And the bolognese was piping hot and fresh. While definitely not a cheap meal, it was delicious. I do kinda wish the portions were a wee bit larger as I was definitely hungry shortly after. The calamari was also great. Appetizers like calamari have definitely gone up in price over the years, but Amano's is hard to skip. Hahaha. Regardless, I wanna try other dishes in this restaurant in the future.“
