“Staff seem different every time. Have a hard time promoting promotions. Can ask if you would like a combo, just assumes once done talking order is done.
Chubby burger is not worth it. Literally lettuce and chicken patty. Barely any sauce.“

“I just wanted to take the time to say that food is always on point but service recieved that 1010 Wilson was splendid! I reside in BC and came out to visit for a short holiday and I have to say the customer service I received is by far the best I have ever had at any A&W location.

It does take time for the food to come but it is because they make it to order, the prices are okay and seem to be around the same with other burger joints.

It was a hot day and my wife and thought she had no appetite, was just getting a drink (they have Fanta!). She took a bite, and then proceeded to eat half of two sandwiches. The chicken tantuni in particular was perfect - good chicken, and the seasoned wrap made it delicious.“

“Friendly guy running the place, speaks no English but the menu has English and you can just point to what you want. Donkey meat sandwich tasted good, bit pricey to be a regular thing but I enjoyed it, tasted halfway between pork and beef, with a flavourful sauce. Would be curious to try the other dishes and try the donkey meat on its own with no sauce.“

“A very welcoming place, the staff was very friendly and accomodating to my son's allergies. They were willing to handle the food carefully and separately to ensure there was no cross contamination (my son has allergies to eggs, nuts, and sesame). “One evening mid-August, after a long day of touring in the city with friends, we were starving. We debated for a long time on which A&W location we were going to go; and Avenue Road won! I wanted my friends visiting Canada to taste the famous Root beer and All day breakfast. We happily discovered that their Atlantic Cod was back on the menu for a limited time. Upon our arrival, their employee Amrita told us that their fountain was out of service and they no longer serve the “All Canadian breakfast” at this time of the day. Amrita was patient, kind, genuine; our friends had never been to an A&W before and they were overwhelmed by all the choices and very hungry. Amrita made our trip to this location so worth it that we forgot about the minor inconvenience. It gave us the chance to delight in their lemonade and apple juice; and we ordered the Atlantic Cod tacos and Atlantic Cod Burger among others things (we order so much food!). My friends loved the Atlantic so much they cannot eat another fish burger from any other competitors. ( FYI: one of my friend is not a fan of fish!!! She is now an A&W fish enthusiast lol) The best Atlantic Cod you could eat.
