Our professional and friendly server, Betty, stopped by the table within a couple of minutes and took our order. In the past, we have had horrible wait times at the Swiss Chalet on Weber Street (40 minutes or more) so we decided to give Swiss Chalet on Fairway Road a try. Boy, we were amazed and pleasantly surprised. We received our food within ten minutes. It was delicious! The chicken was tender and the market vegetables were cooked perfectly. Betty, our server, made the experience at Swiss Chalet all the better by the attentive and professional service that she provided. We will be back to Swiss Chalet, Fairway Road, Kitchener. I enjoyed the beet root salad, which was an amazing vegetarian option! We got different sauces on the side to customize our food the way we like it, which was really appreciated. Spinach dip was really delicious and served with fresh chips.

The Bauer Burguer has a decent size for its price and the fries had a good flavour. There is a fast phased atmosphere and the costumer service is really good.“
