“I went to Swiss Chalet on Highland for dinner with a friend and had a great experience. We were served by an amazing waitress named Jeneyah, and she truly made our visit special. She was very pleasant, gave us plenty of menu options, and was attentive throughout our meal. Our food was taken and delivered in a timely manner—hot, fresh, and delicious. “We have been to this Swiss Chalet multiple times. Service has typically been slow. Today was an exception. We had Nicole as our server and she was a dream. She attended to us quickly. Our order was placed immediately and came out quickly. She was patient with my two boys and gave me kids coop cards and my boys an opportunity to get a toy from the treasure box. Despite the warm conditions in the restaurant she remained kind and attentive.“

Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener. “A go to spot for my family. Cheap with good portions and good food. Not the cleanest or always best smelling environment but we look past it for the good portions and prices. There seems to be 3 employees, the chef and 2 waitress'. All are very friendly and work efficiently together. Food never takes long and is always made to our satisfaction. If you avoid using the washrooms, you should have no problems enjoying your meal. I like this place so much that I completely ignore the one shortcoming of cleanliness.“
