“I had Simba's during Ramadan this year, I haven't realized that I should post a review, so here I am. This is, without a doubt, the BEST chicken spot I have ever tried. I went there with my 4 cousins and we all were in love with it, I never knew chicken could be THAT good! We got 2 Ramadan specials and a combo meal, The Ramadan special was amazing, the fried chicken sandwich, the smash burger, the tenders, and the fries were all so good. There's not one thing I disliked about Simba's. Keep up the amazing work, I hope to be back soon!“

“I rarely put 5 star reviews for any fast food restaurants because in my experience and personal opinion they don’t often live upto 5 star expectations.

However this time around I was pleasantly surprised with this specific A&W location just west of dufferin and finch. I personally don’t love A&W but this location hit it out of the park!

When I arrived I was greeted by a staff member by the name of Charrie. Charrie made this A&W location feel kind of like home. She was incredibly helpful, caring, respectful, well spoken and kind. It was truly refreshing and amazing to be greeted and taken care of by someone like her! Not to mention all the staff working at this location presented the same time of hospitality and care like she did. 10/10 customer service and hospitality.

Now The food was freshly made to every order that went out. The staff was organised, operational and worked as a team. 10/10 food and service.

This location has no drive thru and is walk in only. No order is rushed and quality is immense.

Also 24hr open. Amazing.

“I'd never had donkey before and I was pleasantly surprised with it. The only real issue I have with this place is that the owner, who's also the only employee, speaks absolutely no English, which makes ordering difficult. Even though there was another customer there when we went in who helped translate for us, we still didn't get what we ordered. We wanted to try one pastry and one sandwich, and we just got two pastries. For some reason one also had no sauce.

So if you don't speak Chinese, don't be surprised if you don't get what you ordered, but you can still expect to get some pretty tasty food.“

The chicken sandwiches were also perfectly crisp with juicy meat, and even the lettuce was fresh and crispy. Portion size was big too. “My second go-to burger joint in fast food restaurants that is fast, convenient and enjoyable by all ages. Grass fed beef, good quality food, great service and mostly clean. I only dislike the industrial floor looks dirty. Love the high chairs. Would I eat here again? Yes. Look out for specials!“

“I love to come here every Sunday afternoon if I can, after 3 p.m. I start with a tall glass of cold ginger ale on the rocks, followed by a lovely bowl of French onion soup. My so-called main meal depends on the mood I'm in. It's all good. The staff are very kind and friendly. Very relaxing atmosphere. They even have a big fireplace in the middle of the restaurant, for those cold days in winter. I can hardly wait!

Parking: The reason I come here on Sunday is because there is lots of parking. It's usually full on the weekdays because of the DOT main Ministry building where you get tested we're driving a car to get your driver's license. Always busy“
